Liberal Professor Gives 4 Reasons
Obama Admin ‘Probably Doesn’t

Independent Journal Review, by Caroline Schaeffer

Even George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley knows it hasn’t been a great week for the President. In an interview with CNN, the liberal professor lists the reasons why Obama would rather just stay in bed this week: 1. The administration was found to be in violation of the 4th Amendment and privacy when it was discovered that the National Security Agency had been compiling metadata records for all telephone communications in the United States. 2. Obama was found in violation of separation of powers when he made unconstitutional recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board. The Supreme

Though it’s been an “awful ten days” for Obama, it’s of his own doing. Maybe a couple games of golf would cheer him up – he’s nearing 180 rounds; could he get to 200 by the end of July

With his luck running so badly ... if I were him I´d worry about lightening on the golf course.

It´s only four minor setbacks for the commie who has hurled a thousand grenades at our nation´s foundation. But keep chipping away patriots, it´s just a matter of time until we take back our country.

Ferguson-Florissant, Riverview Gardens and St. Louis Public Schools are among the school districts in the region that are planning to offer free lunches to all students, regardless of need, through a federal program new to Missouri schools this year. Some of the districts had been offering free breakfast for all students and will continue to do so. Now, district officials are participating in the so-called Community Eligibility Provision funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The program is part of the Hungry-Free Kids Act of 2010, which was projected to boost federal spending on nutrition programs by $79 million over

IRS: Lerner´s hard drive was

The IRS said under oath Friday that former agency official Lois Lerner’s hard drive was destroyed and recycled, echoing earlier testimony from its commissioner. In its most extensive comments yet on Lerner’s hard drive, the agency said in court filings Friday that the hard drive was destroyed in 2011 to protect confidential taxpayer information. Before that, the IRS said, the hard drive underwent a process designed to permanently erase stored data. That process occurred after a series of IRS technical officers examined Lerner’s hard drive, and found that it couldn’t be restored after a crash. The IRS’s court filings came

During an appearance on MSNBC’s PoliticsNation with Al Sharpton Friday evening, Salon columnist Joan Walsh took on Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) for laying blame on President Barack Obama for yesterday’s shot down Malaysia Airlines passenger jet. McCain called Obama “cowardly” for refusing to intervene in Ukraine, but Walsh turned that word around on him. “It’s just been cowardly,” McCain said on Fox News’ Hannity last night. “It’s a cowardly administration that we failed to give the Ukrainians weapons with which to defend themselves,” he continued, suggesting that the Russian separatists who allegedly shot down the plane “may not even have

(Video) The sense that a deadly tragedy could get worse hangs over the crash site of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17. Scattered bodies, ripped-apart suitcases and charred books testify that 298 people died Thursday when the airplane fell from 30,000 feet to the grassy fields of an almost-lawless section of eastern Ukraine. More than 24 hours after the crash, the bodies lay there untouched, with nobody able to say who´s in charge and whether the dead would ever be treated with dignity. Documents from the Bill Clinton presidency that were publicly released Friday reveal the administration´s strategy -- and the challenges top aides encountered -- in readying Ruth Bader Ginsburg for her Senate confirmation hearing after her nomination for Supreme Court. One document gives aides suggestions for prepping Ginsburg, saying the nominee had "incredible powers of recollection" and "will clearly know all of the law" but was a "very slow answerer" whose answers were "typically shorter than the questions." The memo tells aides to ask her short practice questions leading up to the hearing, since Ginsburg was reportedly worried that if questions

Pet dogs and birds were among the casualties when flight MH17 was shot down over Ukraine, a list of the aircraft´s cargo has revealed. Two pet dogs, four pigeons and five other live birds were being transported in the cargo of the Malaysian Airlines flight as it was blasted out of the sky killing all 298 passengers - including ten Britons. A list of items checked into the cargo hold of the Boeing 777 has also revealed that nearly 1,400kg of lithium batteries, ´urgent´ Malaysian diplomatic papers and medical packages were on board. San Francisco -Hundreds of conservative and libertarian political operatives and techies are gathering this weekend in the heart of liberal California to try to bridge the digital disadvantage that dogged the GOP´s presidential candidates in the last two White House campaigns. “We think there is a big opportunity to connect the liberty-minded conservatives and libertarians in Silicon Valley and around the country with the campaigns and the causes that they really care about,” said Garrett Johnson, one of the co-founders of Lincoln Labs, which organized the inaugural Reboot conference that is taking place this weekend in San Francisco. Perhaps because Republicans insist on having a secure border before discussing any type of immigration reform legislation. Democrats don’t think people will catch up to this at some point? The PR game that carried Obama – health care lies and all – to the White House is showing significant signs of incompetent wear and tear

President Obama on Friday called the downing of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 an “outrage of unspeakable proportions,” declared it a “wake-up call” for timid European leaders, and all but laid blame for the tragedy directly at the doorstep of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Obama’s blunt language, delivered in the White House briefing room from behind a lectern with the presidential seal, offered a stark contrast to his muddled public handling of the disaster a day earlier. As the news broke on Thursday, the White House signaled that the president had first learned about the world-shaking events from Putin at the

WASHINGTON— President Barack Obama is foregoing his usual round of weekend golf at a Washington suburban military base. Instead, he and his family are choosing what is for them a rare woodland getaway: a weekend at the presidential mountaintop retreat of Camp David. The family was leaving Friday for the isolated and heavily guarded hideaway in Maryland´s Catoctin Mountains. The White House said the family weekend had already been planned and that he would return to the White House on Sunday. The escape from the White House caps a fierce week of foreign policy eruptions, highlighted by a downed commercial
