Unfortunately, there is no Duval County in Mississippi to provide a last minute upset as in the 1948 LBJ- Coke Stevenson Senate race.

McDaniels is making a comeback. Jackson County which looked like a big win for Cochran is now tied. Jones County, McDaniels stronghold has yet to report. 30 minutes ago it looked like a Cochran win, now it´s a toss-up.

This election is all about collusion between Democrats and the Republican establishment.

It will boil down to the extent of Democrat voter fraud in favor of RINO Thad and his federally funded mistress.

Hot Air has an open thread on this and the area that won big for McDaniel doesn´t look big enough for him to pull his off. How upsetting!! One of the tweets pointed out that they are not voting for Cochrun, they are voting "one of Haley Barbour´s nephews, who will be appointed to replace him in a year." I´m not sure that works. How can they do that?

Hinds was a big draw for Cochran. As much as I would like to see McDaniel win, it doesn´t look like he can pull it off. Politico has a map with each county and number of votes and what has not been reported, but looks like it is too slim on the McDaniel side.

With the senility of Cochran, how could anyone in Mississippi feel comfortable voting for him. RINO through and through.

I won´t watch anything Tea Party Patriots Citizens Fund is involved in. I´ve never seen such a money-grubbing outfit in my life. Everything they do is tied to a fundraising pitch. They´ve got millions in the bank and its CEO Ms. Martin pulls down almost half a mil a year herself. The McDaniel yard sign vandalized by a Cochran worker was more an ad for TPPAF than it was for McDaniel. I saw a picture of it. A Chris McDaniel yard sign might be viewed favorably but a McDaniel yard sign that was mainly an ad for this money grubbing group might not inspire potential voters. Most of the runoff campaign by Barbour, Bloomberg, et al on behalf of Cochran, was directed at negatives about the TP. David Brat is very lucky Jenny Beth Martin decided he wasn´t worth supporting with her millions.

"It is really hard for me to believe that Ronnie has been gone for 10 years. But in the case of A Private History of Happiness: Ninety-Nine Moments of Joy from Around the World, don’t run just yet. Not all books with “happiness” in the title are trite, and George Myerson’s book is here to prove it. A Private History of Happiness is a collection of excerpts of personal writings

Then there were the sanctions against Uganda for the country’s anti-gay laws. Then there was the extension of marriage benefits to same-sex couples who live in states that don’t recognize their unions. The Obamas have spent over 44 million dollars in taxpayer money on travel and vacations. Some are even calling him the “most well-trvaeled, expensive” president in our nation’s history. Our president vacations a lot — we’re talking $44,351,777.12 worth of “a lot,” with most expenses charged to the American taxpayer. As of March 2014, Obama has spent more time traveling internationally than any other president, taking 31 trips since assuming office in 2009. The 119 days spent overseas have

Earlier this week, federal officials said that 140 immigrants who had been detained crossing the border in Texas would arrive Friday. But since the blockade by protesters Tuesday at Murrieta, officials have declined to provide information about the movement of the immigrants.

Publicly, Obama has remained noncommittal on the 2016 race, but privately he worries that Clinton would undo and undermine many of his policies. A former Harvard law professor and administration aide, Warren would energize the left wing of the Democrat Party just as Obama did against Clinton in 2008.
