Poll: Americans Want Sarah
Palin to Shut Up the Most

Mediaite, by Tina Daunt

Original Article

A poll conducted by the Wall Street Journal, NBC News, and Annenberg finally gave a numerical answer to a question we at Mediaite often ask ourselves: Out of all political figures that should pipe down just a bit, which one should do it immediately? Answer: Sarah Palin. Overwhelmingly Sarah Palin, says America. 52% of surveyed American adults want Sarah Palin to “be quiet,” according to the poll taken between June 30 and July 7 (Snip) 45% of respondents added that they wanted Jesse Jackson to be quiet, too; followed by Dick Cheney (42%), Newt Gingrich (39%), Al Gore (37%), and

She would be the last on my list to shut up. She is the only political type in the whole cesspool I trust.
Far nearer the top would be McCain and Boehner.

I doubt this is true. The only person I have heard anyone comment about not want to hears or see and wish he´d shut up is Obama

"you didn´t build that", "as a matter of fact", I didn´t know about that until I read it in the paper". "You can keep your doctor",for the first time folks will have coverage", "we leave no one behind" (we have a Marine in Mexico in prison), etc. Many want him to go away and shut up and never be heard of again. Ever!

The poll conducted at our last neighborhood BBQ/pool party contradicts that one with scientific certainty, margin of error nil. It was a three way tie between Barack, Michelle, and John Boehner. Surprisingly, the person people wanted most to keep talking was Hillary.

I think the people who conducted the poll were trying to "shape" what people think/want so as to offset Obama´s dismal approval numbers. This is not a poll that I would take seriously, especially since NBC and Annenberg are part of it. Just remember, Obama´s best friend, Bill Ayers, and Obama were part of the Annenberg Challenge.

My observations:
1. Palin has said nothing offensive or outrageous. not stupidities such as Biden and Reid. Why should she not speak out since we supposedly have freedome of speech?

2. A segment of the population is afraid of what she says.

3. She is effective. If she were not effective, they would not care about her speaking out.

I actually think most people in America today want to exist in a state of denial. They know something bad is happening to their country, but prefer to focus on anything but the truth.
Sarah Palin speaks the truth very clearly, Dick Cheney speaks the truth very clearly, and Ted Cruz speaks the truth very clearly. People don´t want to hear it, they will do anything to avoid the truth so they can enjoy their mundane lives.

WASHINGTON —Polarization and partisanship are a plague on American politics. Political scientists have found that the two parties have each grown more ideologically homogeneous since the 1970s. The Senate hasn’t been so polarized since Reconstruction; the House has not been so divided since around 1900. As measured by laws passed, the current Congress is on track to be among the least productive in our republic’s history. How did this happen? One of the main causes has not gotten enough attention: the party primary system. The reasons behind the shocking primary defeat last month of Representative Eric Cantor of Virginia, who

Seattle– Republicans and some political pundits have taken sharp aim at President Barack Obama for maintaining his fundraising schedule amid a period of global unrest. Not among those complaining? Democrats who stand to benefit from the millions of dollars in campaign cash Obama will help pull in this week during a three-day West Coast swing, bringing him into the homes of entertainment and real estate bigwigs in Seattle, the Silicon Valley and Los Angeles. President Barack Obama said on Monday that he’s in favor of Washington, D.C., gaining statehood. “I’m in D.C., so I’m for it,” he said to a room of mostly young, minority boys who were at the White House for Obama’s My Brother’s Keeper initiative. “Folks in D.C. pay taxes like everybody else. They contribute to the overall well-being of the country like everybody else. They should be represented like everybody else.” Obama said he’s supported the idea of statehood for D.C. “for quite sometime” but acknowledged that “the politics of it” would make it something difficult to move through Congress.

A pernicious, little-known Obama administration policy – one that that incentivizes adult illegal immigrants to use children as human shields to escape arrest and deportation at the border – largely has escaped the media’s notice. This same policy is driving the historic surge of children at the border, as everyone from coyotes to illegal immigrant adults already in America seeks to use children to guarantee their safe passage into the country, or to protect them from deportation if they are illegally living here.
