Obama goes fundraising as ISIS head
emerges to preach jihad, killings continue

Shootings, beheadings, hangings and crucifixions continued in ISIS-controlled Iraq over the holiday weekend. The Obama team also took a break from its grueling daily photo-ops designed to change the topic of discussion from all the ongoing Obama predicaments. [Snip] After a brief appearance at a party for military, Obama played golf. This afternoon he’s off for three days of Colorado and Texas fundraisers. Analysts, meanwhile, pored over an unusual videotape released by the terrorists currently conquering Iraq. It purports to show Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the shadowy head of ISIS, speaking in a Mosul mosque at Friday prayers.

Why shouldn´t Obama relax and enjoy. After all, he´s helped ISLAM..he has empowered them with our Tax money and keeps sending as much as he can to them....while he curses us and Israel.

When President George W. Bush ordered a U.S. troop surge into Iraq in 2007, Sen. B. Obama was adamantly opposed. In fact, he said the surge would only worsen sectarian strife. From the first gleam in his eye of an Oval Office, Obama ran against any war in Iraq. [Snip] Obama is, of course, infamous for his convenient memory and prediction capabilities. If you like that president, you can keep that president. But what did Obama say about U.S. troops in Iraq, when did he say it? And Joe Biden and others. Are they consistent? Here´s a brief collection of

Minnesota Senate Candidate Mike McFadden gives the Republican Party´s Weekly Remarks. Hi. My name is Mike McFadden and I’m running for the United States Senate from the great state of Minnesota. To get there, I’m in the midst of an 87-county tour. Today, I hit county number 80 and I’m speaking to you from the MinnWest Technology Campus in Willmar. We have a wonderful state, and Minnesotans work hard, but no matter where I go, from Winona to Warroad, people tell me the same thing: "We are heading in the wrong direction.” America is experiencing one of the slowest economic recoveries

President Obama’s weekly remarks. This week, I authorized two operations in Iraq. First, I directed our military to take action to protect our American diplomats and military advisors serving in the city of Erbil. In recent days, terrorist forces neared the city. [Snip] We have Americans serving across Iraq, including our embassy in Baghdad, and we’ll do whatever is needed to protect our people. Second, we’ve begun a humanitarian effort to help those Iraqi civilians trapped on that mountain. The terrorists that have taken over parts of Iraq have been especially brutal to religious minorities.

Obama on first combat death of an

President Obama has a habit of issuing formal statements of sadness upon deaths in the news. Usually they begin "Michelle and I were saddened..." And they include the words "our hearts and prayers go out to the families." Obama does it somewhat more than most modern presidents, especially if the dead person is an African leader. [Snip] This week, Maj. Gen. Harold Greene became the highest-ranking U.S. military officer to die in the Afghan war. He was assassinated and a dozen others wounded at a training camp near Kabul by a man in an Afghan army uniform, the first American general to die in a combat zone since the Vietnam

As planned, President Obama, his minions and the largely-complicit D.C. political media are using the absence of Congress to build the anticipatory drumbeat about what exactly the chief executive intends to do by himself over the boiling issue of illegal immigrants. [Snip] Aides say Obama will move at "the end of summer," an intentionally vague time-frame. Our guess is shortly after Labor Day when he can focus public attention on his moves as the Nov. 4 midterm elections approach. Narcissist or not, every president wants to control the media narrative. This is especially so for disastrous presidencies like Obama´s.

This summer President Obama has attended a bumper crop of political fundraisers, now more than 400 since taking office. He claims he wants to work with the House Republicans he mocks as "hatin´ on" him. And, of course, Obama boasts of creating new jobs. In his weekly remarks last Saturday Obama has declared something like: "Our economy created over 200,000 new jobs in July.” [Snip]Those new monthly job figures he cites are true, as far as they go. But as usual with this Chicago pol´s declaratory statements, there´s much more hidden than revealed. Obama does not mention that July's unemployment rate ticked up to

Rep. Greg Walden gives the Weekly Republican Party Remarks: No matter where you stand on the issues, this much is clear: Something has gone terribly wrong in Washington. And Americans have good reason to be fed up. For nearly six years now, we’ve had an administration that trusts government more than you, that spends rather than saves, that believes change comes from desks in Washington and not kitchen counters like this one. Republicans have sought to do things differently. We’ve focused on solutions to rein in big government, and help grow our economy. The House has passed more than 40 jobs bills,

