He’s busy with fundraisers today and probably bowling or miniature golf or something, but he’s going to squeeze in a few brief remarks on why he’s not much interested in summarily deporting the hundreds of thousands of illegals who are on their way from Central America. You ready? The long-awaited tarmac handshake with Perry is already on the books: He made a gesture of bipartisan comity today too ahead of his visit to the deep red state of Texas, saying of Republicans, “I don’t think they’re all terrible people. I think they love their families.” So we’ve got that going

Any other posters see Sen. Jeff Flake on Bret Baier´s show while waiting for His Majesty? I don´t like what Flake said. They are making plans to keep these illegals here. Let´s see what Obama doesn´t say. I´m sure he has no clue what´s going on between pool games and raising money he doesn´t have time for real problems!

Crisis over - just give him his $3.7Billion supplemental and it´s over. If those Republicans would just agree with him on everything - there would be no problem.

More psychotic spin, and more of the blame and shame game, directed towards Congress.

Put the National Guard on the borders.

Don´t give the POTUS a single cent. Send the illegals home.

This jackwad orchestrated this entire matter.

Good link to Glenn Beck. He is absolutely opposed tossing out the rule of law and allowing these people to stay. As an individual, he feels obliged to help those in need of aid. A couple of churches are trying to help but are simply inundated by the flood.

We love our families, our jobs, our schools and the American flag, and so far you are stepping on all of our rights. You aren´t even loyal to the ones that voted for you twice because you are taking away their rights too. How many schools will close from the diseases you are allowing in this country ? How many will die ? How many will lose their jobs ?

Is your allegiance to this country or not ?

There was high drama on the Senate floor this evening. Harry Reid brought on for a vote President Obama’s $2.7 billion proposal to support illegals from Central America who are flooding across the border, in the form of a supplemental budget request. An extremely knowledgeable Senate insider offers this blow-by-blow account of what happened: Harry Reid filled the amendment tree on the supplemental, meaning no amendments can get votes. Sessions offered a motion to table the filled tree with stated purpose of making room to get a vote on the Cruz amendment. “Filling the tree” has been Reid’s preferred strategy

KRGV reports that a refurbished detention center in Karnes City, TX, will be used to house hundreds of women and children who crossed into Texas illegally. The center’s rooms, called “suites,” have only been used to house adult illegal aliens in the past, but with the recent surge of unaccompanied minors from Central America, it will now be used to house kids too. KRGV’s story says that the illegal aliens will only be housed at the center for an average of 23 days, or that’s the federal government’s claim. Congressional approval ratings are at a historic low, and after what has happened over the course of the last twenty four hours – I can see why. On the House floor Wednesday, longtime Democrat Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee made the startling claim that “We did not seek an impeachment of President Bush, because as an executive, he had the authority.” These are the moments when you say “Really?” The problem here is that Rep. The Obama administration’s four-year defense strategy lacks funding needed for fulfilling global military missions and the U.S. military faces “high risk” in the world unless changes are made, according to a bipartisan report by a congressionally backed panel of defense experts. The report by the National Defense Panel, led by former Defense Secretary William Perry and retired Marine Corps Gen. The report concluded that the capabilities called for in the QDR

Political journalists are going to love the Hillary Clinton presidency. Judging by the way Team Clinton has responded to a series of books that are critical of the elderly homeowner and her philandering husband, it will be a real treat to cover them in the White House (again). The spokesmen condemned the “despicable” authors, arguing that “their behavior should

Even if the IRS recovers thousands of missing emails belonging to key officials involved in the targeting of conservative groups, congressional investigators will likely "go on to something else" and continue to hound the agency, according to IRS commissioner John Koskinen. Investigators “won´t concede error. They´ll say it was worth pursuing, which it is. Whether it was worth making a federal case out of it or not is another issue," he said in an interview this week with Tax Analysts, a nonprofit group. Certain lawmakers, he added, are determined to go after the IRS for any reason they can find. He claimed the emails, many of which belong to

A former Clinton-era CIA director is raising new concerns that Iran or North Korea will send U.S. civilization “to a cold, dark halt” by firing a nuke over America’s southern border, which is largely absent of missile defenses. R. James Woolsey said that the two rogue nations would copy the Russians, which launches satellites in an unusual trajectory that doesn’t send their gear over the northern border — the direction the Air Force anticipates a missile attack from. Woolsey is one of the nation’s leaders pushing Congress to defend against so-called electromagnetic pulse attacks. He and other government advisors fear Iran or
