They Took Our Jobs! Study Finds
ALL New Jobs Went to Immigrants

Independent Journal Review, by Soopermexican

A shocking new report from the Center for Immigration Studies claims to prove that every single new job created in America for the last fourteen years has gone to immigrants, legal and illegal. This would fly in the face of those who claim that immigration is an economic boon to native born Americans: The CIS report found that over the last 14 years, people who were born in the United States held 114.8 million jobs in 2000, and held 114.7 million jobs in 2014, a drop of 127,000. But it’s an entirely different picture for immigrants — 5.7 million more

Now that the middle class is out of work, America needs a continuous influx of cheap, illegal, Mexican labor to continue to support the ever increasing and totally unemployable underclass and their free Obamaphones, free housing, free medical, free food, free cable, ....

But the influx sure helped the Chamber of Commerce types to unload a whole load of real estate. (You see, it´s not just about cheap labor - although that´s all good too).

There is the racial aspect to this story, too. Most immigrants these days are Hispanic, black or Muslim. No white immigrant group is flocking to America for jobs.

So this falls right in line with Rev. Wright´s rant against white people, and with Obama´s disdain for white people. The fewer white people in America, the better.

Now we learn that making white people a minority in America is calculated. Isn´t that sometimes called racism?

#5: even if there were white Europeans flocking to get in, they would be turned away. Thanks to Ted Kennedy´s "legacy", the 1965 Immigration Act, white Europeans have been given short shrift in the legal admittance process. People from the third world are much more welcome. And you can bet that if millions of Swedes were trying to get in here illegally, the 0bama administration would suddenly know how to protect our borders.

Poster 6, Mexicans, as opposed to the catch-all Hispanic category, are an entitlement class. The newest waves probably vote democrat with 95 percent reliablity. My experience is that, generally speaking, mexicans have no loyalty to the USA, and that their work ethic is a myth. Maybe the first generation of invaders worked hard, but the recent arrivals instantly connect to social services. As mexicans gain more political power they will become more militant in their demands for free stuff.

#10, on the large scale this article is correct. I believe that if you are a U.S. citizen that you have the first chance to the jobs. But it is not happening. Kids with degrees think they are too good to work physical labor. If these kids turn down a job because they feel they are too good for it, then cut off any state or federal assistance. When they start getting hungry, they will work.

Politicians who are for amnesty do not care about the American citizen. They only care about the next election. If the debacle in Mississippi didn´t prove that, nothing will. It is all about consolidating and holding onto political power. The country is going to hell in a hand basket and for years these fools left the border wide open, poured benefits on illegals they do not deserve, and have insured that the future of American children will be grim. The country is burdened with high unemployment and the wizards of smart in Washington want to bring in more people to collapse an economic system teetering on the edge. When do we call this a crime against the American taxpayer?

The vast majority of Mexican illegal aliens are not immigrants as that word has been defined throughout US history, but are economic migrants, some of who are now claiming asylum as a way to get around the immigration laws and work in the USA, the liberal Democrats in cahoots with cheap labor Republicans gave them that opportunity by seriously liberalizing and weakening the immigration laws, and now those Mexican migrants, and others from Central America, are taking advantage of those loopholes in large numbers.

Former Mexican President Vicente Fox used to tell this country all the time that Mexicans coming into the USA illegally to work are not immigrants but are migrants, who are loyal to Mexico, love being Mexicans and Mexican culture, and will always be loyal to Mexico first. In fact the Mexicans have an old adage to the effect that while their stomachs may be in the USA, that their heart will always remain with Mexico. Mexicans generally do not want US citizenship but want to be allowed to work and stay in the US as they wish, and have no respect for the borderline or US immigration laws.

The only entities that are pushing for tens of millions of illegal alien Mexicans, and others from around the world, to be given US citizenship are the Democrat politicians and their allies the liberal ethnic and immigrant advocacy groups who recognize that most are poor and uneducated people who they believe would be natural Democrat voters, and some cheap labor Republicans who look at all immigration simply as a cheap labor multiplier.

As indicated by poster #1, most poor and uneducated illegal aliens will always remain part of the growing underclass, and human nature dictates that they will, when made eligible, take advantage of the US social welfare safety net in a very large way.

Severely object to the phrase "immigrants, legal and illegal". There is no such thing as an illegal immigrant in our laws, traditions or parlance. These are aliens by legal and in common social usage sense. If these same statistics are applied to legal "immigrants" only, a different picture will emerge.

There is a huge secondary effect as well - when all the new jobs go to (CHEAP) immigrants, the salaries for old jobs don´t have to keep up with inflation, can even be cut to *almost* as cheap as the immigrants.

This has been rampant in hi tech for twenty years now, thanks Bill Gates, thanks Larry Ellison.

#10 I think the article is correct. At the company I work for they have let go almost all the Americans and hired in about 500 "legal" H1Bs. But legal is in quotes because in order to hire an H1B the law says it has to be because you can´t find a qualified American. But for more than 15 years that little requirement has been ignored and blatantly violated with the Government´s unofficial blessing. In fact my company will hire an H1B BEFORE it hires an American. I have referred several American friends to HR with resumes that are perfect for job opening. Yet they never even get a call. And another H1B gets hired. My friends remain long term unemployed in their field. I would guess that my days are numbered. I will probably end up like they had to do and that is go from working as a skilled engineer to working as a sales clerk somewhere. I have known two recent engineering graduates who have only found work as sales clerks at Best Buys. They aren´t counted in the unemployment statistic because they have a job.

