Prosecutors accuse Scott Walker
of running ´criminal scheme´

Wisconsin State Journal, by Mary Spicuzza and Matthew DeFour

Prosecutors accuse Gov. Scott Walker of personally overseeing a sweeping "criminal scheme" to illegally coordinate fundraising and campaign activity among conservative groups in a broad effort to help him -- as well as Republican senators -- fend off recalls targeting them in 2011 and 2012, court documents unsealed Thursday show. In the documents, which were unsealed by a federal appeals court judge Thursday morning, prosecutors described what they called a "criminal scheme" to circumvent state campaign finance and election laws.

Comments:
Prosecutors? Local Democrats who can´t stand all the great things Walker has done for Wisconsin!

Alinsky tactics: isolate, ridicule.

The left needs to destroy Walker because he would be a great candidate for national office.

Shades of Tom Delay. And the idiot pubbies leave these laws in place AND don´t use them to so much as inconvenience the treasonous libtards when in power - but libtards never have that reticence. Can you say ´Stuck on Stupid?´, sure, I knew you could. Why donate money to the stupid? They´ll just waste it.

Governor Walker is getting the same treatment that was successful in AK against another great Conservative leader that will go unnamed here as doing that will surely bring out the usual "brimstone & fire" posters.

Nearly impossible for those not involved to figure out.

Does "criminal scheme" equate to "conspiracy" in Wisconsin law?

We do know Democrats have used all means short of waterboarding to pin something on Walker.

We also know political funding laws are too complex, almost arcane. e.g. Dinesh.

Obama and his criminal organization are constantly on the alert for any Republican who may be a threat to them and then they will take them down. They are behaving in the same manner for which the RICO Act (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) was enacted. If we didn´t have an equally corrupt AG charges should be filed. Since all agencies are now direct extensions of Obama and solely political arms of the Democrat party, any one of them could attack, and they do.

Imagine how differently the headlines would read if this had involved Republican prosecutors making legally baseless allegations about a Democrat governor in order to investigate liberal groups.

...just love how the Democrats ´project´...

...as it becomes more evident that their own President is guilty of all that and then some, they need to redirect attention to someone like Walker who could be a strong opponent in ´16...

EMILY´s List announced it began running a commercial in North Carolina´s three largest television markets panning Republican challenger Thom Tillis´ education record as state House speaker. The initial ad buy cost more than $650,000, said group spokeswoman Marcy Stech.

We do have hungry nights that we don´t have enough money to get food and sometimes money is needed," the senior told reporters. "I think, you know, Northwestern has

Republicans dropped a hammer on IRS Commissioner John Koskinen during a testy hearing covering the disappearance of emails tied to the agency´s tea party targeting scandal. The emails, covering the period January 2009 to April 2011, belonged to embattled former official Lois Lerner and could shed light on whether an expansive scheme to single out conservative groups for special scrutiny was guided by members of Congress or administration officials outside the IRS. ´The committee requested all of Lois Lerner’s emails over a year ago,´ said House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. A week after an NBC News poll showed that the American people had lost faith in Obama´s competence and ability to lead, a new CBS News/New York Times poll has even worse news for a president embattled by his own incompetence, arrogance, and failed policies. In just one month, the president´s job approval rating has shifted a full 9 points against him. Though Obama was still upside on approval by 5 points (43-48%) back in May, he now faces a 14 point deficit of 40-54%. In just one month, disapproval of Obama´s foreign policy has skyrocketed a full 10 points

Noted management expert and Internal Revenue Service Commissioner John Koskinen was apparently called out of retirement — like the Ted Williams of evasive, unapologetic bureaucrats — to destroy what is left of his agency’s credibility. At immediate issue is two years of subpoenaed e-mails from former IRS official Lois Lerner to outside agencies, lost in a convenient computer crash. The possible involvement of other agencies is one focus of a congressional investigation into the heightened IRS scrutiny of conservative nonprofit groups before the 2012 election. In recent congressional testimony, Koskinen admitted that the e-mails

‘R-E-S-P-E-C-T,” the song goes. It is easy enough to spell, but for some vocal critics of President Barack Obama, it seems exceedingly hard to do. As the president moves toward the land of the lame ducks, his political enemies are calling for blood. That’s no shocker at this stage of a presidency. In this case, the cuts go deeper. For some, it is not enough to disagree. Some high-status public figures seem determined to demean, denigrate and ridicule the president of the United States. On June 12 the Speaker of the U.S. House stepped to a podium and insulted Obama for his handling of

With a surprisingly wide margin of victory, Congressman James Lankford won the Oklahoma Republican U.S. Senate primary, defeating former Speaker of the State House of Representatives T.W. Shannon by 23 points and avoiding a runoff election. Lankford now becomes the prohibitive favorite to replace outgoing Senator Tom Coburn, who is retiring with two years remaining in his current term. This was a very different race from the one taking place in Mississippi. Despite negative ads run against Lankford by conservative groups, the Oklahoma contest was not an example of an “establishment” Republican or RINO versus a Tea Party candidate. In

Thad Cochran’s political resurrection began with a campaign shakeup and ended with a Hail Mary television ad. Just three weeks ago, in the dead of night on June 3, the Mississippi senator’s staff sat shaken and dejected, crestfallen at the results of a primary that deprived the six-term incumbent of an electoral majority. With Cochran forced into a runoff fight against an aggressive and energetic challenger, a dark mood shadowed his backers in Washington and Mississippi.Yet almost immediately, the Cochran coalition began bouncing back. Even on that gloomy night of June 3, Cochran adviser Stuart Stevens was insisting to staffers: “We’re
