Obama the problem creator
Creators Syndicate, by David Limbaugh

Original Article

Posted By:KarenJ1, 7/12/2014 11:15:38 AM

Only if we understand that Wednesday was "Opposite Day" can we comprehend President Obama´s bizarre remarks in Texas concerning our border crisis. He said he had asked Gov. Rick Perry, "Are [members of Congress] more interested in politics, or are they more interested in solving the problem? ... If the preference is for politics, then it won´t be solved." Everything Obama does is about politics. If he weren´t endlessly raising money for his hyper-partisan Democratic Party, he wouldn´t have even bothered to fly to Texas in the first place. His entire approach to the immigration issue is to fast-track as many illegals

Comments:
Limbaugh states: "No one in his right mind could believe that this inflexible ideologue has an ounce of sincerity in his bones when he pretends he is about compromise." How true. He says it in a much kinder way than I ever would have. Obama may be an inflexible ideologue, but he is also an evil Marxist tyrant.

The top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee on Friday said new allegations that U.S. commandos were ordered to “stand down” during the 2012 attack in Benghazi, Libya, aren’t supported by findings from House and Senate investigators. Five commandos who survived the Benghazi attack, which claimed the lives of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans, made the allegation in a new book, accusing the CIA station chief of delaying a rescue mission. Rep. Dutch Ruppersberger (D-Md.) said lawmakers never came across evidence indicating the station chief had told his team to “stand down” and abort a

Two former Obama cabinet officials have declined to testify before the House Oversight Committee in its probe of the White House political office. The news came late Friday in an angry statement from Chairman Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), who blasted the officials for [shrinking] "from an examination of the facts." "The White House´s efforts to reconfigure its political office does not inoculate it from oversight of any prior wrongdoing or efforts to rectify these legal violations," Issa said. Issa sought out former Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius and former Labor Secretary Hilda Solis last month because both were accused of violating

Bob Beckel, token liberal panelist of “The Five” on Fox News, sparred with his co-hosts today, claiming that climate change was a bigger threat to the U.S. than the terror group ISIL. “Climate change is so much more consequential than ISIS ever was it’s like putting the United States military up against the boy scouts,” Beckel said. In response, co-host Kimberly Guilfoyle asked Beckel if he was joking, sparking a heated back and forth before Beckel made a final push to advance his argument. “I have people that I think scientifically have a good argument other people say they have a good argument,

In the face of a White House backtrack on executive amnesty, National Council of La Raza spokeswoman Janet Murguia pressed President Obama to “fulfill his promise” to approximately six million illegal immigrants, declaring that “we’re done waiting.” Murguia spoke with MSNBC’s Jose Diaz-Balart on Friday about Obama’s attempt to give Senate Democrats cover by putting off a promised amnesty for illegal immigrants until after the 2014 election. The White House has said for months that action would come by the end of the summer. “We, as a community, expect him to fulfill his promises,” she said. “The president, in March,

During Thursday night´s California gubernatorial debate against Republican Neel Kashkari, California Governor Jerry Brown (D) revealed that nearly 30% of the state´s schoolchildren are either illegal immigrants or do not speak English. Brown, who recently said that illegal immigrants from Mexico were "all welcome in California," praised his administration´s immigration policies. He said that California is "setting the pace" on immigration laws and mentioned bills he signed that gave driver´s licenses to illegal immigrants, made California a sanctuary state (Trust Act), and granted in-state tuition to illegal immigrants (CA DREAM Act). There is reportedly better than a 50-50 chance that former Florida Governor Jeb Bush will run for president. According to a report in the Wall Street Journal, Bush´s inner circle of "advisers have been quietly spreading the word that they should avoid committing to other possible presidential candidates until he decides on his own course after the November election" and have been actively dismissing "speculation that the former Florida governor has ruled out a 2016 run." Jim Nicholson, "a Bush supporter who served in President George W. Bush´s cabinet," told the outlet: "I think the chances are better than 50-50

When pressed about the staggering increases in regulatory burden under his administration, President Obama says not to worry because the benefits exceed the costs. But a new and revealing set of charts from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce highlights the shameless deception used to calculate the bulk of these purported benefits. In Charting Federal Costs and Benefits, Chamber researchers analyzed the benefits calculations of the Environmental Protection Agency, which is responsible for the largest portion of the most costly regulations in recent years. What they found obliterates the president’s claims that sky-high regulatory costs are justified.

For the past day or so, President Obama has gotten lots of scrutiny for the kind of rhetoric he’s used in talking about ISIS; the “manageable” threat line getting a fair amount of pushback. Today Obama clarified that his goal with ISIS is to “dismantle them.” During a press conference earlier this week, following the release of a second ISIS video of an American citizen being beheaded, the president both said that ISIS should be reduced a “manageable” threat and that the goal should be to “degrade and destroy” ISIS. Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel defended Obama and said the latter

Barack Obama stands apart from other modern American Presidents in many ways. (snip)the widespread view that he is the coolest President ever. This supernal coolness is not new. In his autobiography, Dreams From My Father, the President wrote that in his teenage years “I tried my best to be cool at all times” (p. 82). However, leaving aside the contradiction inherent in trying to be cool, it is possible that Barack Obama’s teenage experiences may have left him psychologically, and perhaps even neurologically, incapable of performing fundamental tasks of his current position. Last Wednesday, at a ceremony to appoint Texas lawyer Shaarik Zafar to be special representative to Muslim communities, Secretary of State John Kerry said it was the United States’ Biblical “responsibility” to “confront climate change,” including to protect “vulnerable Muslim majority counties.” Kerry said Scripture, in particular the Book of Genesis, makes clear it is our “duty” to protect the planet and we should look at Muslim countries “with a sense of stewardship of earth,” adding, “That responsibility comes from God.” And here you thought all along that “Uncle Joe” was the resident crazy in the Obama administration.

Maybe the news that a second American has been beheaded will force President Obama to recognize he has no more compelling priority today than stopping the Islamic State and its bloodletting. In its latest barbarity, ISIS aimed to project American weakness to the world. Just before he beheaded Steven Sotloff, the ISIS executioner explained the butchery this way: I’m back, Obama, and I’m back because of your arrogant foreign policy towards the Islamic State, because of your insistence on continuing your bombings.?.?. It was only a few weeks ago that Gannett did the same. USA Today is Gannett´s flagship publication and enjoys the highest circulation of any other American newspaper.
