Dana Milbank´s Heritage disaster
Politico, by Dylan Byers

Original Article

Washington Post columnist Dana Milbank set off a flurry of outraged tweets on Monday night after posting a highly critical recap of a panel event at The Heritage Foundation that, he says, "deteriorated into the ugly taunting of a woman in the room who wore an Islamic head covering." Video of that panel has since surfaced and -- in my view -- Milbank grossly misrepresented the nature of that exchange. The woman in question, Saba Ahmed, an American University law student, does not seem to have been "taunted." Both panelists who responded to her accepted the premise of her question entirely. One

Even Politico thinks Mr. Milbank is a fraud reporting only what he wants to see to fit his liberal world view.

To liberals like Milbank, the truth is irrelevant, as long as the underlying phony narrative fits your agenda. The narrative here is that the Heritage Foundation is made up of haters... racists, sexists, homophobes, and of course Islamophobes. So that is what he wrote. The fact that he is still employed tells you about the state of the print media today.

I will always remember the night Dana Milbank showed up on some talking head show during the Bush administration, the night after Dick Cheney accidentally shot the lawyer from Austin with buckshot.

Dana dressed up like Floyd R. Turbo (remember the bit that Johnny Carson used to do as Floyd Turbo doing a TV-editorial response).

Only differences were (1) Carson´s sketch was supposed to be funny and (2) the only funny thing about Milbank was that he looked like a dork.

Media bias is so bad that the viewer can no longer blindly accept what is being reported. The media lies on a regular basis. Dana Milbank is an excellent example of media bias. The only questions I have is are they true believers or have they been bought off.

"Phobic" is a suffix with the same nasty impact as ´Denier´.

But it is those who fear the brutal be-headings of the Islamists who label others as Islamophobes.

Fear of the notion of homosexuality and it´s cultural impact should not be conflated with the totally rational ´fear´ of those who will kill you if you oppose them.

The true "Islamophobes" are those who dare not speak against Islam for fear of their lives.

Do, let us get this straight.

It is unfortunate that real people in the real world have to contend with the bias of the left and the PC crude that is corrupting the thinking of millions. This PC crude has been a long time coming. I´ve been out of college for almost 50 years but I remember sitting in a class the name of which I can´t remember, listening to some professor telling us a whole slew of PC balderdash. What all these moonbeams need to understand and to study is the history of the "Mohammedan" religion (more a fascist political system, wrapped in religion) and how they conquered most of the middle east. As they conquered they gave the captured populations three choices, convert, pay taxes, or die. There is no turning the cheek with these people, their plan is to conquer or kill. The demographic math is frightening, there is 1.6 billion of these monkeys, even a small percentage of them being jihadist is way too dangerous. Further since their minds are firmly in the 12th century they really don´t care about anything but killing.

How shocking! A liberal columnist that has massively distorted the facts of a meeting, in order to smear conservatives. Who could have imagined such a thing happening?

Well, anyone that ever read Milbank and can think, knows that he is full of bull hockey. Add in the normal tendency of liberals to lie (few people would support liberalism if the truth were not always carefully obscured) and this is not surprising, but wonderful proof of the worthlessness of this slimeball. By inference, we should be able to judge the validity and value of his points of view.

WASHINGTON — Speaker John Boehner is donating more than $1 million to the House Republican campaign fund this week, a total that suggests he is consolidating power in the House, not planning for retirement. On Tuesday, the Ohio Republican will announce at a closed-door meeting that he is transferring $1.5 million from his campaign war chests to the party´s House campaign committee, bringing his total contribution to $17 million so far for the 2014 elections, more than any of his House colleagues. All told, Boehner has helped raise $88 million for Republicans for the 2014 campaign. The tally includes contributions from his

In the long term it promises disaster. The key to any democratic republic is legitimacy. If the system allows a full and fair airing of different views before a decision is made, groups that lose the debate will accept the decision. Several new polls are out today suggesting that challenger Chris McDaniel has closed the gap with incumbent Mississippi Senator Thad Cochran in the Republican primary there. One poll reported by Politico and conducted by Chism strategies has found that McDaniel has gained a six-point lead over Cochran of 50 to 44 percent. A second poll conducted by Tea Party Express finds a dead heat, with Cochran at 44.5 percent and challenger McDaniel at 44 percent, with 11.5 percent undecided. The possible involvement of other agencies is one focus of a congressional investigation into the heightened IRS scrutiny of conservative nonprofit groups before the 2012 election. There are times that I have senior moments and forget certain names and events but after the recent Obama Iraq war implosion, I´m convinced most political pundits are suffering from them as well. What is unusual is that this revision of history is being committed by conservatives who should know better. Recent commentary by Glenn Beck, George Will and Charles Krauthammer indicate that they have significant memory lapses about why we went to war in Iraq. They now suggest that it was a wrong decision whereas my complaint is that we took too long to invade and oust Saddam Hussein.
