Chelsea Clinton’s wealth can’t buy her class
New York Post, by Andrea Peyser

Original Article

Posted By:geo11, 6/30/2014 2:11:26 AM

Chelsea Clinton, the former and potential future first daughter, has stiff competition for the title of Most Tactless Human. Greedy reality-TV creature Kim Kardashian is a contender. Chelsea’s mom, the once “dead broke” Hillary Rodham Clinton, might rank even higher on the scale of bad taste. Chelsea, 34, has jabbered like an overeducated trailer-park habitué about her family’s No. 1 obsession — money.

Comments:
The Clinton´s and Obama´s attended the Univ. of Grifters and graduated with honors.

So Hillary is giving some of her speech money to the ´Clinton Foundation´. Isn´t this some kind of tax dodge that ´ordinary´ people do not get to take advantage of?

This whole Clinton family is nothing more than extremely rich, lying, trailer trash.

It is way past time for them to just shut up, go away and live a life of leisure off the ´Clinton´ foundation funds.

Please...none of those gratuitous "hands off the children" guilt replies.

She may not have been able to choose her parents and what they have become, but she is (presumably) an adult now and is loving every minute of her celebrity and what it brings. Even the $$$$$$$$$$$

Chelsea can´t relate to money. She´s tried, but money doesn´t mean anything to her. Since that´s the case, give yours away. The big salary too, re-distribute it, and don´t accept anything from your parents or others that has been purchased with Money. It has no meaning (or function).

Money would mean something to her if she had ever had to work for any of it. Jobs, salaries, degrees, even her celebrity - has all been given to her. Nothing was earned.

I ask the same thing about Miss Clinton at age 34 that I do about her mother: what are her accomplishments? Name one, just one.

Operation Protective Edge is underway, and it’s turning into a full-scale ground operation. No thinking person can blame Israel’s leaders for taking steps to protect their citizens from the tens of thousands of unprovoked rocket attacks that have been launched in their direction by Hamas from Gaza. Now, rewind to 2012 and Operation Pillar of Defense. The central characters are the same, and the critical events are the same. Now, rewind to 2008 and Operation Cast Lead. The critical events are the same, but the central characters are different.

My fellow Americans, we are all bit players in the making of a metaphoric slasher movie: Obama Unchained, starring Barack Hussein Obama. Here is a summary of the movie. It is a heartwarming tale about how the mainstream media and Democratic Party suckered America into electing their extreme far-left dream president – a Trojan Horse in the form of a black man.

In the nearly 20 months since Mitt Romney lost the election to President Barack Obama, many of the former Massachusetts governor´s predictions have played out on the world stage. For instance, Romney called Russia the nation´s "number one geopolitical foe"; he pledged strong support for Israel amid tense relations with Iran and other neighbors; declared that corporations are "people" — and said that illegal immigration remained a continued threat to the American economy. As many realities have developed in the U.S. and abroad, Romney´s popularity has increased in national polls — and it is believed that he is considering a White House

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” Which of those solemn promises has Barack H. Obama not betrayed? I can’t think of a single one. If Obama is different from other presidents, it’s not for the color of his skin, which is just a PR hustle to blackmail suckers into proving they aren’t racists. No: Obama will be historic for his fanatical leftism, which has no precedent in American history. The biggest headline

The chaos unfolding at the border demonstrates the catastrophic, real-world consequences of the president’s lawless conduct. For the last five years, with average household incomes falling and Americans being pushed out of the workforce, the president has been engaged in a sustained campaign to strip away Americans’ immigration protections. He has accomplished his aims: Interior removals have been cut by more than 40 percent. President Obama’s own former ICE director reported to the Los Angeles Times that “if you are a run-of-the-mill immigrant here illegally, your odds of getting deported are close to zero.”

Obama seems to think that stonewalling Congress regarding the hidden e-mails that obviously incriminate his toadies at the IRS is a winning strategy. The leftist establishment media is ignoring the scandal. The House of Representatives has already found Lois Lerner in contempt, a stark and direct condemnation, yet the arrogance of Obama’s flacks remains untouched. What can the House of Representatives do about this mess?

