White House: No emails
between White House, Lerner

Associated Press, by Staff

WASHINGTON — The White House said Wednesday it has found no emails between any person in the executive office of the president and a top Internal Revenue Service official who has been connected to the improper scrutiny of political groups. White House spokesman Jay Carney said the White House searched for all communications between the former IRS official, Lois Lerner, and executive office personnel. "We found zero emails," he said. He said the search discovered three emails in which a third party emailed both Lerner and executive office staff. He said one was spam and two others were from a person seeking

Big deal, a quick search confirmed my recollection that top IRS officials are on record as having visited the WH HUNDREDS of times regarding this issue.
That was reported a year ago folks, stop dragging your damn feet and let´s get going on this thing!

Now we are supposed to believe them when they say they did a search for emails? It would be funny, if not so sad, that they are so oblivious to their own lies. Who did the search? Must have been the blind gardener! Where has my country gone that this is the best we can do.

This isn´t a surprise. Lerner´s e-mails would go up the chain of command. Her superiors would be the ones in contact with the WH. We already know an unprecedented number of WH visits occurred. She was not the person who would have been the liaison with ValJar and the Oval Office. This is being put out as a diversion. Ignore it.

"We found zero emails,"
doesn´t mean they actually looked very hard, or even in the right places, merely means they didn´t find any....a non-answer answer that would make the clintons proud ("depends on the meaning of the word "found"")

Well they did´t find any because they destroyed them all before the declared search. Well one thing about corrupt Democrats is that they never have a deep throat so nothing will ever be found. We all know obama and his White House minions were deeply involved in the IRS scandal but just can´t prove it but there is a lot of circumstantial evidence.

Among the many aspects which are hard to believe, it´s hard to believe that none of the incriminating (how dare me presume) emails were ever forwarded or cc´d beyond the sender and recipient. The evidence has to be out there, subpoena every last PC and server connected to the IRS.

It is not necessary to email when you meet face to face. After over a hundred meetings at the White House, I expect the understanding of what needed to be done was clearly communicated and there is no paper/electronic trail to worry about.

I don´t doubt for a minute that there were plenty of emails back and forth between Lerner and the White House. And further, I believe the WH/Obama/Holder will do anything (or probably already have) to keep these from being made public. Whatever they had to do to destroy all evidence was done some time ago - and we´ll never see them. Even if we never see them, this tells us all we need to know about Obama´s role in the IRS scandal.

It´s fairly obvious the WH is running out the clock. They are all guilty as sin but know Holder´s non-Justice Dept. will never appoint a special prosecutor. Never going to happen. Republicans can scream all they want. Issa committee can issue subpoenas left and right to the WH and Barry will claim Executive Privilege. Tick, tick, tick. Infuriating, but true.

Two things:

1. The IRS "disallows" any deduction they suspect we taxpayers cannot prove. They consider us guilty until proven innocent. They prosecute us under criminal law. We must hold them to the same standard they require of us. We simply disallow her "oops" and prosecute her, requiring her standard for acquital. Prove it!

2. Listened to a lady who works for the company who developed IRS backup software. She contends there are dozens of backups in a variety of places going back...forever (at least long enough to get several viable copies.)

In the absence of proof that there are no emails (the drives were destroyed) the law says that we must assume they are incriminating, and are the same as evidence of guilt.

Sure, this they will report on!!This is the only time the msm will report on this. Nothing to see here, the White House says so. Forget about the lost emails and the destruction of the hard drive, not worth reporting. The left hates Fox News because they don´t monitor what its viewers are allowed to see. So if Fox reports the real news, then just discredit it and keep the minions in the dark. None of the MSM reported on this email crime, it is harmful to the president so must not be allowed to circulate - then call everyone who talks about it extreme and ginning up fake scandals. America is doomed.

I´m not so sure that there were/are very many e-mails to the WH. That would be increminating evidence. That is why there were so many visits of IRS officials to the WH. That way, they could have a conference with only the necessary people and unless someone stupidly recorded the conversations, there is no evidence as to what was discussed. And provide cover.

They didn´t really need email. Sarah Ingram, the administrator of the IRS division that targeted conservative and constitutional groups, made 165 visits to the White House since 2011. She was then given a $100,000 bonus and promoted to run the enforcement of ObamaCare. She must have performed the job well that she was given. Former IRS Director Douglas Shulman apparently made 157 visits to the White House between 2010 and 2012. We can assume they were there to get their marching orders, to target conservatives. This is conspiracy to break the law, and Hussein should not just be impeached. He should be prosecuted.

As incompetent as Obama has proven himself to be, he knows well enough how to minimize the evidence against him. He has trusted staff call to arrange private meetings, and he may even use non-verbal cues in meetings to indicate agreement or disagreement. At the end of the day, he bears the responsibility for all of the crimes because he set the tone clearly on numerous occasions.