Thanx, OP, a good one. Simply (simplistically?) speaking, there are four groups of people in the US: 1) those who work; 2) those who live off those who work; 3) business people who depend on the first group to help them to pay the onerous taxes to help support the second group; and 4) “Drones.” “Drones” is a catch-all group which includes politicians, bureaucrats, and (many) government workers. Drones neither produce nor pay taxes (they merely return a small portion of the taxes which groups (1) and (3) are forced by the IRSS to pay them). Drones in our society are pretty much like drones in a beehive…darn near useless.

So, how does this relate to the article and to the ongoing alien invasion across our southern (non)border? If the majority of the aliens can be induced to work and pay taxes, there are short term gains for groups 1 & 3, and the country. Most likely, however, is that they will see how good group 2 has it, and be seduced by group 4 (the drones) into becoming members of group 2, in which case……….we’re toast.

Don’t you wish that you could afford to have, like the rich guys in groups 3 & 4, a place in the Caymans, Dominican Republic, or wherever, that you could escape to when the SHTF?

Good analysis, #5. The problem for the useless groups is that they quickly become slow and brain dead after long hours of inactivity. That´s why I´m not too concerned about the upcoming SHTF event. I don´t really care how much ammo they have accumulated. It will be more for us well-prepared warrior types to capture when we take them all out. The country needs a good housecleaning and I´m kind of looking forward to it.

Wait until the younger ones take over the summer jobs program. Then again, welfare is more lucrative and they will have time to procreate to increase the checks.

We could go all the way back and blame farmers who not only wanted cheap labor, but voided taxes. Never mind the affluent who wanted housekeepers, nannies and gardeners.

Too late to change that, but We have to speak up about the current state of affairs.

The tens of thousands of Central Americans who have crossed America’s porous borders over the last year came on the assumption that once on U.S. soil they would never have to return to their countries. The instigators of this influx correctly viewed Obama’s de facto support for amnesty as a flashing green light. After all, how seriously were they going to take U.S. immigration law under a president who treated border security as a punch line to a joke? In 2011, Obama loudly mocked conservatives, the very ones who foresaw today’s mushrooming crisis, as malcontents crying wolf about a vulnerable border. “You

Contrary to what those who defend the right to own high-powered assault rifles believe, not all guns are created equal. Due to a combination of availability, portability and criminal usage the following five types of guns are the country's most dangerous. School Shootings: Widely Reported Tragedies Since 2000 - Using firearm trace data from the ATF, as well as FBI homicide records, we determined the types of guns most often recovered from crime scenes and/or used in murders. It had to come sometime, and it came in one very bad week for the Democrats: that the many big problems with Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama finally grew too great for the press to ignore. Obama in his own different way is heading towards Nixon-like levels of weirdness, as, beaten down by the failures regarding his ventures, he appears to have quit his own job. A.B. Stoddard of the Hill says in effect he has stopped being president and chooses to live in a world of his own, shutting out the problems that have become overwhelming, giving dinners where he talks

The headline in the Washington Post on June 4 was clear: Rove-backed American Crossroads won’t get involved in Cochran runoff Said the Post story the day after Tea Party favorite Chris McDaniel had defeated six-term Mississippi GOP Senator Thad Cochran in the first round of the state’s GOP primary: American Crossroads, a GOP establishment organization, has decided to shift its political focus almost entirely to the general election and will not be spending money in the likely runoff election to decide the Mississippi Senate nomination that was virtually deadlocked after Tuesday night. Senate Budget Committee ranking member Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) has warned all of his colleagues in Congress that President Barack Obama’s new immigration strategy—his plans to legalize millions of illegal alien adults through executive power—could destroy America as we know it. “I write to inform you of a development that threatens the foundation of our constitutional Republic,” Sessions, Congress’s top immigration hawk, wrote in a letter that was hand-delivered to all 535 members of Congress on Monday and provided exclusively to Breitbart News. Sessions cites a recent report from the National Journal, in which reporter Major Garrett detailed how, despite the ongoing

Attorney General Eric Holder encouraged Americans not to forget race while working for justice and equality in their country. “As it stands, our society is not yet color blind -- nor should it be -- given the disparities that still afflict and divide us.” Holder explained, “We must be color brave, and we must never forget that all are made better and more prosperous if all are given equal opportunities.” Holder made his remarks during a speech at Howard University on Tuesday for the 50th Anniversary Celebration of the Civil Rights Act. “We must take into account not only the

With Bill on the skids and his wife’s future prospects on the line, it was necessary for the pubic to see the president being punished, said Weekly Standard online editor Daniel Halper in his new book, “Clinton, Inc.: The Audacious Rebuilding of a Political Machine.” “They understood that

John McCain, an immigration hawk. Who knew? Mr. McCain, the highest-profile Republican of the U.S. Senate’s “Gang of Eight” that came up with amnesty as the solution to the immigration crisis — and it truly is a crisis — is finally taking a hard line against President Obama for his encouraging the tidal wave of illegal aliens swamping the southwestern border. “There has to be a halt to this,” Mr. McCain thundered Sunday on CNN. “That’s what we want, and the best way to do that is for planeloads of these young people to be returning to their country of origin
