Boehner Officially Begins
Plan To Sue Obama

Business Insider, by Brett LoGiurato

Original Article

Posted By:LittleHoodedMonk, 7/10/2014 6:02:06 PM

House Speaker John Boehner´s lawsuit against President Barack Obama will focus on Obama´s 2013 decision to unilaterally delay implementation of the so-called employer mandate of the Affordable Care Act. Boehner´s office released a draft document on Thursday of the resolution set to be filed in the House of Representatives, which would authorize the chamber to take legal action against the president. "Today we’re releasing a draft resolution that will authorize the House to file suit over the way President Obama unilaterally changed the employer mandate," Boehner said in a statement.

Comments:
The clock is ticking... Worst case scenario: Boehner will have to give up his weekend Tea times with 0bama.

It´s as big a waste of time, money and effort as the action Boehner had a tantrum over - impeachment. I agree with Boehner about impeachment, BTW.

This lawsuit is nothing but misdirection to hide the fact that Boehner and the Republican Establishment refuse to do the job they were sworn to do.

The art of shirking responsibilities has just been taken heights once never thought be achievable.

Gaza City - Hamas claimed it captured an Israeli soldier Sunday on the deadliest day yet in the battle between Israel and Hamas militants in Gaza. Ron Prosor, Israeli ambassador to the United Nations, denied the report. "There´s no kidnapped Israeli soldier, and those rumors are untrue," he said. According to Abu Obeida, a spokesman for Hamas´ military wing, al-Qassam Brigades, the soldier was taken during an early morning operation. He provided the supposed soldier´s name and ID. "He is a prisoner, and if Zionists lie about the dead and wounded, then the fate of this soldier is their responsibility," the spokesman said.

West Frankfort, IL - Police investigating the theft of clothing and jewelry from a southern Illinois boutique say they arrested a woman after she posted Facebook photos of herself wearing one of the stolen items. WSIL-TV reports that police arrested 27-year-old Danielle Saxton, of West Frankfort, earlier this month on misdemeanor retail theft charges. She’s free on her own recognizance. Authorities say a distinctive leopard-print dress was among the items stolen July 11 from Mortie’s Boutique in West Frankfort. The Lois G. Lerner emails released this month revealed a potentially huge loophole in federal open-records practices when an IRS tech staffer acknowledged that the agency doesn’t regularly store — and never checks — instant message chats as official government records. Analysts say there is no question that the Internal Revenue Service and all other federal agencies should be storing chats and even cellphone text messages that may constitute official government documents, but a check by The Washington Times suggests that hardly any agency is doing so. Of 17 agencies surveyed by The Times, just two said they had policies

Dr. Carson was a featured speaker Friday at the Western Conservative Summit, which prompted a platoon of local volunteers from the National Draft Ben Carson for President Committee to shift into mobilization mode. There was a double booth in the vendor area of the Denver Hyatt Regency festooned with “Run, Ben, Run” posters. There were “Ben Carson for President” hats, buttons, T-shirts and bumper stickers. There were petitions urging Dr. Carson to seek the presidency in 2016. “We’re getting a lot of

House investigators suspect the Obama administration catered to trial lawyers in the run-up to a proposal that would allow generic drug makers at times to change their labels without FDA approval. Digging into the matter, skeptical Republicans asked the agency in writing last week how they settled on the plan, because the shift would expose the generic drug makers to lawsuits from which they currently are immune. “It seems to us that the proposed rule is not designed to address a health or safety related concern; instead, it is designed to placate special interest groups and increase lawsuits,” Rep. A special intelligence adviser to Army Gen. David H. Petraeus during the 2007 troop surge says the terrorist leader now ruling over large swaths of Iraq and forcing Christians to convert to Islam has long been the most elusive big game for the U.S. “We had at least three times when we thought we killed [Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi],” said retired Army Col. At a political event in Wilmington, Delaware, on Thursday, President Obama devoted only 40 seconds to the shooting down of the Malaysian airline, his first statement to the world following the news. His emotionless reference to the attack as ‘a terrible tragedy’ seemed disconnected from the horrific moment, particularly as he immediately reverted to script to praise his administration and criticise Republicans. It was a far cry from President Reagan’s 1983 fierce denunciation of the Soviet shooting down of a Korean airliner as a ‘crime against humanity’. But it only confirmed the chaos into which US foreign policy has descended since the summer

A pernicious, little-known Obama administration policy – one that that incentivizes adult illegal immigrants to use children as human shields to escape arrest and deportation at the border – largely has escaped the media’s notice. This same policy is driving the historic surge of children at the border, as everyone from coyotes to illegal immigrant adults already in America seeks to use children to guarantee their safe passage into the country, or to protect them from deportation if they are illegally living here. The flood of illegal immigrant children, piling up like human debris on the US border, won’t stop
