Georgia case reopened after call

Atlanta Journal-Constitution, by Mike Morris

Milton police are reopening the investigation into last year’s death of a local concert hall owner following the recent arrest of a high-end call girl from metro Atlanta who California police said injected a Google executive with heroin and left him to die. Channel 2 Action News reported that the call girl, 2005 Northview High School graduate Alix Tichelman, was dating Dean Riopelle just before his death last September, and had been arrested two weeks before Riopelle died for biting the 53-year-old owner of Atlanta’s Masquerade concert venue. While news reports last fall indicated that Riopelle died of an apparent heart attack,

I wondered earlier how long it would take for them to reopen this case.

How clever of her. Bites boyfriend Riopelle, he files complaint and she is arrested and charged. Several weeks later he dies of suspicious-sounding "heart attack".

Now the Google exec is offed with heroin overdose. What did he do to offend her? Try to cut off their "relationship"?

Riopelle was a real sicko, too. Googling his name will bring up a whole page on his fetishist musical group. She was probably one of his nude dancers?

Germany’s federal government has ordered the US intelligence station chief at the Berlin embassy to leave the country - before he is expelled - after a second double agent was uncovered inside the German government. Investigators in Berlin have interviewed a man working for the defence ministry on suspicion of co-operation with US intelligence - a week after an officer in the BND foreign intelligence service said he had sold classified files to the CIA. German officials have now upped the ante in the spy affair to demonstrate their frustration at perceived stone-walling by Washington. A year after the first revelations by

President Barack Obama’s request for $3.7 billion to address thousands of children entering the U.S. illegally at the Mexican border is being met by obstacles in Congress from lawmakers in both parties. Republicans, who have long advocated tougher border security, are demanding legislation to speed deportation of the minors in exchange for new spending. Some House Republicans also say the funds must be offset with cuts elsewhere. Although Obama wants to expedite the deportation of Central American children, many Democrats in Congress disagree with that approach. Senator Richard Durbin of Illinois, the chamber’s second-ranking Democrat, told reporters he’s not inclined

On July 8, the White House submitted its emergency budget request to the House of Representatives (which holds the "power of the purse" under our Constitution) to deal with the "humanitarian crisis" on our southern border. The budget request, which totals $3.7 billion, immediately drew flack from many representatives who called it a blank check. Responding in the media, White House Director of the Domestic Policy Council Cecilia Muñoz said that Congress cannot have it both ways: criticizing the administration while withholding the funding to effectively handle the crisis. Having studied the request, it seems clear to me that it

Then the rally organizers realize what’s going on – they do not want the truth of their motivation exposed to sunlight. Consequently they begin to follow Dan Joseph around pulling people away from his interviews. Must watch video:

Alix Catherine Tichelman fancied herself a woman of many talents: model, makeup artist, writer, poet, hustler and exotic dancer. Police say she deserves another moniker: murderess. Prosecutors charged Tichelman, 26, of Atlanta, with manslaughter Wednesday for allegedly injecting high profile Google executive Forrest Tim Hayes with heroin and then standing by as he overdosed and died Nov. 23 on his 50-foot yacht, Escape, in the Santa Cruz, Calif., harbor. Tichelman, who allegedly worked as a call girl, had an "ongoing prostitution relationship" with Hayes, who was married and a father of five, police said.

Despite fiery statements issued by Hamas spokesmen over the past 48 hours, it was obvious Tuesday night that the Islamist movement was searching for ways to rid itself of the current escalation. Hamas feels that it has been forced into a confrontation with Israel – one that it did not want at this stage because of its increased isolation and financial crisis. The massive Israeli air strikes on the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours have surprised Hamas and other Palestinian groups. President Obama’s ultimate weakness may be that he believes his own blarney. A year ago, Mr. Obama boasted in a “fireside” Web chat that his “is the most transparent administration in history.” There was not the slightest hint of irony. He may actually believe it. But three-dozen organizations representing newspapermen and other journalists, mostly liberals, beg to differ. In a testy letter to the president on Tuesday, the group decried the “slick non-answers” and cold shoulders they’re getting from Mr. Obama’s representatives, who have restricted access to any information they consider embarrassing to the administration. “The stifling of free expression,” the signers

President Barack Obama does not believe his temporary amnesty program for illegal immigrant children has exacerbated the border crisis even though the number of illegal immigrant kids crossing the border spiked the year after he unilaterally enacted the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program in 2012.
