Bridenstine denied access to

KRMG News (OK), by Shelby Travis

Congressman Jim Bridenstine was denied access yesterday to the HHS facility at Ft. Sill, Oklahoma currently housing up to 1,200 unaccompanied alien children (UAC) who illegally crossed the southern border into the United States. Congressman Bridenstine said, “There is no excuse for denying a Federal Representative from Oklahoma access to a federal facility in Oklahoma where unaccompanied children are being held. Any Member of Congress should have the legal authority to visit a federal youth detention facility without waiting three weeks." The Health and Human Services (HHS) official who appears to be in charge of the facility told Congressman Bridenstine

It sounds as though not even the base commander has access to what´s going on in his own facility. Otherwise, he would have escorted a visiting Congressman to whatever he wanted to see (that´s how it works with the military). Remember when CAPT Bucher wasn´t authorized to know what was taking place aboard his own ship and then was held responsible for allowing all that classified information to fall into the hands of the North Koreans?

FTA, “After my visit today with the base commander, I approached the barracks where the children are housed. A new fence has been erected by HHS, completely surrounding the barracks and covered with material to totally obscure the view. Every gate is chained closed.

“I approached a security guard and asked to speak with the manager of the facility. The guard called his supervisor who said no visitors were allowed. I asked if they were aware that I am a Member of Congress. Eventually the manager came out and said that I would have to go through HHS legislative affairs and that the first chance to visit would be July 21st.

“What are they trying to hide? Do they not want the children to speak with Members of Congress? As a Navy pilot, I have been involved in operations countering illicit human trafficking. I would like to know to whom these children are being released."

I´ll tell you why, Congressman. They don´t want you asking those children HOW they got to the US or even WHY. Obama and his administration are complicit in trafficking Central American children and young adults illegally into this country to be used as a political pawns.

You can´t question or speak to the survivors of Benghazi either. You can´t question the IT managers from the IRS to get the truth about the "lost" emails. Tyrant Obama has legions of loyal brown shirts willing to do his worst against US citizens.

Use the state social services and state police. Say you are there to investigate the welfare of the children. Push the issue, the Feds will back down, they always do, because they are never given clear instructions, and they know deep down what they are doing is wrong.

Since there is no reference, I would assume Bridenstine´s name is followed by a D when voting in congress.

Bridenstine is obviously lacking the eggs to actually DO something. That HHS official who appeared to be in charge - should have been frog marched away in handcuffs.

Then the next buffoon who said anything but, ´this way, sir´ and opened the gates / doors, would know their next for the jail cell.

Bridenstine is a Republican.

From his website: Congressman Jim Bridenstine is a Navy pilot and combat veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan, and lives with his wife Michelle and their three children in Tulsa, OK.

Bridenstine graduated from Rice University with degrees in economics, business and psychology. After college, he joined the Navy and became a pilot, flying combat missions off the USS Abraham Lincoln in Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan, Operation Southern Watch in Iraq, and Operation Shock and Awe in Iraq. Later, he transitioned to the F-18 Hornet fighter at the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center, the parent command to TOPGUN, where he flew “Red Air” and was also an instructor.

After leaving active duty, Bridenstine earned an MBA from Cornell University and returned to Tulsa to be the Executive Director of the Tulsa Air and Space Museum & Planetarium. He was recently promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve where he flies the E-2C Hawkeye, a surveillance and operations command aircraft, in Central and South America in support of America’s war on drugs.

Pelosi is granted immediate access but this Republican congressman is denied. Uh-huh.

To understand why the Islamic State not only decapitates its “infidel” captives, but also mutilates and mocks their corpses—and all to sadistic laughter—one need only turn to the Koran and deeds of Islamic prophet Muhammad. The Koran exhorts believers to “Fight them [those who oppose Islam], Allah will torment them with your hands, humiliate them, empower you over them, and heal the hearts of the believers, removing the rage from their hearts” (Koran 9:14-15). As usual, to understand the significance of any Koran verse, one must turn to the sira andhadith—the biography and anecdotes of Muhammad, respectively—for context. Thus we

There is a mystery about Congressman Paul Ryan’s new and very good book, “The Way Forward: Renewing the American Dream.” Perhaps there are several mysteries. Mr. Ryan, the chairman of the House Budget Committee and Mitt Romney’s vice presidential running mate, begins by writing at length about the place he has lived all his life, Janesville, a town of 60,000 in southern Wisconsin. It is rural, but it also has industry. Moreover it has Ryans. Sixty-seven of his cousins live nearby. The Ryans have lived there for generations along with other Catholics, Protestants, and presumably citizens oblivious to religion’s call.

Qua speech, Barack Obama’s address Wednesday on the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria was surprisingly terrible: a disorganized mess, insincere and unconvincing. To appreciate just how bad and bizarre it was, compare the president’s speech announcing a new air campaign in Iraq and Syria to Dwight Eisenhower’s 1958 statement on his decision to intervene in Lebanon with 14,000—14,000!—troops. The statement contains no chest-thumping about America’s leadership in science and medicine. No pivot to the auto industry and medical research. Moreover, in describing his response, he made plain that he doesn’t take the threat to the homeland seriously. For a threat his advisers say is greater than that posed by al-Qaeda after 2001, he proposed measures suitable for Yemen and Somalia. No, really — that’s the plan. President Obama just announced that he is bringing a counter-terrorism strategy to an insurgency fight. He was at pains to repeat the phrase “counter-terror” four times in a short speech. Noting that ISIL is not a state (partly because the international community thankfully does not recognize it), he declared, “ISIL is a terrorist organization, pure and simple.
