An internal Border Patrol executive summary obtained by Townhall confirms that at least 16 unaccompanied illegal minors (those under the age of 18, according to U.S. government policy), are members of the brutal El Salvadorian street gang Mara Salvatrucha—or MS-13. Gang members left graffiti on the walls of the Nogales Border Patrol processing center, which suggested they had ties to the organization. "Border Patrol Agents (BPAs) and Customs and Border Protection Officers (CBPOs), assigned to The Nogales Placement Center (NPC), discovered that 16 unaccompanied alien children (13 El Salvadoran males, two Guatelmalan males and one Honduran male) currently being held

If history is any guide half of these young illegal aliens will never finish high school with many of them ending up in very violent youth gangs in the big cities.

The biggest generators of violent crime in the sending countries of Central America are their citizens who have been in custody in the USA as violent youth gang members in the big cities, and who have been deported from the USA back to those sending countries.

In many ways, the MS13 are no different than ISIS.

They engage in mass murder, behead, and hang their ´enemies´ for all to see.

According to this administration, they are ´refugee children.´

Socialism: As Venezuelans prepare to be fingerprinted to buy bread, it bears noting that their country´s transformation came with the late Hugo Chavez´s promise of "a sea of happiness." Some happiness. Fact is, socialism has made Venezuela the most miserable place on earth. But don´t take our word for it. That´s the result of objective research by Johns Hopkins University economist Steve Hanke. He has created a "Global Misery Index" based on the original inflation-unemployment misery index of the late economist Arthur Okun and the interest rate and GDP per capita additions of Harvard economist Robert Barro. A day before the Islamic State released a video of the brutal execution of American journalist James Foley, President Obama declared at a White House news conference that defeating the Islamic State was not his responsibility. “We’re not the Iraqi military, we’re not even the Iraqi air force,” Obama said, adding “I am the commander in chief of the United States armed forces, and Iraq is gonna have to ultimately provide for its own security.” That attitude — that refusal to lead — is precisely why the Islamic State has been able to take control of a swath of the Middle

The long-held idea that Europeans were the first to bring tuberculosis to the Americas when they arrived in the 15th Century has been thrown into doubt. Instead, a study suggests that the deadly disease was present in the area hundreds of years before Christopher Columbus made landfall. Genetic tests reveal that humans were probably not responsible for moving TB to the New World at all - instead, seals carried it there. The research is published in Nature. Johannes Krause, from the University of Tuebingen, in Germany, said: “Who would have thought seals were actually transmitting one of the deadliest diseases to

Leadership: Texas Gov. Rick Perry smiled confidently for his mug shot, as if to signal he would prevail over politicized big government. In fact, that may resonate as a campaign theme for voters weary of the same abuses. Until now, the prevailing "narrative" was that a governor under indictment on two counts of "abuses of power" would be political toast. Because even if the charges were baseless, as these are, the mug shot and the screeching headlines would bring certain opprobrium. It certainly happened that way for now-exonerated House leader Tom DeLay, whose career was ruined by the same tactics
