Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity have all placed on the latest release of Forbes’ “World’s Most Powerful Celebrities” list, proving that conservative talk radio — not print, television or digital media — is the place for the most influential. Mr. Beck came in at No. 39, between musical performer Pharrell Williams and NFL quarterback Peyton Manning, Politico reported. Forbes’ cited Mr. Beck with $90 million in earnings. Mr. Limbaugh, meanwhile, hit the list with $66 million in earnings at No. 59, right behind celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay and right before Jon Stewart of “The Daily Show.”

So let ´em join forces and DO something with all their "power!" Commercials? Or are they getting rich by preaching to their choirs (with most of the country ignoring ´em?) When it all collapses all three will be in fine fettle. To fellow travelers, they are becoming redundant and tedious. OK. WE GET IT! Time to reach out to all the numb nuts. Or...are we fatally out-numbered?

I know that all three men are using copious amounts of their money to fight back the forces of liberalism. But because they are quiet about what they are doing, like setting up schools, online programs, educational alternatives, charitable conservative causes, and yes, tax-exempt conservative causes, their good works are under the radar, as they should be.

But to imply they´re not doing anything for conservatism with all their money is simply not true.

If they annoy you, don’t listen, or watch. Read a book, watch Oprah, or play with your pud. If you disagree with their arguments, like Beck and Common Core, try to think though why you disagree. I happen to be amused and learn from each of them, along with Mark Levin and Mark Steyn, among others. You certainly aren’t going to hear their insights and opinions on any alphabet “evening news”

#6. Being able to, sadly, predict what the Big Three are going to say year after year is a far cry from following Oprah! They effectively reinforce our beliefs (kudos!), but will they turn the tide? Change minds? The majority of Americans abhor them.

the first job they all have is providing an audience for advertising (Beck having gone beyond that with his subscription base) any thing else is secondary

HHS Bars Congressman From

A Health and Human Services official refused to allow a member of Congress to enter a facility in his district where some of the unaccompanied immigrant children are being housed. Representative Jim Bridenstine (R., Okla.) was told he could schedule an appointment for July 21. ““What are they trying to hide?” Bridenstine said after the incident. ”Do they not want the children to speak with Members of Congress? As a Navy pilot, I have been involved in operations countering illicit human trafficking. I would like to know to whom these children are being released.”

Obama´s Anti-Media Tantrums

President Barack Obama treats the press like a spoiled child treats his parents. Despite the pampering, he just keeps complaining about them until he gets his way. As America tires of his inflated sense of self-importance while the economy limps and his foreign policy crumbles, Obama travels around the country complaining that the mean old media aren´t complimentary enough. At an event with big donors in May in Chicago, Obama lamented that he — the very essence of reason and nonpartisanship — is lumped in with a fanatical Congress in a tale of gridlocked Washington.

Secretary of State John Kerry, speaking in Panama Tuesday, said the tens of thousands of children flooding into the United States are a challenge not only for this country, but also for the Central American countries from which they are departing. "This is a very complicated issue, and it´s not a question of assigning blame. The only people to blame are the criminals who exploit young children," Kerry said. Kerry warned that the children "are at enormous risk for their lives" in making the journey, but he also said he understands why they are heading to the USA:

Gun manufacturers are leaving the Northeast in droves, seeking out new production homes in the comparatively low-tax, Second Amendment-friendly South — and at a time when firearms sales have skyrocketed, industry data showed. “Everybody who is looking to expand in new factory space is looking outside the Northeast,” said Brian Ruttenbur, an analyst with CRT Capital Group, in Reuters. “The reasons are taxes, labor and laws.” One of the latest is PTR Industries Inc., a firearms maker that was based in Connecticut but left for South Carolina in the wake of hefty regulations that legislators enacted after the Newtown school

“I’m ready for Hillary,” read the bumper stickers in fashionable Georgetown, the swankIest part of Washington, D.C. These messages are juxtaposed with many a tattered “2012” bumper sticker with the fading Obama logo. Are these plugged-in liberals telling us their dream has faded, too? The never-quite-retiring Barbara Walters spoke to their disillusion when she wistfully sighed: “We thought he was going to be the new Messiah.” So, buoyed by public opinion polls showing her the most popular politician in America, Hillary Clinton launched her latest “listening tour” with a new book. It was supposed to be a non-campaign rollout.

Isis is not al-Qaida. And if this American president wants to avoid rushing into another disaster fueled by misinformation, he´ll seek authorization from politicians - and you. In his Nobel Peace Prize acceptance speech four-and-half years ago, when the United States was still fighting George W Bush´s battles against al-Qaida, Barack Obama spoke not so much about peace as the necessity of sometimes going to war. "Evil does exist in the world," Obama remarked. "A nonviolent movement could not have halted Hitler´s armies. Negotiations cannot convince al-Qaida´s leaders to lay down their arms."

Obama said that their only purpose will be to protect U.S. personnel and the embassy in Baghdad – and not to join in the fierce fighting raging outside the Iraqi capital.
