Family Of Cop-Killer: If Officer
Had Stayed In His Car, He
Wouldn’t Have Been Shot

Independent Journal Review, by Mike Miller

Original Article

(Video) The family of a man who used a semi-automatic rifle to kill an Indianapolis police officer Saturday night says it isn’t fair that the alleged shooter – Major Davis, Jr. – should “keep being dragged through the mud.” They also blamed the officer for not staying in his police car. As reported by WISH-TV, Davis was seen brandishing a semi-automatic rifle Saturday night in Indianapolis, which led to a 911 call that dispatched police to look for him: When IMPD Officer Perry Renn found Davis at 34th Street and Forest Manor Avenue, Davis opened fire on Officer Renn. Now I think I´ve heard it all! Dragging the name of a low-life cop-killer thru the mud? What a bunch of depraved, clueless losers. You can´t even call them animals. That would be an insult to four-legged types who usually only kill to survive.

First, it´s not possible to drag the name of a cop-killer through the mud. Second, if Major Davis, Jr. had any experience with police (and I suspect he probably did) he´d know that the cops ALWAYS get out of their car and don´t want YOU getting out of your car.

Isn´t this the same tactic used against George Zimmerman? When on the wild animal reservation, stay in your car, or, you deserve what you get. Don´t let them hear you lock your doors, that only enrages the beasts. Don´t get out of your car, even if armed, because you will be the one charged if one of the animals of the wild comes after you. Afterall, it´s your fault, yoy got out of the car and stalked the poor beast.

This tactic worked on Zimmerman, may as well use it again. Just don´t tell the story as it really is, the one of the beast that was out to do the killing. That part must be hidden, he is, afterall, innocent and just protecting his range.

#3, the cop killer has an extensive criminal record dating back to 2006.

So the police officer, according to the cop-killer´s family, is responsible for his own death because he was doing his job.

What would be wrong with the state offering a large cash incentive, say $10000, in exchange for getting her tubes tied at delivery. It would just be another "choice". It would be even better if all male babies could be gelded at birth. Lefties would howl that the the newborn is too young to make a choice like that, but then again they have no choice if the mother decides to exterminate the child before birth. Even $50,000 would be a bargain for the community. No one dies, the child would have a nice start for education, as well as mom, if she decides to go on with her education.

Texas GOP Gov. Rick Perry responded Saturday to the weekend indictment in which he is accused of abusing his power of office, calling it a political “farce” and vowing to explore “every legal avenue” to combat the prosecution. Perry, a 2012 GOP presidential candidate with potential 2016 aspirations, was indicted Friday for allegedly abusing his power by vowing to veto $7.5 million in state funds for agency run by Travis County District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg, after she pleaded guilty to drunken driving in April 2013 and refused to resign. Perry vetoed the money after Lehmberg, a Democrat, videotaped acting erratically

He purportedly brought his brain trust with him for advice. He pushed Ronald Reagan to embrace the supply-side doctrine of tax cuts before deficit reduction. He spent the 1990s warning the GOP that its tax policy favored investment capital over human capital, corporate interests over working families. He designed a family-friendly flat tax that reduced payroll taxes, increased the child tax credit, taxed capital gains and regular income at the same rate, and ended business expensing. Grand jurors charged Perry, 63, with abuse of official capacity, a first-degree felony, and coercion of a public official. A grand jury in Travis County, Texas, indicted Governor Rick Perry today. Why? For exercising his constitutional prerogative by threatening to veto, and then vetoing, an appropriation to support the public corruption unit in Travis County’s district attorney’s office. This followed the arrest of the county’s district attorney, Democratic Party activist Rosemary Lehmberg, for drunk driving, after she was found “with an open bottle of vodka in the front passenger seat of her car in a church parking lot in Austin.” Ms. Lehmberg served 45 days in jail. The Travis County district attorney’s office has long been a cesspool of corruption.

The scandal that erupted Friday night involved millions of dollars, statehouse power plays—oh yeah, and alcohol, police, and masks. Texas Governor Rick Perry was indicted Friday on charges of abuse of power—a first degree felony—and coercion—a third degree felony. The charges stem from a 2013 scandal that has been quietly rumbling in the Lone Star State as Perry has been floated as a viable contender for the Republican nomination in 2016. This is a complex case, which might be why it has not made national headlines the way other recent, state-level scandals (like Bridgegate, in New Jersey) have. Below, I have outlined
