John Boehner: President Obama’s

Washington Times (D.C), by Cheryl K. Chumley

Speaker John Boehner blasted the White House over a range of issues — from Iraq to the blooming scandals with Veterans Affairs and the Internal Revenue Service — saying the perception of a casual observer might be that the president doesn’t really have a clue. “You look at this presidency, and you can’t help but get the sense that the wheels are coming off,” Mr. Boehner said, The Hill reported. Mr. Boehner also pointed to Mr. Obama’s overseas policy as a particular failure — a view that seems to be shared by most of America, given recent poll numbers finding

That´s one of the things wrong with Boehner, he is mealy mouthed. Why doesn´t he come on strong with strong statements/facts blasting Obama instead is the "wheels are coming off." He sounds like a 5 year old child rather than the head of the House.

They´ve been off, but Americans are the ones who fall.
Obama said last week in two years he´ll be off on some beach drinking from a coconut.
But of course Congress could do it´s job and impeach him dead in his tracks.

He told taxpayers to walk the plank — and now he’s dressing the part. Mayor Bill de Blasio suited up as a pirate for Coney Island’s Mermaid Parade on Saturday — one day after pushing through a massive $75 billion city budget. Clutching a sword and sporting a skull-and-crossbones cap, Buccaneer Bill channeled his inner booty bandit as he marched alongside his family of blue-painted scallywags at the annual parade. His scoundrel-of-the-sea costume dripped with irony, critics charged. “You could call it a pirate theory. It’s finding a way to reach into the pockets of people who have worked hard

WASHINGTON — After getting battered by critics for failing to confront a full-blown crisis at the US border, the White House rolled out a new plan to stem the flood of women and children crossing illegally that included ankle bracelets to monitor the migrants. Other measures announced Friday would add judges, lawyers, and asylum officers to quickly process the human tide that has overwhelmed the immigration service and Border Patrol. Central American nations also would receive nearly $100 million in funding to help combat the problem. “We are surging our enforcement resources,” said Obama’s domestic policy adviser Cecilia Muñoz.

First it was the president, and now Vice President Joe Biden was caught playing with toy guns while trying to convince us he is a champion of gun control. The Washington Post photographed Biden playing with a squirt gun near the US Naval Observatory today with a group of children. The publication posted the photo both on Instagram and Twitter: (Tweet photo) While squirt guns are obviously harmless, the image of Biden wielding these toy weapons may not exactly be a friendly one to gun control activists who are hoping for the Obama administration to pursue an anti-gun agenda. The emails of Lois Lerner and other IRS officials are gone forever. Therefore any more complaints about it are nothing but Republican nitpicking. Case closed. That pretty much sums up the attitude of Politico writer Rachel Bade whose Wednesday article title pretty much sums up what she portrays as the futility of any more investigation into retrieving those missing emails, "Sources: Lois Lerner’s emails likely gone forever." Got that? Or so she seems to hope. However, her writing off the possibility of ever finding those emails elicited a tidal wave of response from Politico readers with over 21,000 comments, many of

They´re young. They like things their way. They don´t like stereotypes and steer clear of conformity. Because young people ages 34 and younger are legions larger than the dominant-until-now-Baby Boom generation, their likes and dislikes command lots of attention. High on their list is gender identity — a concept they´re increasingly resisting. "Gender stereotypes are conformity," says Jamie Gutfreund, chief strategy officer of The Intelligence Group, a consumer insights and strategy group based in Los Angeles whose summer/fall 2013 report about gender paints a vivid portrait of younger generations´ attitudes. WASHINGTON – Black voters in the South could be key to victories for incumbent senators trying to hold onto their seats in Mississippi and Louisiana, political experts say. Much of that impact will depend on whether enough blacks show up at the polls in Mississippi Tuesday or in Louisiana in the fall. Both races are among the most competitive in the country.(Snip) Political experts say it is a balancing act for the incumbents, particularly in the conservative South, to court black voters who could help shore up a win, but be careful not to alienate white voters. "That's always been the delicate game in Southern politics," said Joshua Stockley,

SAN FRANCISCO- President Barack Obama, who established his bona fides as a gay and lesbian rights champion when he endorsed same-sex marriage, has steadily extended his administration´s advocacy to the smallest and least accepted band of the LGBT rainbow: transgender Americans. With little of the fanfare or criticism that marked his evolution into the leader Newsweek nicknamed "the first gay president," Obama became the first chief executive to say "transgender" in a speech, to name transgender political appointees and to prohibit job bias against transgender government workers. HOUSTON, Texas--Thousands of illegal immigrants--most of whom are from Central America--continue to cross the U.S.-Mexico border each day, but there are many who never complete the dangerous journey north because they run out of money. But before and during college, they each worked minimum-wage jobs. And there was a time when they felt the same kind of financial aches and marriage strains that today’s dual-income families know all too well. As a young married couple in Chicago, they were mired in student debt, juggling multiple jobs and two kids, and bickering over who did what housework. “I wouldn’t fold,” remembers the president. “I didn’t separate, and Michelle’s
