U.S. Sues American Co. For Requiring
Workers to Speak English

Judicial Watch, by Staff

(WISCONSIN)– The United States government is actually suing a private American business for discriminating against Hispanic and Asian employees because they don’t speak English on the job. It involves a Green Bay Wisconsin metal and plastic manufacturer that fired a group of Hmong and Hispanic workers over their English skills, “even though those skills were not needed to perform their jobs,” according to the feds. More importantly, forcing employees to speak English in the U.S. violates Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, says the Obama administration. Here’s the twisted explanation from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the

Comments:
We are being attacked from all sides from the tyrannical Obama regime!! I knew they were going to be bad, but this surpasses anything I could have imagined. If only they were as creative in doing good things for this country rather than committing their evil, malevolent acts.

Gee, what about airline pilots who are required to speak English?

The other sad part of this - if I´m a small businessperson and I see the suit even if I don´t want to discriminate against someone, will a potential lawsuit subconsciously affect my hiring decisions and result in fewer Hmong and Hispanics with poor or no English skills being hired? I´m pretty sure the answer is obvious, and the government is making it harder for Hmong and Hispanics so it isn´t even furthering its own agenda.

Back to Court we go.....

There is a pathology in the White House and in the Democrat Party. In trying to make America "fair" for all, they lace up a straitjacket on her.

Simple solution: Hire only English speaking nationals without an accent and pay a good wage, not in cash, and subsequently pay your taxes.

But then who´s going to brain cattle? Jessie Jackson? But then, again, hire only English speaking nationals.

Don´t place all the blame on barack. The EEOC is a nutty, ,independent agency, no matter who the president is.
They sued a lamp manufacturer in Chicago who hired workers from the neighborhood, and the neighborhood was Hispanic. EEOC said the employer hired too many hispanics, and not enough blacks.
The owner closed up his shop.

I have lived in Germany, Spain and Turkey. I have traveled to and through many other countries. They all spoke, wrote and had signage in their own languages. I was expected to learn and adapt. It is not unreasonable to expect people who want to live and work here to be able to speak enough English to function.

Liberals. (Deleted by Taste Police) I am so sick of not understanding customer service reps in person or worse over the phone who really can´t speak English. Today, asking for directions from the Asian at the help desk I was instructed to "go upstayah" with a pointing gesture. I didn´t even bother to ask "where" "upstayah." Who hired this creature? We all know darn well who.

The House made a bipartisan demand Friday that Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson conduct a comprehensive review of the Secret Service and not just a probe of how they reacted to last month’s fence jumper. House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa, R-Calif., and the panel’s top Democrat, Elijah Cummings, D-Md., said in the letter to Johnson that a September hearing on the agency exposed “a series of dangerous security breaches,” that point to serious flaws. First, congressional accusations against Holder on the controversial “Fast and Furious” “gun walking” program have been proven factually wrong.
