Doctor Speaks Out Against Feds
Silencing Medical Staff on Border

Breitbart TV, by Kirstin Tate

HOUSTON, Texas--Early in July it was revealed that doctors and nurses were allegedly threatened with arrest if they disclosed any information about the diseases discovered in federal housing facilities for illegal immigrants. Many on the left have claimed that by speaking out about their work at the facilities, medical personnel would be violating the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), which "protects the privacy of individually identifiable health information." But Dr. Elizabeth Lee Vliet--an experienced physician and nationally recognized speaker--told Breitbart Texas that under the law nurses and doctors are free to speak out. "It is not a violation

Is there nothing that Obama can do that would rile the MSM? How many secrets, scandals and threats can there be? Do journalists believe in nothing other than hating the GOP? I still remember the American Library Association with their little posters at all libraries, warning patrons that their library records were not private under President Bush.

It´s about time someone used the words, "public health" when they talk about this problem. I believe it is the first time I´ve heard someone mention the country´s public health when they talk about the invasion.

What is happening to our country?

Yes, but all out records can be checked out, just not the illegals. And of course, nothing, but nothing can be known about the first undocumented person occasionally stopping into the Oval, aka, the first clown amateur.

It is only a violation of HIPAA when they give out identifying information. Patient information, such as race, disease statistics, and conditions, are shared daily, worldwide. If this were truly a violation, our own government would be guilty, hundreds of thousands of times per day, of violations.

This is simply terror tactics being used against healthcare workers and those ignorant of the actual use and meaning of HIPAA, because the last thing a healthcare worker wants to be accused of is a violation if that law. It ruins their career.

Anyone that simply reads the law can understand no violations are taking place by naming diseases, as long as you don´t name people.

There is no violation of HIPAA, Obama just wants to suppress news of his humanitarian crisis. If he is so worried about disclosing medical information then stop Obamacare and putting all the information on computer databases. Obamacare is a hacker dream come true. Likewise there should be lots of photos of the miserable conditions in these camps. People respond to photos more than reports. I would advise the normally charitable churchgoing american people to sit on their hands and not scramble to fix this humanitarian disaster. It is much easier to set a forrest fire than to put it out. Obama is like a firebug setting fires all over and then he will condemn others for the fires because they didn´t put them all out. The Alinsky spin will be: Obama is the charitable one who cares about hispanics and the american public is racist, and cruel for not helping the needy. As Our Lord said of the pharisees.. They tire up burdens impossible to bear but do not move a finger to help. Mt 23:4

What about public safety ?

Notice none of them are talking about vaccinations, but already bussing them across the country ?

If you are illegal, you don´t have HIPPA rights and technically no rights, but that never stopped Zippy.

A statement put out today by President Barack Obama on the occasion of a religious holiday is raising some eyebrows. The holiday is a Muslim one called "Eid-al-Fitr" and the statement says: his last month has been a time of fasting, reflection, spiritual renewal, and service to the less fortunate. While Eid marks the completion of Ramadan, it also celebrates the common values that unite us in our humanity and reinforces the obligations that people of all faiths have to each other, especially those impacted by poverty, conflict, and disease. In the United States, Eid also reminds us of the many achievements and contributions of Muslim Americans to

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu addressed Israeli citizens on live television Monday evening after Hamas fired a mortar shell that killed four people in southern Israel. "We knew that we would have difficult days,” he said. “This is a hard and painful day.” "Patience and determination are required in order to fight a terror organization that seeks to destroy us,” the prime minister added. “We will not complete the operation without neutralizing the tunnels whose only purpose is to annihilate our children and our civilians. "The action against the tunnels is the first step in demilitarizing Gaza,” Netanyahu declared.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) says the United States must look to Qatar, an ally of the terrorist group Hamas, for advice in resolving the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. "And we have to confer with the Qataris, who have told me over and over again that Hamas is a humanitarian organization," she told CNN´s "State of the Union" with Candy Crowley. As CNSNews.com reported last week, Qatar is a strong supporter and funder of Hamas. Hamas leader Khaled Meshaal operates from Qatar, and has so far rejected ceasefire proposals put forward by Egypt and promoted by Secretary of State John Kerry.

