Lois Lerner Fights Back!
American Thinker, by Ed Timperlake

Original Article

Just when the media is beginning to really pressure Congress to grant Lois Learner immunity – “the American people need to know, so let her talk” – her lawyer plays the Sergeant Schultz card from Hogan’s Heroes. "I hear nothing, I see nothing, I know nothing!" He has validated Chairman Issa’s position on Lois Lerner being uncooperative, so why bother? This back-and-forth also has probably being going on for some time between Lerner’s legal teams and Congress, and now it is the former´s apparent public strategy. In this epic constitutional battle and the quest for transparency and justice, Lerner´s lawyer has to

Lois Lerner, when working at the FEC, was a known partisan hack; this means that she was put into the position at the IRS for exactly what she was doing. So it begs the question; who engineered her move from FEC to the IRS? That is the person to question under oath!

It is odd that commenters like #2 are just now realizing that Lerner, with no tax experience, was sent to IRS to continue her FEC persecutions at IRS. We now have a blending of FEC Democrat harassment with the unrestricted power of the IRS police department. IRS is accountable to no one - not Congress and apparently not to the President.

Why give her immunity? She is still going to act stupid. She must have broken some rule along the way. Prosecute her for that and let her plea bargain. Look at all the republicans that went to jail for nothing. Make it a circus like the democrats always do. Can´t they find one sympathetic federal judge to indict her or convict her? Look at all the republicans that went to jail over the years for trumped up charges. Until people go to jail no one will talk.

Let her and her lawyer complain loudly and often - eventually even the MSM will pick up the discussion.

Yet the public has already formed their opinion and it is not favorable to her viewpoint.

Anthony Cumia gets attacked all the time: Most often for telling the truth about black crime and violence that is stratospherically out of proportion. And how reporters condone it. On Thursday night, July 3, his bosses at Sirius XM radio fired him for it. “The decision was made, and Cumia informed, late Thursday, July 3, after careful consideration of his racially charged and hate-filled remarks on social media,” said the suits at Sirius. “Those remarks and postings are abhorrent to SiriusXM, and his behavior is wholly inconsistent with what SiriusXM represents.” Cumia was typically defiant: “Sirius decided to cave and fire me,” he

It was headlining AOL on Friday: a story about a woman stabbing a schoolteacher to death in front of a class of five and six-year-olds. But a certain bit of information is conspicuously missing from virtually all the reportage. On July 2, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) announced that it would not reopen the investigation into the destruction of TWA 800. This was the Boeing 747 that was blown out of the sky ten miles south of the Long Island coast on July 17, 1996, killing all 230 people on board. The TWA 800 Project, a team of former aviation investigators and scientists, had petitioned the NTSB to examine evidence that pointed toward a missile strike on the airline. Not surprisingly, the NTSB, which had invested four years of resources to prove some other theory, any other theory, chose

The White House on Tuesday formally requested $3.7 billion in emergency funding from Congress to deal with an influx of Central American minors along the southern border. But the proposal was quickly met with broad skepticism among Republican lawmakers, who were doubtful that the package would be approved quickly — if at all. Administration officials said the request is part of a comprehensive strategy aimed at building more detention centers, adding immigration judges, and beefing up border patrols and air surveillance. President Obama has said he hopes such steps will both speed deportations and discourage adults from sending children on

Fate hasn´t been kind to Hillary Clinton, at least not in its most recent phase. In 2008, when the plate was set for the national Democrats, she lost the nomination to Barack Obama, of scant years and no gravitas, who soared out of nowhere to wrench destiny from her on the unspecified promise of "change." Now, "change" has come, and people don´t like it.
