Poll: Americans Want Sarah
Palin to Shut Up the Most

Mediaite, by Tina Daunt

Original Article

A poll conducted by the Wall Street Journal, NBC News, and Annenberg finally gave a numerical answer to a question we at Mediaite often ask ourselves: Out of all political figures that should pipe down just a bit, which one should do it immediately? Answer: Sarah Palin. Overwhelmingly Sarah Palin, says America. 52% of surveyed American adults want Sarah Palin to “be quiet,” according to the poll taken between June 30 and July 7 (Snip) 45% of respondents added that they wanted Jesse Jackson to be quiet, too; followed by Dick Cheney (42%), Newt Gingrich (39%), Al Gore (37%), and

She would be the last on my list to shut up. She is the only political type in the whole cesspool I trust.
Far nearer the top would be McCain and Boehner.

I doubt this is true. The only person I have heard anyone comment about not want to hears or see and wish he´d shut up is Obama

"you didn´t build that", "as a matter of fact", I didn´t know about that until I read it in the paper". "You can keep your doctor",for the first time folks will have coverage", "we leave no one behind" (we have a Marine in Mexico in prison), etc. Many want him to go away and shut up and never be heard of again. Ever!

The poll conducted at our last neighborhood BBQ/pool party contradicts that one with scientific certainty, margin of error nil. It was a three way tie between Barack, Michelle, and John Boehner. Surprisingly, the person people wanted most to keep talking was Hillary.

I think the people who conducted the poll were trying to "shape" what people think/want so as to offset Obama´s dismal approval numbers. This is not a poll that I would take seriously, especially since NBC and Annenberg are part of it. Just remember, Obama´s best friend, Bill Ayers, and Obama were part of the Annenberg Challenge.

My observations:
1. Palin has said nothing offensive or outrageous. not stupidities such as Biden and Reid. Why should she not speak out since we supposedly have freedome of speech?

2. A segment of the population is afraid of what she says.

3. She is effective. If she were not effective, they would not care about her speaking out.

I actually think most people in America today want to exist in a state of denial. They know something bad is happening to their country, but prefer to focus on anything but the truth.
Sarah Palin speaks the truth very clearly, Dick Cheney speaks the truth very clearly, and Ted Cruz speaks the truth very clearly. People don´t want to hear it, they will do anything to avoid the truth so they can enjoy their mundane lives.

Over at National Review, Eliana Johnson got hold of a confidential campaign plan for Michelle Nunn, the Georgia Democrat running for the U.S. Senate. Nunn is one of the two or three hopes Democrats have of actually picking up a Senate seat. The campaign is cynical, to say the least, especially in its assessment of Jews as a "tremendous financial opportunity" and Asians as "very tight." Ricochet looked at the report and found one area the campaign felt very good about: How Nunn could count on the media to be on its side and even warn them of in advance of GOP attacks: Her strategists are optimistic that the media won’t prove much of an

Sen. John Kerry spent more than 20 minutes discussing the religious crises overseas during the 2013 Annual Report on International Religious Freedom, advocating religious freedom for all and declaring religious liberty to be “a universal value… ingrained in every human heart… a birthright of every human being.” “That’s what we believe,” Kerry said. He’s speaking on behalf of the State Dept. – that is, the federal government — the same federal government that tried to force a business to provide contraceptives contrary to the employers’ religious beliefs. President Obama and congressional Republicans are in the political equivalent of a bad marriage. They bicker about everything, accuse each other of acting in bad faith and don´t much like each other. Now, like a lot of dysfunctional relationships, this one is heading to court. This week, before the House leaves for its August recess, the GOP majority is expected to approve a lawsuit against Obama. Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, says it will accuse the president of unconstitutionally abusing his executive power by delaying the Obamacare requirement that larger companies provide health insurance or pay a fine — the so-called

At the same time, we remain focused on the American people´s top priority: jobs and the economy. I believe the president´s actions in a number of areas — including job-destroying energy regulations, releasing the "Taliban 5" from Guantanamo without notice and waiving the work requirements in welfare — exceed his constitutional authority. On the advice of legal experts, the House action will focus on his decision to extend — twice — the deadline to institute the employer mandate

When The Times of Israel’s Avi Issacharoff first reported the content of John Kerry’s ceasefire proposal on Friday afternoon, I wondered if something had gotten lost in translation. It seemed inconceivable that the American secretary of state would have drafted an initiative that, as a priority, did not require the dismantling of Hamas’s rocket arsenal and network of tunnels dug under the Israeli border. Yet the reported text did not address these issues at all, nor call for the demilitarization of Gaza. A leading drug policy researcher, David Murray, has a must-read piece up at the Hudson Institute website, "Comparing Marijuana and Alcohol: Seriously." Murray´s article is a devastating deconstruction of claims that marijuana is relatively safe, or at least safer than alcohol. And, as he points out, it thereby undermines much of the basis of the New York Times´s blithely irresponsible editorial endorsement of marijuana legalization. Read Murray´s whole piece. Here are highlights: It’s a remarkable weekend when one finds the Grey Lady arguing for state’s rights, and worrying huffily about arbitrary Presidential powers. But when it comes to smoking dope, the mind

Geraldo Rivera hates it whenever any one around him refers to people illegally crossing the border as “illegals.” On Monday’s edition of Outnumbered he challenged FNC’s Ainsley Earhardt when she dared to use that phrase in his presence. Rivera barked: “Every time you say ‘illegals,’ it’s like fingernails on a black board!” Well Earhardt, along with a few of her co-panelists, fought back against Rivera’s insistence that the border-crossers were “law-abiding.” (video after the jump) The following is the relevant exchange as it was aired on the July 28 edition of FNC’s Outnumbered: Andrea Tantaros: Ainsley how does this move,

As she also did with NBC’s Brian Williams, who interviewed Clinton after she was hired by the network as a “special correspondent” — albeit one with no journalism experience. Her starting salary: $600,000 a year. “For most of my life I did deliberately

The Catholic Church—through the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops’ Committee on Migration—both paved the road for Barack Hussein Obama’s ultimate takeover of Free West society and continues to actively enable the Fundamental Transformation of America by sinking the US in a tsunami of illegal aliens. In coming to Obama’s aid in erasing forever America’s borders, the bishops sold the USA out, including its Catholics, for the proverbial 30 pieces of silver. In biblical terms, Obama and the Catholic bishops—who both birthed his progress to the seat of power and back him on his Fundamental Transformation mission—are in in league with the devil.
