The ´Most Dangerous Man In
The Obama Administration´

Human Events, by Teresa Mull

Original Article

Posted By:KarenJ1, 7/2/2014 8:57:51 PM

In his new book, Obama’s Enforcer: Eric Holder’s Justice Department (co-written with John Fund), Hans von Spakovsky reveals how our attorney general has turned America’s Department of Justice into “a politicized hotbed of left-wing legal activism.” The author revealed to Human Events the magnitude of Holder’s offenses highlighted in his book, offenses which should be an alarming wake-up call to every American: What do you reveal in your book that people might not know about Eric Holder? People would be shocked at just how much of an ideologue he is. I think they would [also] be surprised at just how far

Comments:
They´re all dangerous and lawless, but Holder sure ranks right up there. I had no idea until I read this that Holder´s demand to provide legal representation to many of the illegal aliens who have come across the border is a direct violation of federal law. I´m not surprised Holder behaved like Obama, but I didn´t know that wasn´t already part of some outrageous law the Surpreme Court validated.

There was a time, some years ago, when the news media would have torn into this outrage and turned up its every feature. It is the shame of the nation that the First Amendment is in the hands of such vermin as now infest the print and electronic mare´s nests.
God help us!

All of them arrived in Chicago East with an agenda while the puppet master rubs his traitorous hands together with glee.

But, let´s be clear- those that could have put a stop to these people, didn´t and won´t.

Make every vote count.

Let´s not forget that Holder served as Janet Reno´s number one assistant AG during the Clinton administration. Another gift from Bill and Hillary that more than justifies why the both of them should NEVER be allowed near the presidency again.

The president likes what he´s doing,...it´s a team effort between the two of them to ignore the laws they don´t like, to change laws they don´t like... even when it´s against the law....Democrats in the Senate and Democrats in the House also completely support everything he´s doing. They have absolutely no objections to his breaking the law, ...and he´s got the president´s full support.

In short, our lawless POTUS is unstoppable because his "Justice" department is lawless. More frightening is the unwillingness of Democrats who know about all this lawlessness to stop it. They can if they so choose to.

So when we take the Senate, we had damn well better clean house at the DOJ because if we don´t, the lawlessness will continue, even if Holder isn´t there. The other employees will simply carry on O´s agenda for a socialist Amerika.

When you have a country where laws are ignored by the people who have sworn an oath to uphold them, truth and honor are no longer the yardsticks by which a country can survive. And so it dies or becomes anarchical.

Learning that Holder is creating law regarding the tsunami of new illegals puts the DOJ in the law-making business, ignoring our 3-branch system of gov´t. Like Obama, who does the same thing, we are teetering on the rim of a steep precipice into which we may as well toss our Constitution unless we act BEFORE the election.

The last paragraph in the article states that Holder has ordered legal representation for illegals which is against federal law. Why can´t the House then refuse the funds to pay for these lawyers? How can the House legally pay for something that is blatantly against federal law? Boehner needs to explain the law to the American public, explain that Holder is breaking federal law and the House is not permitted to fund anything against federal law. The House is going to have to get tough with Holder and be prepared to explain why and stand tough. Unfortunately, Boehner is weak and manages very poorly to express mild outrage in his press appearances and everyone knows he´s not going to follow up. Then the question begs to be asked, What good is the leadership in the House if they will not do their job? History will show that evil prospered while good men did nothing. I am gobsmacked that politicians don´t appear to care or see how quickly the Rule of Law is being ignored. Where is their urgency or are they complicit?

With Eric The Great at the wheel at the Department of Justice you can be certain that your chances of receiving justice are very slim unless you be of the proper skin color and the proper political beliefs. Eric is simply getting even for imaginary offenses of the past. I doubt he even knows how to spell justice let alone support it. Justice will be a very rare item until he is gone.

I don´t believe that the people Holder has put in place can´t be fired by the new REPUBLICAN president. In 2006 MANY of those put in place were fired and after investigations, it was found not be a criminal offense. So..Clean House! FIRE all of them and replace them with attorneys who are honest and who will undo the mess that Holder has put in place. If Democrats scream and yell about it...so be it. As Obama likes to say.."so, sue me"! We need to play their game and do exactly what we want to do and ignore all of their "Outrage"!

These criminals have been walking upon the Constitution and our rights for six years, they can easily nullify or cancel the election. What´s another little law to a bunch of criminals? Once you have committed the first crime, it gets easier and easier. Obama will use every trick in his little mind to maintain power and continue his destruction of America. Be prepared for stronger resistance than the vote because that´s what it´s going to take to exterminate this nest of vipers.

Holder is one of the core members of the Obama gang. An investigation of the Obama gang would have many of them charged with treason and/or corruption.

The information was out there that Obama and his cronies were a disaster in the making. In spite of that over 100 million people voted for him twice.

