Despite Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson vowing to "stem the tide" of unaccompanied illegal minors across the southern border with Mexico, thousands more are expected to enter the United States by the end of the year. With the system being overwhelmed, Border Patrol agents are concerned about minors who have admitted to being MS-13 members, a brutal street gang from El Salvador that has been successful in infiltrating American communities. Agents are also concerned about minors who have committed acts like torture and murder in their home countries before heading north to the United States. "We have six minors in Nogales

You could make the case we have an "illegal, unaccompanied minor" [dictator] in the WH. He is torturing the United States of America, and probably has lots of blood on his hands. . . a la Benghazi. He is welcoming his comrades. One of these days, he may cross the Bridge Too Far.

The Øbamboozler´s workin hard and doin everything he can to turn America into a Communist cesspool even if he has to drag poor, unfortunate children into it as though we don´t already have enough of our own we can´t care of!
Where are the disingenuous liberals screaming about the over-crowded diseased detainment camps? Separating children from their families? Further torturing children who are already suffering?

It reminds me of when Carter put out the welcome mat and Castro thanked him by emptying Cuban prisons, and dumping his problems on us. I wonder how long it will be before we start seeing murders, rapes, and other heinous crimes as a result of Jughead´s naivete?

If you like your borders, you can keep your borders....

Serioulsy though - enough of the weepy Candy Crowleys and Megyn Kellys with their "oh these poor children - just look at those little faces."

If the border was not crossable, i.e, fences, moats with alligators*, etc. then we wouldn´t have this problem.

Public policy is being made by people who will never in their entire lives confront anyone in a gang. They live in the rarified atmosphere of privilege and protection. However, they, in their infinite wisdom are happy to foist dangerous criminals upon the rest of us for nothing more than making themselves feel good about their compassion and humanitarianism, but the driving force for these "rulers" is political power through voter fraud. The democrats are waging war against traditional American families. My prayer is that these democrats will open their eyes and realize that their party is actively engaged in waging war against everything they hold dear. There are decent democrats out there and now is the time to reach out to them. Obama offers nothing to them but unemployment, inflated food and gas prices, and neighborhoods filled with criminals who Obama has invited in and are allowed to freely roam this country. If traditional democrats want to live the Mad Max life then they need continue to support him. If they want their country back then they need to reject Obama and his failed policies. Republicans have the message that traditional Americans believe in. If articulated, it will resonate.

The gang wars in Chicago will look like child´s play once these animals join the inner city gangs. Obama is destroying his own race by allowing this.

What is the definition here of "minor"? (Under 24 and still eligible for coverage under their parent´s health insurance? Under 21, and not allowed to drink?)

How many meet the definition?

What are the demographics of the group?

I suspect that very few of these minors are sweet little girls with big brown eyes, hair falling out of a ponytail, clutching their teddy bears -- as they walked the 1300 from Guatamala to Brownsville.

All by themselves!

I remain stunned that the Republican "leaders" aren´t screaming bloody murder, no pun intended, about this atrocity that is being perpetrated on the American people. No doubt the processing of these young illegal aliens is one big fiasco. When politicians like Obama find themselves in a mess of their own making they always want to shove it under the covers and minimize it.

You can bet that the border patrol big wigs have been told to streamline the processing so that the illegal aliens can be dispersed all over the USA. When that happens all sorts of fraud takes place, and there is nothing to keep a Mexican illegal alien, maybe eighteen years old, from claiming to the border patrol processors to be a sixteen year old from a Central American country and then being released into the USA,with a promise to appear for a deportation proceedings maybe a year or more from now in accordance with the Obama catch and release program. Since they don´t fingerprint aliens under age sixteen, even real Central American youth can give a false identity, and since they are not fingerprinted, once released, they can go on using their real name and will never be identified as the person processed and released on that date and time. Once in the interior of the USA could easily falsely claim that they have been here for years and are thus eligible for any upcoming amnesty.

This is not Obama´s Katrina.
It is Obama´s Mariel boat lift.
Jimmy Carter welcomed immigrants from Cuba and they came in numbers well over 100k.
But Castro had released many from jails and mental institutions. So crime in Florida spiked. Jimmy Carter was embarrassed that he had been tricked by Castro.(I assume he was embarrassed. His behavior post Presidency would make me believe he planned it that way.)

And similar to the Mariel boat lift these countries are dregs of their societies. Unruly teen agers. Children with many issues which will assure that they never become productive members of any society.

