‘You’re an Apologist!’ Fox’s Martha
MacCallum Goes Off on Liberal Guest

Mediaite, by Andrew Kirell

What was supposed to be a generic left vs. right panel debate during Fox’s America’s Newsroom turned tense for a few moments as anchor Martha MacCallum berated her liberal guest, calling him an “apologist” for the Obama administration and the Internal Revenue Service over its lost emails controversy. Speaking with National Review editor Rich Lowry and Fox’s liberal commentator Bob Beckel, MacCallum lamented how it seems as though government has “lousy” computer systems that don’t work. Noting the recent IRS and Obamacare rollout problems, she said, “We are being told the government can’t handle the technology.” “There is a lot

Comments:
McCallum just shredded Beckel. It was a beautiful thing. Beckel is so extremely offensive. He has the audacity to say that the free market system is a "total embarrassment." Really? Why does he talk like he has a mouth full of mashed potatoes?? I really had to clean that up.

I used to think Martha was a bit of a ditz, but she is a real ass kicker. So easy on the eyes, too.

Beckel falls back on the old canard about the highway system. Guess what, even the highway system if full of graft and corruption. Look at the Bay Bridge in SF. Look at the Gulf Freeway in Houston, which has been under construction my entire life. What a joke. That´s the old "you didn´t build that" straw man argument that claims people cannot live without total government control over their lives because we all drive on the roads.

Beckel is such an embarrassment to FOX. I have no idea why they still have him on the Five and other shows during the day. He is always unprepared. His speech is muffled because he´s always sucking on a mint or something like that. He mostly responds to questions with a question. He never knows what the facts are, and really doesn´t care what they are. He basically just spouts the Democrat Talking Points. The members of the Five pound him, day after day. He should be replaced! Good for Martha for not letting him get away with phoning it in for the Democrats!

People don´t think logically very often. Fox hires liberals as show host and as commentators to bolster their claim of "fair and balanced". If they got rid of all the liberals then Libs would be right in calling them strictly "right wing" or "GOP voice" which is their biggest lie about Fox and don´t have the guts to admit it.

Fox is the best exhibit to prove how out of touch and brainwashed they truly are. Leave them be.

Yesterday came word, through a former Pentagon official, that President Obama received detailed and specific intelligence about the rise of ISIS via the President’s Daily Brief for at least a year before the group took large swaths of territory beginning in June 2014. The former official told Fox News that the data was strong, and “granular” in detail. He added that a policy maker “could not come away with any other impression [than] this is getting bad.” Yet in January, at least six months after these warnings began, Obama famously proclaimed ISIS “the jayvee.” And in recent weeks, the administration has

The culprit is the warming seas - and in particular the Gulf of Maine, whose waters are heating up faster than 99 percent of the world´s oceans, scientists say. Long-established species of commercial fish, like cod, herring and northern shrimp, are departing for colder waters. Black sea bass, blue crabs and new species of squid - all highly unusual for the Gulf - are turning up in fishermen´s nets. The Gulf of Maine´s warming reflects broader
