Pro-Amnesty Crowd Burns American
Flag at Murrieta on 4th of July

Breitbart California, by Michelle Moons

MURRIETA -- An American flag has reportedly been burned by pro-amnesty protesters near the Murrieta Border Patrol station on America’s Independence Day. Breitbart News obtained the above photograph, which shows a burnt flag on the ground, from an anti-illegal immigration activist who was monitoring the pro-amnesty demonstration. Opponents of illegal immigration had gathered in Murrieta to stop Friday´s planned transfer of Central American illegal aliens, as they did earlier this week. A pro-amnesty counter-demonstration was organized in response. The illegal aliens, many of them unaccompanied children, are being brought from overcrowded Texas detention facilities for processing in California

I hate to say this but I always laugh when a protester burns the flag. It´s the dumbest act possible. Burning a symbol of the very freedoms which allow you to protest. To me the flag burner is protesting his right to protest. How stupid can you be.

I will feel better about these incidents when we see IN HUGE NUMBERS all the Americans with any Latino heritage begin to rise up and publicly, boldly denounce this by these hate groups like
LaRaza. So far, we are not seeing it. Some, and bless them richly, but hardly any! I saw a Mexican lady on local TV today at a parade say this must happen because don´t depend on the white people to just do it. I tell you, she was right.

Weekly Standard editor Bill Kristol has advised House Republicans on Thursday morning that should vote against House Speaker John Boehner’s border crisis bill. “The House Republican leadership is having trouble getting 218 votes for its immigration bill,” Kristol wrote Thursday morning. ”The policy objections to the bill seem convincing to me—among them that it seems to appropriate more money, on a pro-rated monthly basis, than the president´s proposal; that it might well make it harder, not easier, to send some or all of the illegal migrants back; that it changes the asylum laws in ways that might well backfire; and

ARLINGTON, Tex. — It wasn’t the gifts Derek Jeter received from the Rangers that made Wednesday’s pregame ceremony memorable, but rather a special guest. President George W. Bush made a surprise appearance Wednesday night as the Rangers honored Jeter before Wednesday’s series finale. “It’s an experience,” Jeter said. “That’s a gift within itself. Not too many people can say they’ve had the President come out and honor them in a ceremony. It meant a lot to me.” Ex-Rangers Michael Young and Ivan Rodriguez presented the Captain with a $10,000 check for his Turn 2 Foundation along with custom-made cowboy boots

The West´s coverage of the African Ebola outbreak-- now claiming more than 600 lives-- has focused extensively on the facts: the symptoms, victims, and the potential of it spreading past the continent. In the four affected countries, however, the media has written everything from warnings to avoid witch doctors to urgent calls for prayer. In Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia, and Nigeria-- the four countries to have registered individuals contaminated with Ebola since the outbreak began in March, the media has focused on various localized aspects of the disease.
