Poll: Americans Want Sarah
Palin to Shut Up the Most

Mediaite, by Tina Daunt

Original Article

A poll conducted by the Wall Street Journal, NBC News, and Annenberg finally gave a numerical answer to a question we at Mediaite often ask ourselves: Out of all political figures that should pipe down just a bit, which one should do it immediately? Answer: Sarah Palin. Overwhelmingly Sarah Palin, says America. 52% of surveyed American adults want Sarah Palin to “be quiet,” according to the poll taken between June 30 and July 7 (Snip) 45% of respondents added that they wanted Jesse Jackson to be quiet, too; followed by Dick Cheney (42%), Newt Gingrich (39%), Al Gore (37%), and

She would be the last on my list to shut up. She is the only political type in the whole cesspool I trust.
Far nearer the top would be McCain and Boehner.

I doubt this is true. The only person I have heard anyone comment about not want to hears or see and wish he´d shut up is Obama

"you didn´t build that", "as a matter of fact", I didn´t know about that until I read it in the paper". "You can keep your doctor",for the first time folks will have coverage", "we leave no one behind" (we have a Marine in Mexico in prison), etc. Many want him to go away and shut up and never be heard of again. Ever!

The poll conducted at our last neighborhood BBQ/pool party contradicts that one with scientific certainty, margin of error nil. It was a three way tie between Barack, Michelle, and John Boehner. Surprisingly, the person people wanted most to keep talking was Hillary.

I think the people who conducted the poll were trying to "shape" what people think/want so as to offset Obama´s dismal approval numbers. This is not a poll that I would take seriously, especially since NBC and Annenberg are part of it. Just remember, Obama´s best friend, Bill Ayers, and Obama were part of the Annenberg Challenge.

My observations:
1. Palin has said nothing offensive or outrageous. not stupidities such as Biden and Reid. Why should she not speak out since we supposedly have freedome of speech?

2. A segment of the population is afraid of what she says.

3. She is effective. If she were not effective, they would not care about her speaking out.

I actually think most people in America today want to exist in a state of denial. They know something bad is happening to their country, but prefer to focus on anything but the truth.
Sarah Palin speaks the truth very clearly, Dick Cheney speaks the truth very clearly, and Ted Cruz speaks the truth very clearly. People don´t want to hear it, they will do anything to avoid the truth so they can enjoy their mundane lives.

Previously unpublished correspondence between Hillary Clinton and the late left-wing organizer Saul Alinsky reveal new details about her relationship with the controversial Chicago activist and shed light on her early ideological development. Clinton met with Alinsky several times in 1968 while writing a Wellesley college thesis about his theory of community organizing. Clinton’s relationship with Alinsky, and her support for his philosophy, continued for several years after she entered Yale law school in 1969, two letters obtained by the Washington Free Beacon show. The King fire in Northern California grew this weekend, destroying at least 10 homes, as officials worried that changing weather conditions could fuel the massive blaze even more. A significant benefit of the Affordable Care Act is the opportunity to receive money-saving tax credits up front to cut the overall cost of health insurance, but now hundreds of thousands of consumers could owe back some of that money next April. Those affected took advance payments of the premium tax credit for health insurance. Some married couples could owe $600 or $1,500 or $2,500 or even more. It might feel like a raw deal for some who are already suffocating under the escalating costs of health insurance. "Health insurance is confusing enough, and now they´re adding the complexities of

The chain-based heuristic refers to urban areas that vote Democratic versus ex-urban and rural areas that vote Republican. In 2012 the battleground states favored urban, Starbucks-pocked areas, hence Obama’s win; in the upcoming election, the toss-up states are more rural,

It was once said, “religion is designed to comfort the afflicted and to afflict the comfortable.” Jesus’ parables – short stories with moral lessons – were likewise designed to afflict, to draw us in but leave us uncomfortable. These teachings can be read as being about divine love and salvation, sure. But, their first listeners – first century Jews in Galilee and Judea – heard much more challenging messages. Only when we hear the parables as Jesus’ own audience did can we fully experience their power and find ourselves surprised and challenged today. Here are four examples of Jesus’ teachings that everybody gets wrong: 1.

I know a lot of people are giddy at the prospect of Republicans taking the Senate this November, but that’s becoming less and less likely. It’s not because Democrats are rallying around a particular mission or set of candidates; it’s because Republicans and conservatives aren’t. It seems like I’m always writing on issues no one wants to hear are mistakes, such as messaging or social issues. But I don’t care. These things have to be said. If these columns are received like a gaseous cousin on a long car trip through the desert, so be it. Crack a window… If things continue on their current course, the GOP will not retake the Senate.

The man who jumped the White House railing Sept. 19 deserves the right to live in President Barack Obama’s home, just as the president is allowing hundreds of thousands of border-jumping Central Americans to live in Americans’ homeland, says a new tongue-in-cheek petition posted at the White House website. “We urge President Obama to immediately and publicly recognize that Mr. Omar J. Gonzalez, an oppressed migrant, was merely looking for a better life when he entered the White House after going over the classist, divisive and needless fence,” says the petition, which was authored by D.A. SALEM, N.H. — Voters have soured on President Obama. National and statewide trends favor Republicans. And here in his new home state, Scott Brown’s truck is gaining speed. Analysts and recent polls have found Brown closing in on US Senator Jeanne Shaheen, the Democratic incumbent he is vying to unseat, in a race that has become increasingly nasty and expensive. Once largely dismissed by critics as an unlikely second act in a state he moved to only last year, Brown’s Senate bid is increasingly seen as a plausible path back to the US Capitol. Observers see a race that may be largely determined
