Email Shows IRS Official Was Pretty
Happy About Obama Publicly Singling
Out Conservative "Secret Donor" Groups

Townhall, by Katie Pavlich

Original Article

Posted By:KarenJ1, 6/23/2014 2:57:19 PM

An email recently released by the House Oversight Committee shows IRS official Sarah Ingram was pretty excited about President Obama publicly speaking out against conservative groups with "secret donors." The email was sent from Ingram to Lois Lerner and others inside the tax agency after a glowing piece was published in the New York Times about the IRS and the trouble it was having with new tax exempt applicants and groups in light of the 2010 Citizen´s United ruling. "The ´secret donor´ theme will continue -- see Obama salvo and today´s Diane Reeham (sp). At least SS started the idea

Comments:
I pray with every ounce of my being that these criminals suffer the punishment they deserve. As noted in the article, the despicable, odious (my words) Sarah Ingram is now in charge of the IRS division responsible for implementing Obamacare.

For any L-dotter who knows more about the legalities of it all than I do:

Scenario: No one will be held accountable (let alone, punished) during the current reign of executive stonewalling and obfuscation but the Republicans win the Senate this year and join their House colleagues in conducting investigations into allegations of IRS misconduct for the next couple of years.

Question: Can a President Cruz then direct Attorney General Giuliani to initiate justice proceedings in 2017?

The answer is yes #1 assuming the Statute of Limitations hasn´t run and that Obama doesn´t issue pardons before he leaves office.

The crimes would be Official Misconduct and possible Conspiracy. There may be others as well.

President Obama has spent most of the week attacking Republicans for being incompetent, unproductive, unreasonable and entirely responsible for the dysfunction that grips the nation´s capital. He started out strong Wednesday with Democratic fundraisers in Colorado, attacking Republicans for being the so-called “party of no,” and then finished with flair in Texas as he attacked the GOP for being unwilling to do its job. “Sometimes I feel like saying to these guys,” Obama said Thursday during an address in Austin, Texas, “I’m the guy doing my job. You must be the other guy.” The quip, which drew laughter from the

The Obama administration is expanding its online data search of Americans to find potential civil unrest -- like the 2010 Tea Party movement -- and squash it before they take root, a prominent financial advisor has warned clients. David John Marotta compared the administration´s efforts to those used by former FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover against his critics and 1960s activists. "Targeting activists isn´t anything new. J. Edgar Hoover made it his life´s work. What has changed is the vigor with which the government has assumed its own activism against certain groups," he said. “If you wonder why the National Security Agency

Reps. Luis Guiterrez (D-Ill.) and Raul Grijalva (D-Ariz.) joined immigration activists Thursday in calling on President Barack Obama to stop deportations and allow illegal aliens to have work permits. It´s the latest effort to compel the president to make sweeping changes to immigration law through executive orders. The Democrats also want Obama´s Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals (DACA) policy to apply to parents of so-called Dreamers and others, putting them on a path to citizenship as spelled out in the immigration bill (S.744) as passed by the Senate in June 2013. The House has not taken up that bill.

We’re facing a humanitarian crisis on our southern border, caused in very large part by the president’s June 2012 order halting the deportation of young illegal immigrants. (The number of children who have surged across the border in the last eight months is ten times what it was in 2012.) And what is the president’s response? “Barack Obama goes after Republicans on immigration,” according to a Politico headline. Despite fiery statements issued by Hamas spokesmen over the past 48 hours, it was obvious Tuesday night that the Islamist movement was searching for ways to rid itself of the current escalation. The massive Israeli air strikes on the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours have surprised Hamas and other Palestinian groups. President Obama’s ultimate weakness may be that he believes his own blarney. A year ago, Mr. Obama boasted in a “fireside” Web chat that his “is the most transparent administration in history.” There was not the slightest hint of irony. He may actually believe it. In a testy letter to the president on Tuesday, the group decried the “slick non-answers” and cold shoulders they’re getting from Mr. Obama’s representatives, who have restricted access to any information they consider embarrassing to the administration. “The stifling of free expression,” the signers