The whole point of setting the border between Mexico and the United States at the deepest channel of the Rio Grande was that the river was not supposed to move. That was the thinking in 1848, when, following Mexico’s defeat by the United States and surrender of its vast northern lands, boundary surveyors from the two countries were tasked with reinventing the border. The choice of the river for the boundary’s eastern half had been obvious: its use as a territorial marker stretched back into the region’s Spanish colonial past, and it was hard to miss and often difficult to

The quote comes from The Roosevelts, the new Ken Burns documentary that PBS airs this month. But the term “documentary” doesn’t do The Roosevelts justice. “Extravaganza” is more like it: In not one but 14 lavish hours, the series covers two great presidents, Theodore Roosevelt, who served in the first decade of the last century, and Franklin Roosevelt, who led our nation through the Great Depression and to victory in World War II. The last few weeks of public polling have offered contradictory and surprising results, like surveys showing the Democratic Senate candidate in Colorado either up by six percentage points or down by eight. Nonetheless, the polls have clarified the fight for the Senate. States like North Carolina and Michigan have moved toward the Democrats, while Arkansas and Louisiana have drifted toward the Republican column. The result is that the list of battleground states has shrunk, with perhaps only Alaska, Iowa and Kansas remaining as true tossups. Turkey is celebrating the return of 49 of their citizens held for 101 days by Islamic State. The hostages were captured when the Iraqi city of Mosul fell to the terrorists. Turkey’s state run news agency Anadolu reported that “no ransom had been paid and “no conditions were accepted in return for their release.” But many observers weren’t buying that explanation. In Friday´s New York Times, TV critic Alessandra Stanley discussed the two shows and slammed Hillary. "Hillary Rodham Clinton is the obvious inspiration, but this is Hillary with a human face," she wrote. During the Cold War, reporters would suggest a kinder, gentler Marxist regime was "communism with a human face." Stanley continued: "Téa Leoni, who has a husky voice and a loose, engaging manner, is an unusually likable beauty. As Elizabeth McCord, she has all the brains and determination of the original and none

Washington - The Secret Service is coming under intense scrutiny after a man who hopped the White House fence made it all the way through the front door before being apprehended. President Barack Obama and his daughters had just departed the White House on Friday evening when an intruder scaled the north fence, darted across the lawn and into the presidential residence, where agents nabbed him. The security breach triggered a rare evacuation of much of the White House, with Secret Service officers drawing their guns as they rushed staffers and journalists out a side door.

On Thursday In a session with the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, Secretary of State John Kerry was asked by Rep. Joe Wilson (R-SC) whether America was at war in Iraq and Syria. (Video) Kerry responded: “If you’re more comfortable calling it a war against this enemy of Islam then please do so. We’re happy to call it that.” So its official: America is at war with the enemy of Islam. However, strange bedfellows arise if the Obama administration so chooses to uphold Kerry’s claim that we are at war with the enemy(s) of Islam. The following displays that Secretary

The French did for President Obama on Friday what they refused to do for his predecessor — they joined the fight in Iraq. Two Rafale fighter planes armed with laser-guided bombs “entirely destroyed” an Islamic State munitions depot and killed dozens of ISIS fighters, making France the first coalition country to make good on its promise to battle the murderous militants. “Other operations will follow in the coming days with the same goal — to weaken this terrorist organization and come to the aid of the Iraqi authorities,” French President Francois Hollande vowed. The French famously said “non” in 2003 when President Bush

Three and a half months have come and gone and the Pentagon has offered no clarity on what happened to alleged Army deserter and Taliban collaborator Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl. Fellow soldiers and other critics fear the military’s now-delayed investigation is shaping up to be a whitewash. The case has become a political powder keg for President Obama. Since he traded five imprisoned Taliban leaders for Bergdahl, the US Government Accountability Office has declared the swap illegal, and nearly two dozen House Democrats have joined Republicans in officially condemning the move for making “Americans less safe.”

SALEM, N.H. — Voters have soured on President Obama. National and statewide trends favor Republicans. And here in his new home state, Scott Brown’s truck is gaining speed. Analysts and recent polls have found Brown closing in on US Senator Jeanne Shaheen, the Democratic incumbent he is vying to unseat, in a race that has become increasingly nasty and expensive. Once largely dismissed by critics as an unlikely second act in a state he moved to only last year, Brown’s Senate bid is increasingly seen as a plausible path back to the US Capitol. Observers see a race that may be largely determined

The man who jumped the White House railing Sept. 19 deserves the right to live in President Barack Obama’s home, just as the president is allowing hundreds of thousands of border-jumping Central Americans to live in Americans’ homeland, says a new tongue-in-cheek petition posted at the White House website. “We urge President Obama to immediately and publicly recognize that Mr. Omar J. Gonzalez, an oppressed migrant, was merely looking for a better life when he entered the White House after going over the classist, divisive and needless fence,” says the petition, which was authored by D.A. King, founder of the Georgia-based
