World Net Daily reported, via Free Republic: The retail giant Costco Wholesale has issued an order to remove all copies of Dinesh D’Souza’s bestselling book, “America: Imagine the World Without Her,” from the shelves of its stores nationwide, WND has confirmed. The book, in this midterm election year, is a strong rebuttal of the progressive ideology behind President Obama’s policies, which have been supported by Costco co-founder and director Jim Sinegal, a major Democrat donor and a speaker at the 2012 Democratic National Convention that nominated the president. A Washington Post political reporter has noted Obama’s “romance” with the nation’s

Sam´s Club carries the book.

When is the lib "friend of Barrack" planning his book burning?

The chaos manager in cheif is big buds with the head proprietor of Costco. He can sell whatever he wants, but to take it off the shelves shows a tremendous bias against free thought.

I will never shop there. I hope like-minded people will spend their hard-earned dollars somewhere else as well.

This is just another example of the Tolerant Leftwing loonies.

Can you imagine if Sam´s refused to carry a book from a liberal? The media would go insane.

#11...I hope it isn´t GEICO. I originally went with them because they catered to the military. However, after shafting my daughter, blaming her for an accident the other person actually caused, and shafting me a year later (demanding my mechanic use after market parts rather than original) we both left them and went with USAA, a true friend of the military. They were also cheaper than GEICO on car insurance, at least at that time.

Dittos, #2. Besides, if you run into a liberal in a Sam´s Club or a Walmart Store, they are trying to blend in. Costco´s yearly dues is a lot higher than Sam´s Club. Costco hopes to be exclusive; check their zip codes.

#16 USAA is cheaper butthey aren´t exactly friends of the military. I was a passenger in a car wreck a few years ago. Everyone involved in both cars were USAA members including me but I still had to get a lawyer and threaten them with a lawsuit before they would even talk to me about a settlement even though there was no doubt as to who as fault.

Also I friend went to make an extremely large withdraw and USAA only released the funds after he threatened them with a class action lawsuit.

Jim Sineagal is nothing but a big democrat donating Obama ankle bender. His vomitous speech at the 2012 anti-Christian democrat national convention gagfest says all you need to know about this loser. Despite what this leftist moron and his ilk think D´Souza´s book as well as his movie will do very well. Especially in this election year. Companies like Costco, Progressive, Target and Starbuck better take heed. No company survives long pulling foolish stunts like this. Barnes and Noble learned that fact a couple of years ago. That´s one of the reasons they´ve been on the ropes ever since.

I don´t understand they slaps at WND. Either the CEO and Chairman of the Board are big lefties are big Dems or they aren´t. If they are, its a legitimate of intended censorship.

They used to deport illegal aliens. They used to shoot deserters. But that was then and this is now. So the three Afghan Army deserters who fled Camp Edwards and, after a short sojourn at a local strip club, took off for Canada, are now begging for political “asylum.” And we all know what political asylum means — instant welfare, forever. Instead of going in front of a firing squad, or at least being sent back to Afghanistan to fight the Taliban, the deserters are likely to score EBT cards, MassHealth, WIC vouchers, Section 8 housing, free translators — the full Tsarnaev, in

Tom and Jerry cartoons on television are being accompanied by a warning that they may depict scenes of "racial prejudice". The classic cat and mouse cartoons, some made more than 70 years ago, carry a warning for subscribers to Amazon Prime Instant Video. There have been claims of racist stereotyping in the depiction of a black maid in the cartoon series. Amazon´s warning says such prejudice was once "commonplace" in US society. Tom and Jerry, once a staple of children´s television on British television, is being presented with a cautionary note about "ethnic and racial prejudices".

A white Ohio woman is suing a Downers Grove-based sperm bank, alleging that the company mistakenly gave her vials from an African-American donor, a fact that she said has made it difficult for her and her same-sex partner to raise their now 2-year-old daughter in an all-white community. Americans love animals, even cats. Eight million stray dogs and cats find their way into animal shelters every year, and the lucky ones are adopted into a warm home with a loving family. Shelters are operated by small charities usually called “humane societies,” whose good deeds are funded by private generosity. The Humane Society of the United States trades on the good of others to finance a radical agenda. In May, the Humane Society and a handful of other radical animal-rights groups had to write a $15.8 million check to the Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey Circus for damages done. The

A national coalition of plastic bag manufacturers immediately said it would seek a voter referendum to repeal the law, which is scheduled to take effect in July 2015. Under SB270, plastic bags will be phased out of large grocery stores starting next summer and convenience stores and pharmacies in 2016. The law allows grocers to charge a fee of at least 10 cents for using paper bags. State Sen. Alex Padilla, D-Los Angeles,

President Obama this week committed professional suicide. Let me explain. There is a theory in politics that once a leader has fired 50 or more people from his or her administration, he or she is finished. The reason being that by creating so many enemies ‘outside the tent’, the tent itself becomes too deluged with poisonous bile to avoid sinking into a quagmire of back-stabbing ignominy. Obama went a lot further than firing 50 people. He managed to single-handedly alienate 200,000 employees in the American intelligence agencies by going on 60 Minutes and ruthlessly chucking them all under a bus

Boehner applauded Bush’s ability to “talk about Republican issues better than most anybody that we’ve got out there,” approving of his “real record of reform” as Florida’s governor from 1999 to 2007. He also called potential candidates Ohio Gov. John

Alton Nolen´s mother and sister posted a video on Facebook where they apologized to the families of victims in Nolen´s alleged attack last Thursday in Moore, Oklahoma. The two women insisted that Nolen was acting outside of his character because he believed in God and was not a violent person. Nolen, whose Facebook page indicates that he recently converted to Islam, is accused of attacking co-workers Colleen Hufford and Traci Johnson after he was reportedly fired for "personnel issues" from a Vaughan Foods factory. He reportedly beheaded Hufford, 54, and stabbed Johnson, 43, multiple times before being shot by reserve police officer