Egypt army destroys 13 more Gaza tunnels

Cairo - Egypt´s army said Sunday it has destroyed 13 more tunnels connecting the Sinai Peninsula to the Gaza Strip, taking to 1,639 the overall number it has laid waste to. Cairo has poured troops into the peninsula to counter a rising insurgency since the ouster of Islamist president Mohamed Morsi last year, and its security operation involves the destruction of these tunnels. The Palestinian militant group Hamas, which is the main power in Gaza, reportedly uses the tunnels to smuggle arms, food and money into the blockaded coastal enclave. Hamas has tried desperately to achieve a strategic win against Israel during the last two weeks, from firing 2,000 rockets on Israeli cities to embarking on suicidal tunnel infiltrations into Israeli territory. (snip) This week, however, the United States made two ill-informed decisions that strengthen Hamas, isolate Israel and point to a severe misreading of the Middle East geopolitical map: an FAA ban on flights to and from Israel, and pushing for a flawed ceasefire deal that would let Hamas retain part of its terror tunnel infrastructure. The U.S. government thankfully reversed the FAA ban, and now should let Israel destroy

Hamas killed hundreds of children in the construction of its extensive tunnel network, built partly to carry out attacks on children across the Gaza border in Israel. That report--confirmed by Hamas itself--emerged in 2012, not from the Israeli government, but the sympathetic Journal of Palestine Studies, in an article that otherwise celebrated the secret tunnel system as a symbol of Palestinian resistance to the Israeli "siege" of the Gaza Strip. The article, "Gaza´s Tunnel Phenomenon: The Unintended Dynamics of Israel´s Siege," was published in the Summer 2012 edition of the Journal by Nicholas Pelham, who writes for the Economist and

President Obama appears poised to take executive action that would legalize as many as 5 million illegal immigrant parents of U.S.-born children, a prospect that riles local immigration critics and adds a new dimension to concern about swelling immigrant populations in states like Massachusetts eyed as hosting sites for thousands of children who crossed the border unaccompanied. The Associated Press reported yesterday White House officials are laying the groundwork for an executive order that would automatically legalize roughly 5 million of an estimated 11 million people who have entered the country without legal authorization or overstayed their visas.

When The Times of Israel’s Avi Issacharoff first reported the content of John Kerry’s ceasefire proposal on Friday afternoon, I wondered if something had gotten lost in translation. It seemed inconceivable that the American secretary of state would have drafted an initiative that, as a priority, did not require the dismantling of Hamas’s rocket arsenal and network of tunnels dug under the Israeli border. Yet the reported text did not address these issues at all, nor call for the demilitarization of Gaza. Former presidential nominee Mitt Romney would win the popular vote if a rematch of the 2012 election against President Obama were held today, a CNN/ORC poll has revealed. According to the poll, if the 2012 election were held again today, Romney would receive 53% of the popular vote, and Mr. Obama would receive 44%, CNN reported. Obama beat Romney 51%-47% in the actual election. The poll said, however, that the former Massachusetts governor would lose against Hillary Clinton by double digits in a hypothetical election. Mrs. Clinton would earn 55% of the vote, with Mr. Romney at 42%.

The Catholic Church—through the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops’ Committee on Migration—both paved the road for Barack Hussein Obama’s ultimate takeover of Free West society and continues to actively enable the Fundamental Transformation of America by sinking the US in a tsunami of illegal aliens. In coming to Obama’s aid in erasing forever America’s borders, the bishops sold the USA out, including its Catholics, for the proverbial 30 pieces of silver. In biblical terms, Obama and the Catholic bishops—who both birthed his progress to the seat of power and back him on his Fundamental Transformation mission—are in in league with the devil.
