Federal Judge Orders IRS
to Explain Lost Emails

Associated Press, by Stephen Ohlemacher

A federal judge ordered the IRS Thursday to explain under oath how it lost a trove of emails to and from a central figure in the agency´s tea party controversy. U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan gave the tax agency a month to submit the explanation in writing. Sullivan said he is also appointing a federal magistrate to see if lost emails can be obtained from other sources. Sullivan issued the order as part of a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit by Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog group. He said the IRS declaration must be signed, under oath, by the appropriate IRS

This is excellent news!! Judicial Watch has done extremely good work in seeking the truth!! I´m sure it killed APee to write this article.

Time for a hot foot. That will get us some answers. Always worked in the cartoons. Always.

Agree with OP. AP must be wigged out big time. IRS, however, won´t care much. They just bought another 30 days and you know that will be extended. Just got to get past early November and that´s only a little over 3 1/2 months. A simple sneeze in court can cause that much delay.

Judicial Watch should offer lessons to Congress in how to get answers. But maybe your Congressman would rather whine than expose the truth.

They canceled their contract to E-mails archived. Has anyone requested the archives from the data storage company. Have an agent of the court pull up a mere month´s worth of data to compare with what has been submitted by the IRS. If there is a discrepancy, the IRS should lose all access to the data and all management prosecuted.

There is nothing Judges hate more than being misled or lied to. The IRS has done both.

Judge Sullivan: better get a change of identity and move to a new town. Holder will come for you.
Sullivan simply cannot do this. The IRS is part of the Executive Branch, and has immunity from prosecution. They cannot be called to account for anything. They are like the old USSR, which could do no wrong.

More than £20,000 has been stolen from four passengers aboard the doomed MH370 flight. A bank in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, reported the apparent discrepancies in their accounts on July 18, before lodging a police complaint, Assistant Commissioner to the crime investigation department Izany Abdul Ghany revealed. It comes as the search team prepares to conduct a deep-water search across 60,000 square kilometres of the Indian Ocean. Several prominent members of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) are calling on Congress to probe the shooting death of an unarmed black teenager in Ferguson, Mo. HOUSTON, Texas -- Tens of thousands of Central Americans have entered the country illegally since October 2013; most of them will be likely considered "refugees" and ultimately be allowed to remain in the U.S. Consequently, many of the migrants will receive welfare from the federal government, funded by taxpayers. Health and Human Services (HHS) documents, obtained by Breitbart Texas, show that significant federal funds go towards encouraging refugees to enroll in long term welfare programs, and towards administering such benefits directly. HHS´ Office of Refugee and Resettlement (ORR) provides funding and grants to various organizations that help refugees collect welfare.
