Obama border funding: Most money
to care, feed, transport illegal
immigrants; little for deportations

Washington Examiner, by Byron York

Original Article

It´s still a little unclear exactly how much money President Obama will request to deal with the crisis of thousands of families and unaccompanied children crossing the border into the United States illegally. But there are indications the vast majority of the funding will go to caring for the illegal immigrants who are already here -- feeding, housing, and transporting them to new American homes -- while a far smaller amount will go to sending some of those immigrants back to their home countries and preventing future immigrants from crossing into the U.S. illegally. The president will ask for a

We need the money to investigate and prosecute the Obama administration and the democrat party criminal enterprise. Other than that, no money should be approved by this Congress.

Questions abound. Just to mention a few.

1. How did these toddlers get 1000 miles plus to the border in the first place?
2. Who paid for the trip?
3. Did they come unaccompanied or are their parents on the Mexico side waiting to sneak across or are they already here illegally?
4. What documents were needed to get into Mexico in the first place?
5. If no documents needed, what is this insidious plan in which Mexico is deeply entrenched and what are they getting out of it?
6. Mexican officials do nothing without a "mordida" in their hand. Where does that come from and who´s putting up the money?
7. A 1000 mile bus trip in Mexico is three to four days. Who´s caring for these kids along the way? They look pretty well dressed and cared for in the pictures I´ve seen.

Lengthy prison sentences for treason and aiding and abetting should be a slam dunk for most of the 535 plus++++ in DC starting with the head (or tail depending on the point of view)! Can you see November from your house?

Take the money from the millions we hand out to the South American countries who are pushing these illegal aliens over our borders.

Also send bills for the care and feeding of these illegals to the various embassies involved in this invasion of the U.S.

They should be "deemed" to be from Mexico and simply dumped back across the border. Then our National Guard should be stationed there with shoot to kill orders. Problem solved.

I fail to see how the taxpayers of these United States should be on the hook to pay even a single cent for this. Not a cent.
Every one of these invaders has a nation of origin. That nation, not this one, should be the one paying for the misbehavior of their citizens. Bill ´em, and demand IMMEDIATE payment. In gold. With interest.
And that bill should also include, pro-rated appropriately, all the other costs involved. Sterilization of the transport busses and planes. Sterilization of the holding facilities. Overtime for all the cops. Compensation to the afflicted citizens. Medical care for all the persons who have, or who may have, contracted awful diseases from these invaders. As well as other expenses not listed above.
If necessary to emphasize the matter, I am fine with a napalm run on the presidential complexes of Guatemala, Mexico, and Honduras, for example. Repeat as needed.

Hillary Clinton’s creepy “I’m baack" announcement in Iowa this weekend should be enough to scare any good Republican. Not only did it unwittingly recall the tagline from an actual horror movie — “Poltergeist II: The Other Side” — it was also a warning to anyone who thought the 90s were safely behind us. But for all the oxygen devoted to a potential Clinton run, and as inevitable as some Democrats think she is, all the wind is behind Republicans right now, not Democrats. And certainly not Democrats associated in any way with the Obama administration. Yes, it’s going to require some smart

The fireworks come in the last minute although I’ll be candid and confess I don’t really understand what the point of disagreement is. Hannity says we should secure the border; Gutierrez replies that securing the border won’t stop ISIS operatives, who are more likely to enter the U.S. through airports than by sneaking across from Mexico. Last week, two aircraft took off from an air base in western Russia, just east of the Russian city of Saratov. The aircraft, Tu-95 strategic bombers code-named Bear by NATO, flew northwest, skirting Iceland, Greenland, and Canada. Once beyond Canada, the two lumbering, propeller-driven bombers settled on a heading straight toward the United States. Their goal was a "launch box" off the coast of the U.S. from which, during wartime, they would fire nuclear-tipped cruise missiles towards American cities and military bases. The provocative flights were timed to a NATO summit, attended by President Obama, then taking place in Wales. On the

NEW YORK-After forgiving millions of dollars in medical debt, Occupy Wall Street is tackling a new beast: student loans. Marking the third anniversary of the Occupy Wall Street movement, the group´s Strike Debt initiative announced Wednesday it has abolished $3.8 million worth of private student loan debt since January. It said it has been buying the debts for pennies on the dollar from debt collectors, and then simply forgiving that money rather than trying to collect it. In total, the group spent a little more than $100,000 to purchase the $3.8 million in debt. While the group is unable to

You would think the news that since 2000 Landrieu had spent some $34,000 on forty-three separate incidents of chartered travel to fundraisers and other campaign events, the result of an audit by the law firm of Perkins Coie into her Senate office books, would have exploded into Louisiana’s media. In a post over at Townhall last week, I explored the striking gap between national public opinion trends and polling results in individual contested races. The former data set looks highly promising for Republicans — Allahpundit wrote about the generic ballot on Friday — while the latter offers little indication of a coming red wave. Why aren’t GOP candidates surging across the board in the midst of such an auspicious overall electoral environment? Why is President Obama’s toxic brand dragging down certain Democrats, but not others? When I posed these questions to Real Clear Politics’ top elections guru, Sean Trende,

A colonnade of classical stone pillars modeled on the Parthenon in Athens, it´s grand, inspiring - and unfinished, ever since the money to build it ran out two centuries ago.