The legislative branch and the judicial branch are suppose to be a check and balance against this sort of thing, but have been largely ineffective.

There is a whole lot wrong with the country at this point. Its at the governing level, but it is also at the social level.

As Deputy Attorney General for President Clinton, Mr. Holder was in charge of the armed seizure of little Elian Gonzalez, who is now a touted member of the Communist Youth Party in Cuba. Elian’s seizure constituted the first time in American history that a child was forcibly taken from his legal residence without a court order (and at gunpoint, no less).

In addition to the many incidents cited in the article, the Elian Gonzalez overreach together with Mr. Holder’s refusal to address the Black Panthers’ thuggish intimidation of voters, again displayed to everyone Mr. Holder’s complete disrespect and disregard for the ‘justice’ that he had sworn to uphold.

Yes, we will be reeling under the results of his studiously intentional and deliberately destructive abuse of the laws of our country for a very long time.

In late June, the U.S. military and the U.S. intelligence community had concluded that a shadowy network of al Qaeda veterans in Syria were planning to attack airliners flying to the United States. Within the American government, the threat was considered serious enough that the U.S. Joint Special Operations Command—the Pentagon’s elite hunter-killers—prepared detailed targeting packages for the group, with the specific locations of the group’s leaders. But those plans never made it to the White House, according to senior U.S. intelligence and Pentagon leaders. “There was sufficient targeting information on these guys in June,” said one senior U.S. intelligence

And this morning at George Washington University, RNC Chairman Reince Priebus sought to answer them by outlining the GOP´s "Principles for American Renewal." They are as follows: 1. CONSTITUTION: Our constitution should be preserved, valued and honored. 2. BUDGET/DEBT: We need to pass a Balanced Budget Amendment to the Constitution, make government more efficient, and leave the next generation with opportunity, not debt. 4.

Kansas Tea Party supporters are threatening to sit out the state’s pivotal Senate election, potentially dealing another blow to the reelection hopes of Sen. Pat Roberts (R-Kan.). Though schisms within the GOP base rarely have such an outsized impact on a general election contest, the lack of support from the conservative base could be devastating to the vulnerable Roberts’s chances against surging independent Greg Orman. Multiple sources tell The Hill that a group of Tea Party leaders in the state are meeting Wednesday to try to decide whether they should go to bat for the incumbent this fall or sit out of

Sacramento, Calif. - Gov. Jerry Brown on Tuesday signed legislation imposing the nation's first statewide ban on single-use plastic bags, driven to action by a buildup of litter and damage to aquatic ecosystems. A national coalition of plastic bag manufacturers immediately said it would seek a voter referendum to repeal the law, which is scheduled to take effect in July 2015. Under SB270, plastic bags will be phased out of large grocery stores starting next summer and convenience stores and pharmacies in 2016. The law allows grocers to charge a fee of at least 10 cents for using paper bags. State Sen. Alex Padilla, D-Los Angeles,

My last article for American Thinker was too long. And too short. Too long because the gurus tell us articles should be about 600 words. My story about the president talking to the black caucus about white people inflicting constant racial injustice on black people came in at 1500 words. I was just getting warmed up. I thought it strange that at the same time the president was trying to persuade us that black people are relentless victims, black people were committing acts of racial violence in places like Seattle, Miami, Indianapolis, Bronx, Ferguson, Kansas City, Providence, Minneapolis and 18 miles from where

President Obama this week committed professional suicide. Let me explain. There is a theory in politics that once a leader has fired 50 or more people from his or her administration, he or she is finished. The reason being that by creating so many enemies ‘outside the tent’, the tent itself becomes too deluged with poisonous bile to avoid sinking into a quagmire of back-stabbing ignominy. Obama went a lot further than firing 50 people. He managed to single-handedly alienate 200,000 employees in the American intelligence agencies by going on 60 Minutes and ruthlessly chucking them all under a bus

Count House Speaker John Boehner as a fan of Jeb Bush for president. He also hasn´t spoken to Texas GOP Sen. Ted Cruz in two years. The driving issue of the 2016 election will be “competence,” and if former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush runs, “he’s got a real shot” at winning, the Ohio Republican told the Cincinnati Enquirer on Tuesday. Boehner applauded Bush’s ability to “talk about Republican issues better than most anybody that we’ve got out there,” approving of his “real record of reform” as Florida’s governor from 1999 to 2007. He also called potential candidates Ohio Gov. John

A white Ohio woman is suing a Downers Grove-based sperm bank, alleging that the company mistakenly gave her vials from an African-American donor, a fact that she said has made it difficult for her and her same-sex partner to raise their now 2-year-old daughter in an all-white community. Jennifer Cramblett, of Uniontown, Ohio, alleges in the lawsuit filed Monday in Cook County Circuit Court that Midwest Sperm Bank sent her the vials of an African-American donor´s sperm in September 2011 instead of those of a white donor that she and her white partner had ordered.
