Poll: Do you approve of President

TRENTON — Do you approve of the job President Obama is doing? Obama captured 58 percent of the vote in New Jersey when he was re-elected in 2012. But a Monmouth University/Asbury Park Press poll released this week showed about 51 percent of New Jersey voters disapprove of Obama´s performance, while 45 percent approve of his work. That´s a 4 percentage-point drop since April, when 49 percent approved and 47 percent disapproved. Pollsters say Obama´s Affordable Care Act — his controversial overhaul of the U.S. health care system — and his handling of U.S. involvement in Iraq appear to have

How do they word the question that results in 45% of the people saying they approve of the job Asshat is doing?

Something just doesn´t add up. Maybe it´s that they don´t actually call anyone. That´s what I think.

Obama is not interested in polls, he is not interested in the media, he is only interested in doing as much damage as possible to the United States.

I would welcome some well-crafted advertisements that mock Obama´s attempt to destroy the US. Our riches are not in money, our military, or a political majority. Our riches are in Jesus Christ and our love for freedom as outlined in the Constitution. Obama is peeing in the ocean trying to drown the people in Houston.

Any assessment that distills the results into "approve" or "disapprove" is a worthless and insulting P.O.S., regardless of which party is being assessed and by whom.

If it lumps together those who disapprove of Barry because they think he´s been too far Left with those who disapprove of him because they think he´s been too far Right, it´s a case study in analytical malpractice.

We should have more intellectual integrity than to waste time or space here with such bovine excrement.

I certainly do NOT approve of Obama´s job performance or the performance of any in his administration.

The more interesting question is; how many ("Republicans" approve of the job performance and direction of the GOP?

Be sure to take the poll on the article.

Recently, one of his voters told me they didn´t know they could vote for only one person on a ballot and would just "circle in the bubble" for all others listed, not knowing anything about them. That´s just sad.

Stephen Colbert might be a little jealous of Sarah Palin. On Tuesday night, the Comedy Central host reported on Palin’s new web-based subscription video channel before announcing his own competing operation, Stephen Colbert’s “Angry Echo Chamber.” “It’s 24/7 Palin-tainment streamed right to your phone!” Colbert said. Sure, at $9.95 per month, it costs more than Netflix, he explained, “but it’s just as good as House of Cards, with just as many threatening monologues into camera.” Echoing the FAQ section of Palin’s new site, Colbert said, “It’s a safe space where like-m

During his speech in Kansas City, Missouri Wednesday, President Barack Obama was once again confronted by some good, old-fashioned heckling. In the video of the event that streamed on the White House website, it was a bit hard to hear what the woman was screaming, but it appeared to be something along the lines of “Jesus is the Lord of Israel.” “I’m sorry, what are you hollering about?” the president said casually, letting the heckler repeat their message for the crowd. “I believe in God,” he said in response. “Thanks for the prayer. Amen. Thank you.” The Washington Post’s David

An insignificant number of Democrats will side with Republicans in favor of the GOP´s proposal addressing the southern border crisis, House Minority Whip Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) predicted Wednesday. Democratic leaders are already whipping against the $659 million package, largely because of a provision making it easier for authorities to deport the thousands of Central American migrants who have crossed the border in recent months. That change has been endorsed by at least three House Democrats — Reps. Henry Cuellar (Texas), Ron Barber (Ariz.) and Collin Peterson (Minn.) — but Hoyer is anticipating that few others in his caucus will back
