George Zimmerman,
Media Malpractice, and NBC

American Thinker, by Jack Cashill

Original Article

Life in modern America does not get more cruelly perverse than this: one major reason Judge Debra Nelson threw out George Zimmerman’s libel suit against NBC on Monday was because of Zimmerman’s public pursuit of racial justice. Yes, that George Zimmerman, the same “child killer” who shot black teen Trayvon Martin in Sanford, Florida, in February 2012. In the way of background, Zimmerman had sued NBC for manipulating the substance of his famous call to a police dispatcher to make him sound like a racist. In firing two employees and apologizing publicly, NBC all but admitted its guilt. What saved

Comments:
I´m looking, mostly, to see NBC news get punished and exposed severely and in the open for all to see. As for Mr. Zimmerman I wish him the best of luck, and hope can stay outta trouble with his "girlfriend". If he wins his case, he´ll have a whole slew of new and differing issues to contend with.

Good night, Chet. Good night, David. NBC´s ethics has left the building.

The judge´s ruling is insane. Zimmerman wasn´t a "public figure" until this case went viral, mostly because of NBC´s now standard intent to mislead its audience. Lisa Bloom carries on this tradition because her mommy Ms. Allred had no shame or conscience DNA to pass on to her, and it shows in her truly evil work of fiction about this case. It´s stunning, even by NBC´s non-existent standards.

Voila! . . . (Gloria AllRed/Lisa Bloom) legal prostitutes beget legal prostitutes.

Jack Cashill speaks/writes truth once again. He has done yeoman´s work in bringing out the truth in this travesty involving George Zimmerman and Travon Martin.

NBC News should be in the cooler at the morgue -- its odor is beginning to smell very much like a dead mackerel.

So, the same "judge" who tried to railroad George Zimmerman took the side of nbc (nothing but commies) in this lawsuit? I´m trying to remember just how much the dearly-departed-trayvon´s family received in THEIR lawsuit. I think it was about a $million, but then I could be under-counting. Shame, shame on the pathetic judicial system in our country. I hope he can appeal this travesty!

So when the defective transmission fails on my Obama Motors (GM) car, I need to sue Charlie and Frank, the line workers that screwed up their job and not GM?

That´s kind of what the RAT-infested got-a-high-D-in-law-school judge ruled.

I am beginning to believe the judiciary is filled with ultra left leaning demigods who believe they and they alone have the right to make decisions based on their insane ideology and world view instead of on the facts and the Rule of Law.

There are no more words to describe the inanity of this decision. Zimmerman was doing a responsible citizen´s duty to report a suspected crime and because of the color/race of the criminal, Zimmerman will never live a normal life again. Why are we doing this to our neighbors and friends? We are living in a very dangerous and sick time.

"News" is whatever the MSM and the Democratic Party want it to be. Truth may not have anything to do with it. Unfortunately, about half the country does not understand this fact, and the other half is afraid to say anything.

One of the strangest periods of Roman history was the period right before the republic collapsed and became an empire. The Romans weren´t known for losing, but during this period, they lost nearly everything they put their hands to. Catiline nearly overthrew the republic by rallying profligates, whoremongers, and drunken hipsters under the flag of rapacity. A Numidian king named Jugurtha practically walked into the Senate, bribed a bunch of senators, and caused them to overlook his hostile foreign policy – which cost a friendly kingdom its ruin. Pirates practically owned the seas, so that all sea trade had practically

In America justice is supposed to be blind not our commander-in-chief. In Obama’s topsy-turvy America justice is not blind but our President is-and willfully so-when it comes to threats facing Americans. Will he remove his blinders? Only if he is forced to and by then it may be too late. Charles Krauthammer, one of America’s smartest columnists, said it best regarding President Obama and the threats to America coming from ISIS: “I don’t think the issue is the president was unaware or taken by surprise. I think this was willful blindness to the nature of the threat.”

So said the brilliant Iowahawk this week as most people of the world watch in horror the spectacle of 40,000 members of this beleaguered Iraqi minority huddled without food or water on rocky Sinjar mountaintops. Below them the savages of ISIS kidnap Yazidi women, raping them and selling them into slavery. Heads of children ISIS decapitated are displayed on pikes in public parks and there are reports of distraught families tossing their beloved babies from mountaintops rather than watch them slowly starve to death. This barbarism comes after tens of thousands of Christians were raped, murdered, driven from their ancestral homes

The president shouldn´t be using a fateful and divisive word like "impeachment" to raise money and rouse his base. He shouldn´t be at campaign-type rallies where he speaks only to the base, he should be speaking to the country. This week we learned that former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, the elected choice of the wealthy denizens of San Francisco, believes that Hamas is a humanitarian organization. Qatar, Hamas’ principle supporter, told her so. From former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton we learned that the reason Hamas’ weapons are found stored in civilian sites -- schools, mosques, hospitals, and UNWRA buildings -- is because the area is so small there’s nowhere else to hide them. And from the UN’s High Commissioner for Human Rights, the viciously anti-Israeli Navi Pillay, we learned that the Israel may have committed war

Is Obama the most pathetic president in American history? That was a rhetorical question. Barack Obama promised so much: to heal our racial divisions, slice the deficit, provide health care that was cheaper, more widely available and that would not add one dime to the deficit. More grandly, he promised to stop the rise of the oceans and heal the planet. He was so cool. He was transcendent –an enlightened being -- a “Lightworker” and a “sort of God.” Yes…well...how did all that work out? Critics have judged him by his own words and he has been found wanting.

There was, for example, reminds my friend Narciso, the Bojinka plot In which Ramzi Yousef and Khalid Sheikh Mohammed planned to assassinate Pope John Paul II, bomb 11 passenger planes, and crash a plane into CIA headquarters. A chemical fire in one of the plotter’s kitchens disrupted those plans. (Khalid went on to commit other atrocities -- including planning 9/11 -- but providence cannot always protect us.) The US government, which has refused to act decisively to control the horde of children entering the US via Mexico from Central America (estimated to be nearly 60,000 from October 2013 to June 2014) certainly had no compunctions about expelling a helpless child back to terrible conditions in the case of Elian Gonzalez back in 1999 during the Clinton regime. In that case, the Feds were wrong to send a child back to a communist dictatorship, where he lives today, a member of the Union of Young Communists, propagandist for the regime, and personal “friend” of Fidel Castro.

Where is the red line of impeachment? In theory, a red line might be located somewhere on a list of impeachable offenses – perhaps at the point where a certain number of transgressions is exceeded, or next to a specific instance because of its significance or impact. In reality, though, that red line exists along a spectrum of “political will.” As Andrew McCarthy explained: “You can have a thousand provable impeachable offenses, but before Congress may remove the president from power, there must be strong popular support – a public will that cuts across partisan and ideological lines.”

WASHINGTON — The current Congress is on track to be the worst ever at passing laws since modern record-keeping began, with three of its lawmakers failing to introduce a single bill, The Post has learned. The divided House and Senate have managed to pass just 163 laws that garnered President Obama’s signature since the two-year term began in January 2013. At this rate, Congress will have no problem beating the previous record set during the 2011-2013 session in which 284 laws were passed. That was down from 385 laws passed in the 2009-2011 session.
