Perry: Obama Doesn’t Know Where
the Border Patrol is Stationed

White House Dossier, by Keith Koffler

Original Article

Well, here’s one good reason for President Obama to have visited the border, beyond his contemptuous claim that it would be no more than a “photo op,” which of course is something The One never engages in. Texas Gov. Rick Perry last night told Fox News’ Sean Hannity that during his discussion with Obama Wednesday, he concluded that the president doesn’t even know where his own border patrol agents are situated, suggesting a gross lack of familiarity with the whole process. Perry said: We ought to be stopping people from crossing that border, not apprehending them after they get inland. And the

I heard this last evening on Hannity´s show. Now let´s wait to hear from the WH that 0bama does know where this border patrol station is. But, they´d be lying.

I doubt if Obama actually knows where Texas is. If he were placed alone in a car in D.C. (and assuming that he knows how to drive) it is unlikely that he would be able to find his way to Texas.

Re reply 5, make that the Big Red 1.

Obammie the Commie does not want a photo op on the border that might make the sheeple look up from their grazing. If this were a GOP president the media would be in 24/7 feeding frenzy as in Somalia and helping force GHWB to act there.

So I have even lost faith in the National Inquirer who usually goes where no one dares go. Typical liberal rags also?

The vast left wing conspiracy? I hink the press is scared of retribution from the obammie regime.

There’s something about Justin Bieber that grates. Whether he’s abandoning his pet monkey at German customs, getting charged with DUI for racing on Miami beach or simply repeating, “Guess what? Dems fear a debacle on turnout
The Hill, by Alexandra Jaffe    Original Article

Record-low primary election turnout is threatening to magnify Democratic midterm worries. Both parties have made their “get out the vote” programs a top priority for November, investing millions in building bigger ground operations earlier than ever before. The challenge is most dire for Democrats, who are defending a fragile six-seat Senate majority that relies on a handful of races in hostile, GOP-leaning territory — and trying to pick up House seats in a difficult year, politically. Their push this week to raise the alarm — and campaign cash — over the GOP lawsuit against President Obama and to stoke fears of impeachment

Vulnerables balk at Obama action

Democratic senators facing tough reelections want to put the brakes on President Obama’s plan to reform the nation’s immigration enforcement system through executive action. Two of the Senate’s most vulnerable incumbents, Sens. Mark Pryor (D-Ark.) and Kay Hagan (D-N.C.), say Obama should not act unilaterally to reduce deportations, arguing it’s Congress’s job to change the law. While the Democratic-led Senate has passed a bipartisan bill, the Republican-controlled House will not. That poses a dilemma for Obama. Slowing or halting deportations of otherwise law-abiding residents who came to the country illegally could produce a backlash in red states where Obama has low approval

The Obama administration is concealing key details about its response to the surge of unaccompanied children illegally crossing the southern border, including where the unaccompanied minors are being sheltered and the circumstances under which some are set free inside the U.S. Lawmakers on Capitol Hill say the lack of information has handicapped their push to pass legislation to gain a handle on the surge — a debate taking place this week in both chambers. Last night, Mediabistro’s Richard Morgan highlighted several similarities in wording and structure between a July 24 article by veteran Times reporter Carol Vogel and Wikipedia’s entry for Piero di Cosimo, the Italian Renaissance painter. “Vogel’s lede is far too close to Wikipedia for unattributed comfort,” Morgan writes. Israel´s prime minister has warned of a "prolonged" military campaign in Gaza, as it saw one of its heaviest nights of shelling since the conflict began. Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel would continue to act until it had achieved its aim of destroying militant group Hamas´s network of underground tunnels. Israel made 60 air strikes on targets in Gaza overnight including TV stations and the house of a key Hamas leader. It said militants had launched three rockets at Israel. At least 13 Palestinians are reported to have been killed in the overnight attacks, including six victims in one house in the Bureji refugee camp,

A statement put out today by President Barack Obama on the occasion of a religious holiday is raising some eyebrows. The holiday is a Muslim one called "Eid-al-Fitr" and the statement says: his last month has been a time of fasting, reflection, spiritual renewal, and service to the less fortunate. In the United States, Eid also reminds us of the many achievements and contributions of Muslim Americans to
