Obama Hosts Presidents
Cup Golfers at White House

Associated Press, by Darlene Superville

President Barack Obama and his most famous golf partner — Tiger Woods — are getting together again, but off the green this time. Woods was expected at a White House ceremony Tuesday honoring the 2013 Presidents Cup team. Woods led a team of American players to a fifth-straight Presidents Cup win last October against a team of international golfers. Besides Woods, Phil Mickelson and team captain Fred Couples are among the American golfers expected at the White House. Ernie Els is among the group of international team members who are attending. Obama and Woods played golf together in Florida last

Comments:
Nothing stops Obama from partying, campaigning or golfing!! He acts like absolutely nothing is going on in the world! I´m sure glad he wasn´t president on 9/11. I dread the day when that happens to us again and will have to suffer through watching Obama act like he cares.

It´s so much fun being President. He gets to be with all these celebrities. So glad that all is well in the world, so that he doesn´t have to worry about anything.

Obama Defiant In Weekly Address:
I´ll Continue To Act On My Own
Breitbart TV, by Pam Key    Original Article
Posted By: KarenJ1- 6/28/2014 9:53:07 PM     Post Reply
Saturday in his weekly address, President Barack Obama continued to threaten lawmakers that he would "act on his own" if they refused to accept his agenda because he claimed republican obstructionism is keeping the system "rigged against the middle class." “This obstruction keeps the system rigged for those at the top, and rigged against the middle class. And as long as they insist on doing it, I’ll keep taking actions on my own – like the actions I’ve taken already to attract new jobs, lift workers’ wages, and help students pay off their loans,” Obama said. “I’ll do my job, and if it makes Republicans in Congress mad that I’m trying to help

Warsaw, Poland — President Barack Obama has taken the U.S. gay rights revolution global, using American embassies across the world to promote a cause that still divides his own country. Sometimes U.S. advice and encouragement is condemned as unacceptable meddling. And sometimes it can seem to backfire, increasing the pressure on those it is meant to help. With gay pride parades taking place in many cities across the world this weekend, the U.S. role will be more visible than ever. Diplomats will take part in parades and some embassies will fly the rainbow flag along with the Stars and Stripes.

pollster John Zogby reports in our weekly White House report card that President Obama is sinking in the polls as the public is giving up on his leadership at home and overseas. "The president´s polling numbers are down again overall and majorities are negative on his ability to handle foreign policy, the economy, and health care. “He has lost public trust in his leadership. His legislative agenda is not even on life support. "An emboldened, but much less popular GOP, is doing all of the wrong things to try to attain public trust: hog the microphone at public hearings and harass witnesses, sue the president for issuing executive orders,

Some Congressional leaders are coming out in support of creating an emergency refugee program that they believe would help deal with a massive surge of child immigrants coming to the U.S. from Central America. Arizona U.S. Sen. John McCain said that establishing refugee application programs in Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador is “key” to help stem the tide, according to Reuters. Since October, 52,000 Unaccompanied Children, or UACs, have been apprehended at the U.S. border. That is up from 6,000 in 2011. Another 39,000 parents with children have been apprehended as well. The surge has strained resources at the border

MINNEAPOLIS — Best-selling author Vince Flynn died just over a year ago, but his terrorist-fighting protagonist Mitch Rapp will live on in new books written by someone else, Flynn’s publisher says. Simon & Schuster and Flynn’s estate have commissioned thriller writer Kyle Mills to complete Flynn’s unfinished novel, “The Survivor,” and to write two more books in the Rapp series. “The Survivor” is tentatively scheduled to hit shelves next year. Similar deals have kept James Bond and other action heroes alive long after their creators. Flynn’s longtime editor, Emily Bestler, told The Associated Press that continuing the Rapp series was

Hillary Clinton has accepted her husband Bill´s philandering ways but told him that ´when we are back in the White House, he´ll have to behave,´ according to a new book by former Newsweek editor Ed Klein. That´s ´when,´ not ´if.´ But Hillary´s apparent certainty about her presidential plans has taken a back seat in reviews of the book, ´Blood Feud,´ to accounts of vicious backbiting between the Clintons and the Obamas. Even tales of exploits of the former ´first cheater´ have garnered little notice. According to Klein, Hillary told friends that Bill is ´having another of his middle-age crises.´ And she doesn´t seem to

You know things are bad when the Clown of the Senate whose whole ID is that he’s leftier than left doesn’t want to be seen with you. Obama visited Minnesota to meet with “ordinary people”. That was his only option since his own party’s radical left-wing senators didn’t want to be seen with him. Obama descended on Minnesota on Thursday where freshman Sen. Al Franken (D-MN) is seeking reelection. Obama won Minnesota by 10 points in 2008 and 8 points in 2012. The Environmental Protection Agency on Friday proposed federal approval of climate-friendly refrigerants used in household air conditioners and refrigerators, as part of President Obama’s quest to counter global warming. The action, part of the agency’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program, is aimed at lowering greenhouse gas emissions. “This proposal is a great example of how businesses and EPA can foster innovation by working together to identify refrigerants that better protect our environment,” EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy said. Under the SNAP program, one facet of the president’s bid to tackle climate change through regulatory action, the agency is trying to identify substitutes for

President Obama faces a wrenching dilemma over immigration that has significant implications for the 2014 midterm election and his legacy. Should he use his executive powers to stop most deportations? He is under heavy pressure from pro-immigrant groups to do so. Democratic strategists say such a move would spur turnout among Latino voters. But such a dramatic gambit could also destroy any chance of legislative compromise with Republicans in 2015. The president must wrestle with a longer-term question, as well. If he takes only limited executive action this year, he then must decide how much ground he is willing to

Only 14% of Republicans, 23% of independents, and 27% of Democrats favor increased immigration. Comparisons between Hillary Clinton and Mitt Romney have been greatly exaggerated, Hillary Clinton says. Clinton practically rolled with laughter when PBS’ Gwen Ifill noted humorlessly that her own husband has been “forced” to defend her recent comments about being “dead broke” after leaving the White House. What was humorous in that remarks is known only to Clinton. “I shouldn’t have said the, I think, five or so words that I said,” the former secretary of state said. “My inartful use of those five words doesn’t change who I am.” Later in the interview, Ifill asked if Clinton had become the Democratic adaptation of

Dear Secretary Clinton, Please consider this in the nature of a friendly intervention. You have a money problem. It’s time to deal with it before it gets worse. Actually, you have two money problems. The first is how you talk about it. The second is how you collect it — or, to be more precise, the fact that you’re still frenetically collecting it. Let me be clear at the outset: The issue isn’t that you’re rich, or even that you and your husband became rich after leaving office. What transpired in the Mississippi Senate run-off is a red line for many conservatives across the country, because the Republican Party establishment essentially took a civil war and escalated it to a war for independence. It’s one thing to oppose your base in a primary. It’s entirely another to despicably play the race card against your base, and bolster the legitimacy of the propaganda of our race-baiting opponents on the Left. But that’s exactly what the Kamikaze pilots running the GOP did. As a result, Chris McDaniel won Republican voters handily on Tuesday, but still lost the run-off statewide thanks
