Karl Rove to GOP: Work with Obama
Politico, by Sarah Smith

Original Article

Unlike many of his Republican colleagues, Karl Rove advocated Thursday for bipartisan compromise on immigration. “Republicans have to look at this as an opportunity that they have to work,” the Republican strategist said on the Fox News program “Happening Now.” “It’s an opportunity to get some things done to help secure the border.” He suggested that in working with President Barack Obama’s $3.7 billion request for additional funds to deal with the current immigration crisis, Republicans could make policy gains like increasing the amount of border patrols. “They ought to sit down in good faith,” he said of Republicans and the

Tokyo Rove out in Yet Again the Go Along to Get Along Surrender Monkey Mode. No more reaching across the aisle with an open hand. It is now time to swing across the aisle and deliver an Iron Fist to the Social Progressive/Liberals in both parties. As for Tokyo Rove, his Political Consulting days are Numbered. We the People have had Enough!!

Sorry, Karl, but we have been lied to too many times to trust the Øvomit administration as far as we can throw them!!!

If he gets this money, not a penny will be spent on securing the border. Not one single cent. Øvomit has made that very clear time after time after time.

Put every one of them on a bus and drop them in Mexico. Mexico let them cross their border, and they should have to cover the cost of sending them back home.

Karl must be missing the uprisings that are starting in the black community as they realize all these children will adversely impact their communities. The influx of illegals will take jobs and benefits, contribute to an increase in crime via MS-13, and require housing.

The Republicans can win this. They need to fight against the influx at every turn, explaining the impact to the dem voters. They are starting to get it.

Rove has completely lost his mind. He´s supposed to be so politically brilliant??? Obama has never, ever sat down in "good faith" and negotiated anything! It´s always his way or the highway. Period.

Law Dictionary definition of good faith: "Sometimes legally binding due diligence around the effort made, information given, or transaction done, honestly, objectively, with NO DELIBERATE INTENT TO DEFRAUD the other party." That sure doesn´t describe the intentions of Barack Hussein Obama and any of his objectives!!

Good old Karl.
Selling them the rope to hang us with. At a cut rate, too. And he will get a commission.

He will just let them in.
And then give them amnesty. And then have a permanent Democratic majority. Like the PRI in Mexico, which mis-governed for 70 years.
Whee.
What a fate to look forward to.

Anyone still confused as to why out of the blue kids started to flood the border with legions of media outlets delivering thousands of sad images and stories of these poor children is simple dupe.

"WHAT in the world does Nixon see in Bebe Rebozo" my Mom would say as she would slap down the Sunday paper and storm back to the kitchen to get breakfast started. Oh, boy - if you were the one who went to the end of the driveway to pick up the morning paper and there was a picture of Nixon with Bebe Rebozo, you just knew Mom would get mad - you could almost time it - hand her the paper AFTER she has set down her coffee cup (this was in the olden times when many folks drank coffee from cups, rather than from mugs).

Well, maybe it is in the DNA or perhaps it is environmental, but I have had the same problem in these years since the 2000 election, when Karl Rove began popping up - "WHAT in the world does George W. see in that guy?"

In a speech in Boston, First Lady Michelle Obama left behind talk of exercise and school lunches, exchanging it all for bald politics by claiming that under her husband the US economy is now better off "by almost every economic measure." The First Lady appeared at the Strand Theater Friday to stump for Martha Coakley´s campaign for Governor of Massachusetts. Coakley needs help badly, as even in blue, blue Massachusetts, the race between Democrat Coakley and Republican Charlie Baker is essentially a toss up. NEW YORK — As same-sex marriage cases cascade through the federal courts, Republican politicians find themselves awkwardly split into three camps. There´s a small but growing number who favor legalizing gay marriage, a hard-core faction that continues to denounce it, and a sizable group in between that seems to wish the issue would disappear. At one end of the spectrum, at least eight GOP members of Congress have endorsed same-sex marriage, and two openly gay GOP candidates for the House hope to join them. Note: Hate speech, not hate crimes. YouGov asked people about hate crimes for its poll too and found bipartisan support for the federal law that provides steeper penalties for crimes motivated by hatred of the victim’s race, religion, gender, or national origin. Sixty-four percent of Dems gave thumbs-up to that versus 54 percent of Republicans. A plurality of Republicans also support expanding that law to target hate crimes committed against gays: 44 percent say yes versus 30 percent who say no. Scientists are to challenge the climate-change sceptics by vastly improving the speed with which they can prove links between a heatwave or other extreme weather event and man-made changes to the atmosphere. It typically takes about a year to determine whether human-induced global warming played a role in a drought, storm, torrential downpour or heatwave – and how big a role it played. This allows climate sceptics to dismiss any given extreme event as part of the “natural weather variation” in the immediate aftermath, while campaigners automatically blame it on global warming. ATLANTA — Texas, America’s second-most populous state behind California, saw 13 of its last abortion clinics turn away women on Friday, after a federal appeals court upheld a law that practically guarantees that only a handful of clinics will remain open in the state. The strictest-of-its-kind Texas law requires abortion providers to build hospital-grade facilities and obtain sometimes impossible-to-get hospital admitting privileges.
