To Impeach Holder
National Review, by Joel Gehrke

Original Article

Posted By:mitzi, 7/10/2014 5:58:21 PM

House Republicans are getting more traction with that idea than impeaching the president himself. enator Ted Cruz (R., Texas) and a group of House lawmakers are building a case for impeaching Attorney General Eric Holder. (snip) Gosar says the process should begin with the House taking a vote of no confidence in Holder, before the August recess (141 lawmakers have co-sponsored his no-confidence resolution). If, as is nearly certain, Obama were to ignore such a no-confidence vote and refuse to remove Holder during the August recess, then impeachment proceedings would begin in September, according to Gosar’s plan.

Good luck getting the RINO cowards to go along with it but it´s important to keep mega pressure on Obama and all his co-conspirators including the RINOs.

Holder cannot be impeached.
Holder is an Affirmative Action hire.
He is black.
There will be race riots if Holder is impeached.
Zippy will see to that.
And the RINOs will not do it, anyway. Impeaching Holder might cost them campaign dollars. Holder will blackmail the corporations and tell them they will lose their tax benefits if they contribute to Congress critters who vote to impeach.
So forget that idea. It is a non-starter.

I just finished reading 0bama´s Enforcer by John Fund and Hans von Spakovsky. If there were ever a man ripe for charges and conviction, it is Holder.

And then, they need to drill whoever is nominated to replace him, make sure "his" ideology won´t interfere with the equal application of the law.

And clean out the activists in the Civil Rights Division, who refuse to prosecute any African American for any reason. I´m not saying all Caucasian people are innocent, but they do have rights equal to the rights of minorities.

Well here we go. I can see it now.....if impeachment is tried the Libs will play their whole deck of race cards, one at a time.

I hope they have the guts to start the procedure and I pray that they succeed.

There is no question that this lawless AG should be removed from his position and there is plenty of evidence to prove it.

It would be a start.

I´ve detailed my plan:

Impeach now. (both of them)
Reid kills it.
Campaign on it in the fall.
Win a mandate in NOvember.
Re-impeach in January.
Put the heat on Dems in February.

Boehner´s lawsuit will accomplish nothing as any judgement would be moot by the time it was rendered.

Cutting off funds would be worthwhile to force the Emperor to further abuse his executive authority to fund his pet projects, adding to the case for:

Impeachment.

If someone has a more viable plan (short of armed rebellion), I´d like to hear it.

It would make no difference if Holder were impeached and actually removed from office.

With the 51 vote of the senate and their having more than 51 Marxist democrats, Obama would just replace Holder with a carbon copy Holder. And, like Holder he or she would continue doing what he is ordered to do by Obama and the Marxists democrats. Same book, same story, different page with the same dialog and instructions.

With the release of tape today by the Ferguson Police Department of a man who appears to be Michael Brown allegedly physically assaulting a much smaller clerk while stealing Swisher Sweet cigars, the media’s narrative has collapsed. A senior Israeli official confirmed to Israeli media that the US had suspended a shipment of Hellfire missiles to Israel amid worsening ties over fighting in Gaza. The decision to hold off on the transfer was most likely on grounds of increased diplomatic tension, the official said, corroborating a Wall Street Journal report earlier in the day that claimed the White House and State Department had been angered by a transfer of arms to Israel and had ordered greater oversight into future sales. The report claimed that US-Israeli tensions are at a record high, with US President Barack Obama and

Cuomo’s Next Mission?

It’s nice to see Governor Cuomo make at this hour of crisis a visit to Jerusalem. He pointedly demurred from a visit with the Palestinian Arabs, saying his mission was to show solidarity with the Jewish state. It is a good, solid rejection of moral equivalency — and makes us wonder whether he’s the man to take on the left-wing of his own party. The fact is that the Obama years are the period in which the Democratic Party has emerged firmly as less sympathetic to Israel than the Republicans. This was well marked by the latest poll from Pew.

One after another, lawsuits were setting them up and courts were knocking them down. Following last year’s Supreme Court ruling that rejected the Defense of Marriage Act as unconstitutional, state and federal courts nationwide have ruled against gay marriage bans from coast to coast. It was a remarkable, uninterrupted streak of success for civil-rights proponents, spanning more than two dozen courts. Yesterday, however, we learned that the streak was broken. For the first time in nearly fourteen months, a state’s ban on same-sex marriage has withstood a constitutional challenge in court. A state judge in Tennessee ruled last week that “neither

A Travis County grand jury today indicted Gov. Rick Perry on two charges related to his effort last year to force District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg to resign after her drunken driving arrest. Grand jurors charged Perry, 63, with abuse of official capacity, a first-degree felony, and coercion of a public official. The indictments stemmed from Perry’s threat last summer to withhold $7.2 million in state money from Lehmberg’s office unless she step down – a threat he later carried out by vetoing an appropriation in the state budget. The money was earmarked for the state’s Public Integrity Unit, which is housed in Lehmberg’s office. Perry’s veto forced

FERGUSON, Mo. — The friend who was with Michael Brown when he was shot and killed by a police officer near St. Louis over the weekend is reportedly confirming that he and Brown had taken part in the theft of cigars from a convenience store that day. That word comes from the attorney for Dorian Johnson, speaking to MSNBC. Police in Ferguson had earlier announced that Brown was suspected of taking cigars from the convenience store in what was described as a "strong-arm robbery." Brown´s family is accusing police of trying to draw attention away from the shooting.

Perry wanted Lehmberg to resign because she had been busted for drunk driving. A grand jury in Travis County, Texas, indicted Governor Rick Perry today. Why? For exercising his constitutional prerogative by threatening to veto, and then vetoing, an appropriation to support the public corruption unit in Travis County’s district attorney’s office. This followed the arrest of the county’s district attorney, Democratic Party activist Rosemary Lehmberg, for drunk driving, after she was found “with an open bottle of vodka in the front passenger seat of her car in a church parking lot in Austin.” Ms. Lehmberg served 45 days in jail. The Travis County district attorney’s office has long been a cesspool of corruption.

Texas Governor Rick Perry was indicted Friday on charges of abuse of power—a first degree felony—and coercion—a third degree felony. The charges stem from a 2013 scandal that has been quietly rumbling in the Lone Star State as Perry has been floated as a viable contender for the Republican nomination in 2016. This is a complex case, which might be why it has not made national headlines the way other recent, state-level scandals (like Bridgegate, in New Jersey) have. Below, I have outlined
