Indictment of suspect in Benghazi
attack debunks the Obama tale

Washington Times, by Rowan Scarborough

The Obama administration’s just-released criminal complaint against the alleged mastermind of the Benghazi terrorist attacks provides a final contradiction to its own evolving explanations for what happened that day. The Justice Department’s indictment spells out a calculated conspiracy by Ahmed Abu Khatallah and associates to attack the U.S. diplomatic mission and CIA annex, which killed four Americans. The indictment might be viewed as a death knell for a theory that the attack resulted from a spontaneous protest against a U.S.-produced video. Now in custody, Khatallah was a commander of Ansar al-Sharia in Benghazi, a U.S.-designated terrorist group, and is himself deemed

Maybe the indictment was intentionally written this way so the DC jury (very likely to be Obama lovers) will acquit him because their beloved President Obama and Secretary Clinton told them it was a spontaneous demonstration, sparked by a hateful video. Everyone in the DC jury pool probably believes President Obama and Secretary Clinton NEVER lie to the people. I wouldn´t put this past our community organizer in chief, would you?

LA JOYA, Texas—Yellow police tape still hung from fences as Texas rangers walked through the scene where just a day earlier a gang member had gone down in a hail of gunfire in an hours-long shootout with authorities that left two cops wounded. Some police officers spent more than three hours pinned down by the close to 500 shots that were exchanged between authorities and 29-year-old Joaquin Cibrian, a member of the Texas Syndicate gang. Edinburg police had been looking for Cibrian for his alleged role in the execution of a 19-year-old man from Mexico. On Wednesday, a black police

THE DISTINGUISHING feature of the latest war between Israel and Hamas is “offensive tunnels,” as the Israeli army calls them. As of early Wednesday, 28 had been uncovered in Gaza, and nearly half extend into Israel, according to Israeli officials. The tunnels are the reason that the government of Benjamin Netanyahu decided last weekend to launch a ground invasion of Gaza, and they explain why that operation has strong support from Israelis in spite of the relatively heavy casualties it has inflicted. Most significantly, the tunnels show why it has been difficult to reach a cease-fire and why any accord

JERUSALEM – In life, Max Steinberg was known for his courage, athletic prowess and love of Bob Marley songs, his family and friends told an estimated 30,000 people who attended his military funeral on Wednesday. In death, Sgt. Steinberg represented more. As a Jewish American who left the comfort and security of his Los Angeles home to fight — and, last weekend, to die — on Israel’s front lines, the 24-year-old was remembered as a bridge between Israel and the United States, an example of their uniquely close relationship. One dignitary told the crowd that Americans such as Steinberg “deepen

Millions of Americans are not entitled to government health insurance subsidies under Obamacare because of the way the law is written, a divided three-judge panel of the D.C. The 2-1 ruling said such subsidies can be granted only to people who bought insurance in an Obamacare exchange run by an individual state or the District of Columbia—not on the federally run exchange HealthCare.gov. One of the main causes has not gotten enough attention: the party primary system. The reasons behind the shocking primary defeat last month of Representative Eric Cantor of Virginia, who