President Obama's weekly remarks: Hi, everybody. My top priority as President is doing everything I can to create more jobs and more opportunities for hardworking families to get ahead. On Friday, we learned that our economy created over 200,000 new jobs in July. That’s on top of about 300,000 new jobs in June. We’re now in a six-month streak with at least 200,000 new jobs each month. That hasn’t happened since 1997. All told, our businesses have created 9.9 million jobs over the past 53 months. That’s the longest streak of private-sector job creation in our history. Because of you — because of your hard work and determination —

Here´s a little good news story you won´t find in many places today. First, it doesn´t come out of Washington, D.C., which you already knew because it´s Good News. Second, it´s another victory in the little-noticed ongoing legal guerrilla war between conservatives and state government unions. Actually, two victories. It concerns workers who provide daycare services for low-income families across Illinois and receive state subsidies.

Yet another government audit out Wednesday, this one dissecting last fall´s ObamaCare roll-out debacle. Here´s how twisted, even sadly comical, our politics have become under the once-promising, new-age Democrat president who was going to unite Americans in hope and change: Obama and his party now suggest Republicans impeach the man who has so often violates the law by rewriting the law to suit himself. And -- wait for it -- Republicans, who lead the successful impeachment drive against the last Democrat to serve two White House terms, are wisely resisting the useless idea.

The decision by Sen. John Walsh (D-Mont.) not to seek election in November in the wake of a plagiarism scandal is the latest piece of good news for Republicans as they strive to take control of the Senate in less than three months. Walsh’s departure from the race came in the same week that two Republican senators — Pat Roberts in Kansas and Lamar Alexander in Tennessee — defeated tea party challengers in primary fights, ensuring that every GOP senator seeking reelection would be the party’s nominee. These past seven days typified the fates of the two parties this election

Barack Obama deliberately set out to lose the war in Iraq, and he did. He defied the advice of his joint chiefs of staff to secure America’s formidable military presence and keep 20,000 troops in country, and left Iraq to its own devices and the tender mercies of Iran. In doing so, he betrayed every American and Iraqi who gave his life to create a free Iraq and keep it out of the clutches of the terrorists. Iraq is now a war zone dominated by the terrorist forces of the Islamic State, whose rise Obama’s policies fostered. Both his secretaries

A terrifying jihadist group is conquering and butchering its way across big swaths of Iraq and Syria. Planes are falling out of the sky on what seems like a weekly basis. Civilians are being killed in massive numbers in the Israel-Gaza conflict. Others are falling prey to Ebola in West Africa. The world, in short, is falling apart. That’s how it feels, at least, to those of us who sit at a blessed remove from the death and destruction, but who are watching every bloody moment of it via cable news and social media. When he was running for re-election in 2012, President Barack Obama repeatedly took credit for ending the war in Iraq and bringing all U.S. troops home from that country. At the White House on Saturday, however, when talking about his decision to use military force against the al-Qaida-related ISIS terrorist group in Iraq, Obama said removing all U.S. troops from Iraq was not “my decision.” “You know I say what I mean and I mean what I say,” Obama said in Hollywood, Florida on Nov. 4, 2012. “I said I´d end the war in Iraq. A 40-year political career came to a close after Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie lost his bid for a second term in a stunning primary-election defeat by a fellow Democrat and state senator who defied party leadership to challenge the incumbent. A second intraparty fight for U.S. Senate was too close to call. State Sen. David Ige, once seen as an underdog, cruised to a decisive 35 percentage point win in Saturday´s primary after being dramatically outspent by Abercrombie, who also had high-profile endorsements including President Barack Obama. Ige said his win "proves that people power can be money power, especially in Hawaii."

An Isis commander at a terrorist training camp north of Baghdad accidentally detonated a belt packed with explosives during a demonstration in front of a group militants on Monday, killing himself and 21 nearby trainees. Police responded with tear gas, and have arrested many, but for many hours into the evening, several stores were left to the mercy of opportunistic looters.
