Anti-Catholic full-page ad in

American Thinker, by Ed Lasky

The Hobby Lobby decision has ignited liberals and unleashed their prejudice. And this ad is shameful. The New York Times has a full-page ad in its print edition today that should elicit protests around the nation (but likely won’t). Here is a copy from the website of the Freedom From Religious Foundation that wrote and paid for the ad (snip) what is worse is this line from the ad: “All-male, All-Roman Catholic Majority on Supreme Court Puts Religious Wrongs over Women’s Rights.” Anti-Catholicism apparently is no problem for this group. Should there be a religious test for public office or the highest court

Well anti-Catholicism is the oldest prejudice in America. My ancestors had to leave Maryland because of it. I´m not surprised in the least.

Don´t laugh too loud. The severely conservative white board republican establishment would rather network at NARAL fundraisers than be seen at a local parish festival with a brat and an ear of corn. Karl Rove speaks of religious freedom like just another wedge issue to be avoided.

Do these people realize that there´s a "no religion test" clause in the Constitution?

They simply upheld a law that was passed by Congress and signed by the President (Clinton) - a law which had the support of a wide variety of support - including the ACLU.

Because I am a black conservative, someone wrote asking me this great question. “What is it that compels some black men and women to cling to, and follow people like Sharpton, Jackson, Wright, Obama, Spike Lee, Black Panthers, Holder, etc.?” I have pondered the same question. Some black folks embrace victim status because it provides cover for their laziness and irresponsible lifestyles. Black Judases preach a false, evil gospel of victimhood-ism for profit. Some blacks are racist, pure and simple. I believe that a majority of black Americans simply have not been exposed to unfiltered conservatism – to blacks articulating how blessed they

In an interview with Penny Lee, Democratic Strategist and former advisor to Harry Reid (yeah, that kinda says it all), Megyn Kelly could not refrain from expressing exasperation with her guest. And who could blame her? Kelly started out asking Lee about Obama’s decision to attend a Democratic fundraiser while we’re weighing whether to bomb Syria. (video embedded) Before Lee uttered a word, she spoke volumes with what I now consider to be a predictable progressive response to serious matters: the smile/laugh/smirk. Let’s cut President Obama some slack. Golf is a challenging game, and he has been focused like a laser (as Bill Clinton used to say) on improving his game on Martha’s Vineyard, and there’s only so much a guy can do. Coming up with a strategy for dealing with guys who are the junior varsity can wait – and after all there are three fundraisers and a wedding beckoning this holiday weekend, so what’s the hurry? Unfortunately for any residual desire of President Obama’s desire to be seen as a serous leader, the above sarcastic apologia fits his pattern of behavior

In the two most recent decades, which comprise the bounce of the city’s population curve, owner-occupied housing dropped even more steeply than in the ’70s and ’80s. Between 2000 and