The joke about the obsessively doting mother comes to mind. Watching her son parade with rows of fellow troops, she notices he is on his left foot when they are all on the right. “Why are they out of step?” she asks. So it is with Barack Obama. The nation is turning against him, yet he shouts to the heavens that he is right and the country is wrong. Mothers can get away with that sort of thing. Presidents and their parties get shellacked.

I´ve been thinking over the Cantor loss and the Cochran win and the whole question of the Republican Party divided between its Beltway establishment and its Tea Party insurgency. And last week I read James V. DeLong´s excellent piece about the divide between the wheeling and dealing of the Republican establishment and the “values and concerns” (or V&C) of the ordinary GOP voter. His piece is titled “Why Voters Grew Tired of Cantor” but the URL reads “government-of-the-cronies-by-the-cronies-for-the-cronies.” I vote for the URL.

If you paid close attention this week, you could see the sand shifting under Obama’s feet. From public opinion to the federal courts to the president’s former putative allies, it was not a good week to be Obama, and it’s likely to get worse for him. Walkabouts in D.C., travels to distant fundraisers, preposterous flailing on the international scene, and more shots with his cute kids are not going to change the situation as far as I can tell. Yet he lacks other options.

Sarah Palin on Tuesday joined a growing chorus of Republicans calling for the impeachment of President Obama, writing in a Breitbart op-ed that the influx of young illegal immigrants over the southern border "is the last straw that makes the battered wife say, ´no mas.´ " Mixed/careless metaphors aside, this is nothing but bad news for Republicans — especially four months until the 2014 election. Palin is hardly the first GOP politician to raise the issue of impeachment over the past couple years. Others include Sens. James Inhofe (R-Okla.), Tom Coburn (R-Okla.) and Tim Scott (R-S.C.), Reps. Despite his continuous denials, some still believe that Mitt Romney will run for president in 2016. Speaking to MSNBC on Monday, Rep. He probably doesn’t want me to say that. A hundred times he says he’s not, but Mitt Romney has always accomplished what he has set out to do,”

Enough is enough of the years of abuse from this president. His unsecured border crisis is the last straw that makes the battered wife say, “no mas.” Without borders, there is no nation. Obama knows this. Opening our borders to a flood of illegal immigrants is deliberate. This is his fundamental transformation of America. It’s the only promise he has kept. Discrediting the price paid for America’s exceptionalism over our history, he’s given false hope and taxpayer’s change to millions of foreign nationals who want to sneak into our country illegally. WASHINGTON — Congressional Democrats said Tuesday that they had developed legislation to override the Supreme Court decision on contraceptives. The bill would ensure that women have access to coverage for birth control even if they work for businesses that have religious objections. The bill, developed in consultation with the Obama administration, would require for-profit corporations like Hobby Lobby Stores to provide and pay for contraceptive coverage, along with other preventive services, under the Affordable Care Act. The measure could be on the Senate floor as early as next week, Senate Democrats said. “Your health care decisions are not your boss’s

The White House on Tuesday formally requested $3.7 billion in emergency funding from Congress to deal with an influx of Central American minors along the southern border. But the proposal was quickly met with broad skepticism among Republican lawmakers, who were doubtful that the package would be approved quickly — if at all. Administration officials said the request is part of a comprehensive strategy aimed at building more detention centers, adding immigration judges, and beefing up border patrols and air surveillance. President Obama has said he hopes such steps will both speed deportations and discourage adults from sending children on

President Obama evidently has decided not to put a human face on the crisis unfolding at the U.S. southern border—not even his own. The White House said over and over again Monday that Obama will not travel to the border with Mexico despite flying to Texas this week to raise money for Democratic candidates there. It´s certainly in part a political decision, one meant to avoid taking ownership of a difficult issue on which the White House would prefer to share blame. (Snip) In other words, if Obama goes goes to the border, he owns the problem. If he doesn't, he's blasted for a lack of leadership.
