CIA Under Fire
for Failure in Iraq

Washington Free Beacon, by Bill Gertz

Original Article

The CIA failed to provide adequate warning of the recent Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant military incursion into Iraq despite having a significant presence of agency officers in the country, according to U.S. officials and security analysts. Critics of the agency said the intelligence failure was made worse by a failure of the Obama administration to recognize the threat posed to the country by the ISIL, which last week renamed itself simply the Islamic State (IS) and declared its captured territory in Syria and Iraq is now a “caliphate.” The so-called caliphate region is under harsh Islamic law and led

The CIA is under the same type of rules of engagement crap as the military. God forbid they would offend or suspect a Muslim.

With the CIA, like the Border Patrol, the blame for "failure" should not be cast upon the dedicated men and women within the agency, but blame should instead be cast on "the Won" who dictates their rules of engagement.

The CIA did not fail - the Obama Administration supports the terrorists and the CIA is allowing them free rein- which is what Obama The Destroyer wants.
Qaddafi was killed by the Obamunists because he wanted a gold back currency that would have exposed the printing press of the Obama Administration that is devaluing our currency daily as it shuffles money to his Cronies and terrorists like Hamas.

Horse apples.
0bama signed a paper supposedly closing of Gitmo as soon as he stepped into the Oval Office, turned national security over to Eric Holder, went on a Muslim apology tour, ordered the complete and precipitous withdrawal of our forces from Iraq and undid countless other measures that had been put in place by his predecessor. Not only did 0bama surrender, he changed sides for goodness sakes.
Not only was what happened on Iraq predictable, IT WAS PREDICTED by many many people.
The CIA ain´t what it used to be, but this one lies squarely on the effeminate shoulders of our CIC.

The Dems are so post-American that they automatically go to blaming American institutions, be they the CIA, the military, the Supreme Court etc. in a way calculated to undermine citizen trust of these organizations whenever something they don´t like happens.

Obama is quietly forming a coalition to support airstrikes on ISIS in Syria after the execution of US journalist James Foley, according to a report on Wednesday. Obama said Tuesday in Charlotte, North Carolina that his Defense and State Departments are ´urging countries in the region and building an international coalition, including our closest allies, to support Iraqis as they take the fight to these barbaric terrorists.´ He did not specifically mention recruiting partners for bombing raids over Syrian air space. But The New York Times reported hours later, citing unnamed sources, that the U.S. was engaged in a ´diplomatic

Mitt Romney has repeatedly stated that he will not run in the 2016 presidential election, but his most recent comments suggest he may be leaving the door slightly open for another run at the White House. During a radio interview yesterday on “The Hugh Hewitt Show,” Romney responded to more questions about his possible candidacy by saying, “I know you’re going to press, but you know, this is something we gave a lot of thought to when early on I decided we’re not going to be running this time.“ “And again, we said look, I had the chance of running. Whatever they may disagree about, Western leaders are in complete agreement about one thing: the new self-styled caliphate, the Islamic State, has nothing whatsoever to do with Islam. It’s a comforting, reassuring vision for Western non-Muslims facing a massive influx of Muslim immigrants and jittery about the prospect of Islamic terrorism, except for just one problem: it’s entirely false. Barack Obama has made it clear: “ISIL speaks for no religion. Their victims are overwhelmingly Muslim, and no faith teaches people to massacre innocents.” David Cameron intoned: “What we are witnessing is actually a battle between Islam on the one hand and

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, part of the Department of Transportation, published last week an "advanced notice of proposed rulemaking" on "vehicle-to-vehicle communications." What NHTSA is proposing could begin a transformation in the American transportation system that makes our lives better and freer — or gives government more power over where we go and when. In announcing its proposed rulemaking, NHTSA is stressing its intention to protect the "privacy" of American drivers. "This document initiates rulemaking that would propose to create a new Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard, FMVSS No. 150, to require vehicle-to-vehicle communication capability for light vehicles,"

The Immigration & Customs Enforcement agency renewed its search this week for "Transportation Services for Unaccompanied Children" crossing the border into the United States. An earlier notice posted in January of this year seeking "escort services" for an estimated 65,000 unaccompanied children raised questions about the Obama administration´s prior recognition of the effect that news of its Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) plan would have on primarily Central American parents who mistakenly believed their children would benefit from the program. The current notice says that ICE will award an "indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract" to provide "unarmed escort staff,

When a federal appeals court ruled last month that a seemingly arcane wording flaw in the Affordable Care Act should invalidate a central part of the law, many of those who drafted the statute five years ago reacted with shock and anger. Now, they fear their work could be undone by what some call a "drafting error" and others portray as a political miscalculation. The judges from the U.S. Court of Appeals for

Amid the hysteria over the shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., it might be lost that most black and white Americans believe they’re not out to get each other. A new Pew Research survey shows that 75 percent of whites and 64 percent of blacks say their groups get along together “pretty well” if not “very well.” It’s a bleaker view for Hispanics, 53 percent of whom say the same. Ferguson fell into the national media spotlight on Aug. 9 when Brown, who was unarmed and black,” was shot dead by Darren Wilson, a white police officer.
