Dinesh D´Souza´s new movie points
conservatives in the right direction

Do we conservatives really mean it when we say that we need to promote our ideas in the popular culture through books, movies and other media? If so, we need to support people like Dinesh D´Souza and his latest movie and book, America: Imagine a World Without Her. I saw the movie, and I loved it. D´Souza is a passionate patriot who "chose this country" and loves it with every fiber of his being. Like many of the rest of us, he recognizes that America is under assault, and he is doing all he can to save it. In the

In an example of soft tyranny, COSTCO is removing D´Souza´s book from its shelves (reported at World Net Daily and Moonbattery today).

"The July 1 order required all copies to be removed by July 15."

Going to see the movie later today.

D´Souza is starting to remind me of Galileo Galilei, thrown in jail, later house arrest, for speaking facts, history and science.

We are currently ruled by soft Despots.

FTA:America didn´t steal its wealth; it created it, because its free market system, undergirded by Christian values, gave rise to an explosion of entrepreneurship, growth and unprecedented prosperity. Moreover, but for America, world history would remain a story of wealth by conquest.

One doesn´t have to go back many years in world history to understand that but for America, most survivors of WWII would either be speaking German or Japanese as their "native" language. More recently, thanks to President George W. Bush, the USA is not an Islamic country. I believe that if the current resident in the WH had his way, Americans would be bowing to Mecca three times a day to the Muslim call to prayer which he described as "one of the prettiest sounds on Earth."

Thanks for the information about Costco. I will miss shopping there because I often got some good bargains, but that is beyond the pale! I will go one more time on my current membership, walk to the desk, and tell them exactly why I am not renewing.

I am so tired of seeing in the 66 years of my life the DEMONRATS take over and undo all the good that good leaders build up. When we (USA) were lucky enough to get good leaders, they built up our country only to see the LEFTIST COMMIES tear it down when they LIED enough to gain votes and power from the low info voters. And now, they´ve gain a foothold and do not want to let go.....so ... in order to keep that foothold, they will lie, cheat, steal and kill to keep it and the low info voter will continue to help them destroy our country.

Republican California gubernatorial candidate Neel Kashkari recently spent a week homeless on the streets of Fresno, CA, and he may have discovered why so many American workers oppose illegal immigration. His struggles to find a job--let alone food and a roof over his head--exemplify why American workers oppose illegal immigration and President Barack Obama´s plans to give millions of illegal immigrants work permits in an economy that has not recovered for them. On Thursday, fierce opposition to Obama´s potential granting of work permits to millions of illegal immigrants caused House GOP leaders to pull their border bill,

A dramatic scene was unfolding on Capitol Hill on Thursday as House Republican leaders left open the possibility that the chamber could still vote on a border crisis bill -- just moments after punting on the legislation and sending lawmakers home. Earlier in the afternoon, House leaders abandoned the bill after failing to round up enough votes for it. Lawmakers then began heading out for the five-week summer recess. But incoming House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., then unexpectedly took to the floor to say "additional votes are possible," indicating lawmakers should stay. Faced with certain defeat, Boehner (R-Ohio) pulled the legislation from consideration Thursday afternoon, according to guidance from leadership advisers. With more than 20 House conservatives opposed, Boehner did not have enough votes from his own Republican ranks because virtually all Democrats opposed the legislation. The resulting lack of action would end the congressional summer session in a familiar legislative failure, as
