Congressional candidate Mike Dickinson (D-VA) is offering $100,000 to anyone who can provide him with a nude photograph of Texas Tech Cheerleader Kendall Jones. On July 5 Breitbart News reported Jones was receiving death threats and had become the object of a "Kill Kendall Jones" Facebook page because of photos she posted from African hunts. On July 9, Facebook removed all Jones hunting photos and later that day, after public outcry, also shut down the "Kill Kendall Jones" page. Now Dickinson wants a nude photo of Jones. According to The Washington Times, Dickinson extended the offer on July 9 by

Comments:
Classy Dem! I just googled his picture. Looks sort of odd ... if you know what I mean. An article at The Blaze says: He is also a flamboyant character with a history of making inflammatory comments and posting insulting messages. And now a few of Dickinson’s recent tweets about a young cheerleader show just why he’s a controversial figure. I can´t even describe the tweets ... really crude.

Terror attack thwarted as IDF Givati Brigade soldiers identify and kill five terrorists exiting Gaza tunnel; weapons and explosives seized. Givati Brigade soldiers identified five terrorists on Tuesday afternoon as they exited a terror tunnel. The IDF forces opened fire and killed the terrorists, with no Israeli casualties reported. The Givati soldiers discovered hordes of weapons on site, including Kalashnikov rifles, machine guns, and explosive devices. The thwarted attacked occurred as Hamas denied reports it had accepted a "unilateral ceasefire". Earlier on Tuesday morning, artillery forces identified the firing of an anti-tank missile in their direction. The forces returned fire

A statement put out today by President Barack Obama on the occasion of a religious holiday is raising some eyebrows. The holiday is a Muslim one called "Eid-al-Fitr" and the statement says: his last month has been a time of fasting, reflection, spiritual renewal, and service to the less fortunate. While Eid marks the completion of Ramadan, it also celebrates the common values that unite us in our humanity and reinforces the obligations that people of all faiths have to each other, especially those impacted by poverty, conflict, and disease. In the United States, Eid also reminds us of the many achievements and contributions of Muslim Americans to

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu addressed Israeli citizens on live television Monday evening after Hamas fired a mortar shell that killed four people in southern Israel. "We knew that we would have difficult days,” he said. “This is a hard and painful day.” "Patience and determination are required in order to fight a terror organization that seeks to destroy us,” the prime minister added. “We will not complete the operation without neutralizing the tunnels whose only purpose is to annihilate our children and our civilians. House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) says the United States must look to Qatar, an ally of the terrorist group Hamas, for advice in resolving the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. "And we have to confer with the Qataris, who have told me over and over again that Hamas is a humanitarian organization," she told CNN´s "State of the Union" with Candy Crowley. As CNSNews.com reported last week, Qatar is a strong supporter and funder of Hamas. Hamas leader Khaled Meshaal operates from Qatar, and has so far rejected ceasefire proposals put forward by Egypt and promoted by Secretary of State John Kerry.

Egypt army destroys 13 more Gaza tunnels
Agence France Presse, by Staff    Original Article

Cairo - Egypt´s army said Sunday it has destroyed 13 more tunnels connecting the Sinai Peninsula to the Gaza Strip, taking to 1,639 the overall number it has laid waste to. Cairo has poured troops into the peninsula to counter a rising insurgency since the ouster of Islamist president Mohamed Morsi last year, and its security operation involves the destruction of these tunnels. The Palestinian militant group Hamas, which is the main power in Gaza, reportedly uses the tunnels to smuggle arms, food and money into the blockaded coastal enclave. Hamas has tried desperately to achieve a strategic win against Israel during the last two weeks, from firing 2,000 rockets on Israeli cities to embarking on suicidal tunnel infiltrations into Israeli territory. (snip) This week, however, the United States made two ill-informed decisions that strengthen Hamas, isolate Israel and point to a severe misreading of the Middle East geopolitical map: an FAA ban on flights to and from Israel, and pushing for a flawed ceasefire deal that would let Hamas retain part of its terror tunnel infrastructure. The U.S. government thankfully reversed the FAA ban, and now should let Israel destroy

Hamas killed hundreds of children in the construction of its extensive tunnel network, built partly to carry out attacks on children across the Gaza border in Israel. That report--confirmed by Hamas itself--emerged in 2012, not from the Israeli government, but the sympathetic Journal of Palestine Studies, in an article that otherwise celebrated the secret tunnel system as a symbol of Palestinian resistance to the Israeli "siege" of the Gaza Strip. Israel denied Sunday that it was responsible for one of the most shocking attacks in the 20-day conflict, saying its soldiers were not behind the deaths of 16 Palestinians killed by shelling three days earlier as they sought refuge in a U.N. school near an area of intense fighting. You can understand President Obama´s current political problems -- and how those problems could make things very tough for his party in this fall´s midterm election -- in a single word. And that word is "competence". Obama was elected in 2008 on a stated promise that he would restore competence to government. He pitched himself as the antidote to "Heck of a job, Brownie" and the Bush years, the person who would always put the most qualified candidate in every job in his Administration.