The surge of illegal aliens–and in particular unaccompanied minors from Central America–across the border in Texas has started a debate in which more than immigration reform seems to be stake. While most conservatives are decrying the situation as the result of President Obama’s mistakes, some liberals are focusing on what they believe is the lack of compassion for the children that is being forgotten amid the politics. But as the plight of these desperate kids becomes publicized, Americans are being asked to make a choice between their charitable instincts and the rule of law. That’s the conceit of a good deal

A Fox News exclusive reported this morning by Jana Winter inexplicably buried the lede. Winter reports that several dead children have been discovered “washed up along the riverbank” of the Rio Grande, but fails to note that there have been no reports by the Obama administration on this. This indicates a pattern of covering up dead illegal alien kids by the Obama administration. It was two weeks before news was reported on the sole child death acknowledged by the Obama administration, Gilberto Ramos, a 15 year-old boy from Guatemala whose body was found in the Texas brush dead from the

The U.S. deported Honduran children as young as 1-1/2 years old on Monday in the first flight since President Obama pledged to speed up the process of sending back illegal immigrant minors from Central America. Fleeing violence and poverty, record numbers of children from Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala have crossed into the United States over the past year, sparking intense debate about how to solve the problem. Monday´s flight from New Mexico to San Pedro Sula, the city with the highest murder rate in the world, returned 17 Honduran women, as well as 12 girls and nine boys, aged

Contrary to what those who defend the right to own high-powered assault rifles believe, not all guns are created equal. Due to a combination of availability, portability and criminal usage the following five types of guns are the country's most dangerous. School Shootings: Widely Reported Tragedies Since 2000 - Using firearm trace data from the ATF, as well as FBI homicide records, we determined the types of guns most often recovered from crime scenes and/or used in murders. The numbers are stark: According to the FBI's 2012 Crime in the US data, nearly 70 percent of homicides for which the FBI received weapons data involved the use

Senate Budget Committee ranking member Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) has warned all of his colleagues in Congress that President Barack Obama’s new immigration strategy—his plans to legalize millions of illegal alien adults through executive power—could destroy America as we know it. “I write to inform you of a development that threatens the foundation of our constitutional Republic,” Sessions, Congress’s top immigration hawk, wrote in a letter that was hand-delivered to all 535 members of Congress on Monday and provided exclusively to Breitbart News. Sessions cites a recent report from the National Journal, in which reporter Major Garrett detailed how, despite the ongoing

In remarks framed as a message to the American public, actor Jon Voight emotionally aired his political grievances for several minutes in a televised statement on Saturday. Those grievances range from (but are not limited to) Benghazi, the IRS scandal, the "targeting" of conservative filmmaker Dinesh D´Souza, illegal immigration, the Hobby Lobby Supreme Court case, the treatment of war veterans, the chaos in Iraq and deep reservations about President Obama. "Five years ago, I stated that Obama would take the country apart piece-by-piece, that he would cause a civil war in this country," Voight read on Saturday in a statement on

Inquiring minds wonder if there’s a “G” in the grading repertoire. And that does not stand for “good.” Pollster John Zogby has given President Obama an “F” this week for the White House performance on the global stage, and the researcher has no imminent good news for the president. “Some people have really bad weeks. Brazil’s President Dilma Rousseff got an ‘F’ after the nation’s soccer team lost to Germany. But President Obama’s week was just as bad,” Mr. Zogby says. “Israel and the Palestinians are at war again. The president should have visited the U.S.-Mexican border, where so many immigrant children are in danger and so many

On July 16, comic character Archie Andrews, of Life With Archie, will die after being shot while protecting gay friend Kevin Keller. Keller is "Archie Comics´ first openly gay character." According to the Associated Press, Keller is "a married military veteran and newly elected senator who´s pushing for more gun control in Riverdale after his husband was involved in a shooting." Archie Comics´ publisher and co-CEO Jon Goldwater said the way in which Archie will die was carefully chosen. While he could have been killed saving "Betty" or saving "Veronica," doing so for Keller was something "that would really resonate

“Trust” is for Con Men: The reaction to the border chaos in Texas has accomplished one thing: It has exploded the lie at the heart of current “comprehensive” immigration reform plans. The basic structure of those plans is a swap of a) near-immediate legalization for b) increased border security in the future. The appealing idea is to let current illegals stay while taking the steps necessary to prevent further waves. The lie is the assumption that, once current illegals get their legalization, pro-immigrant activists in both parties will continue to support the second half of the bargain, the increased security. President Obama is known for being competitive on the basketball court, but he´s also apparently a cutthroat pool player. Gov. John Hickenlooper, D-Colo., told reporters at the National Governors Association meeting on Sunday that the president surprised him by beat him in two consecutive games. To add insult to injury, the two were playing at the Wynkoop Brewing Company, a bar that Hickenlooper co-founded. "You know I´ll tell ya -- the man is a shark," Hickenlooper told reporters, Time reports. "I was up a few balls. I felt pretty good. I was actually wondering whether how hard should I --

Where is the red line of impeachment? In theory, a red line might be located somewhere on a list of impeachable offenses – perhaps at the point where a certain number of transgressions is exceeded, or next to a specific instance because of its significance or impact. In reality, though, that red line exists along a spectrum of “political will.” As Andrew McCarthy explained: “You can have a thousand provable impeachable offenses, but before Congress may remove the president from power, there must be strong popular support – a public will that cuts across partisan and ideological lines.”
