President Obama Taunts
GOP: ‘So Sue Me!’

Mediaite, by Andrew Kirell

Original Article

On Tuesday afternoon, President Barack Obama continued his streak of railing against Republican “obstructionism” in Congress, taunting the rival party for “doing nothing” while threatening legal action against the president to curb executive authority. Speaking near the Key Bridge in Washington, D.C., Obama implored Congress to continue funding for the Federal Highway Trust Fund, and suggested that the political system is currently rigged in favor of those who aren’t in need, by those lawmakers who refuse to take action. “So far this year, Republicans in Congress have blocked or voted down every serious idea to strengthen the middle class—not ideas that are

Take a page out of Alisky - ridicule Mr. Øbama. A megalomaniac like him cannot be reached unless you mess with his head to the point he gets angry and begins to lose it publicly.

Make him own his failures by talking back to Mr. Øbama. In effect say "OK, you accuse Republicans of obstructionism? YOU DemoRATS own the US Senate. DO WHAT YOU WANT but leave Republicans out of it."

Verbalize this over and over and over again so it´ll be ingrained in the mind of the simplest LoFo.

Talk about how the IRS targets conservatives. Talk about how the IRS can´t be trusted. Talk about how the NSA spies on YOU. Talk about how DemoRATS want to take away your religious freedoms and your right to own guns. Accuse the DemoRATS of NOT being patriotic and hating America. Over and over and over again. Force the narrative.

Of course the Establishment GOP is too milquetoast to ever consider doing this.

Not much will happen if Boehner sues Brer Rabbit. It will just provide him more excuses to not release information, since litigation would be pending. Use the remedies provided by the Framers. Defund and impeach, disregarding any "dares" the Emperor issues. The Emperor´s lies mean nothing.

Sigh....

But the Republicans have said no to raising the minimum wage; have said no to fair pay; they’ve said no to extending unemployment insurance for over three million Americans looking for a new job.”

* They said no to the minimum wage because it hurts small businesses.

* "Fair pay" is an agreed-upon amount of money between the employer and the employee, not some arbitrary figure cooked up by Washington. If employees don´t think their pay is "fair", they can go somewhere where it is.

* Unemployment extensions are endless in Obama´s world: You get it for as long as you want it. That hurts everyone and crushes self-advancement.

* The "millions of Americans looking for jobs" wouldn´t be if Obama hadn´t killed all those jobs.

As for "sue me", again, petulant, petty, and arrogant. No wonder his poll numbers are dropping -- his Freddy Kruger mask is falling off and revealing an even uglier person.

I think a lawsuit about presidential overreach quietly running in the background is a great strategy for the GOP in the upcoming elections. The goal may not be to *win*---it´s a given that Holder will block every step of the way. But each time Holder impedes, he keeps Obama overreach in the news.
This provides a continual backdrop for the election stage and really forces threatened Demos to keep their distance from their leader.
The fact that Obama has resorted to childish taunting shows he´s worried.

The devil makes work for idle hands – and it’s striking how much support Jihad finds among idle Westerners. According to one poll, more people in France support Isil than people in Gaza do and, according to the Daily Beast, identification with fundamentalism is fuelled by middle-class ennui. In a fascinating portrait of Aqsa Mahmood, a public school girl who is believed to have volunteered to become a Jihad bride, journalist Jamie Dettmer makes the following observation: Mahmood is one of at least 50 British women and girls who are thought by security experts to have joined ISIS in Syria,

NEWPORT, Wales -- Seeking to counter Russian aggression, NATO leaders approved plans Friday to dispatch several thousand troops in Eastern Europe that could quickly mobilize if an alliance country in the region comes under attack. NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said the new unit would send a clear message to potential aggressors. "Should you even think of attacking one ally, you will be facing the whole alliance," he declared as a two-day NATO summit in southern Wales drew to a close. The agreement on the rapid response force is the cornerstone of discussions at the summit on how to combat Russia´s provocations in

The United States expressed concern on Thursday that Syria’s government might be harboring undeclared chemical weapons, hidden from the internationally led operation to purge them over the past year, and that Islamist militant extremists now ensconced in that country could possibly seize control of them. The assertions by Samantha Power, the United States ambassador to the United Nations and current president of the Security Council, were made after the Council received a private briefing on the Syria chemical weapons disarmament effort from Sigrid Kaag, the United Nations official appointed last year to coordinate it. Under Ms. Kaag, 96 percent of Syria’s

Russia invades, China bullies, Iran spins centrifuges, the Islamic State (a terrorist threat “beyond anything that we’ve seen,” according to the defense secretary ) threatens — and Washington slashes the military. Reason stares. Several arguments are advanced to justify the decimation of our defense. All of them are wrong. The president asserts that we must move to “a new order that’s based on a different set of principles, that’s based on a sense of common humanity.” The old order, he is saying, where America’s disproportionate strength holds tyrants in check and preserves the sovereignty of nations, is to be replaced.
