Former IRS Information Tech
Worker Doubts Agency’s Claim
to have ‘Lost’ Lerner’s Emails

PJ Media, by Bryan Preston

Hardly anyone accepts the IRS’ claim to have lost two years of Lois Lerner’s emails. Those most familiar with government record retention requirements, and the technology used, probably are the most skeptical. The supposedly lost emails cover January 2009 to April 2011, the period when Lerner is suspected of targeting conservative groups with heightened and invasive scrutiny. Those emails also pertain to communications Lerner may have had with agencies other than the Internal Revenue Service. That’s key, because many suspect that the Obama White House knew about, and may have coordinated, the targeting.

There is now a mile-long line of little smidgens stretching from the IRS to the front door of the White House.

All it would take now is one Deep Throat and a couple actual investigative reporters (from Breitbart or Fox News?) to blow the lid off this obvious cover-up of impeachable wrongdoing in the highest of places.

This is a complete lie and not even possible. Networked email systems do not store data on hard drives. It would be nice if a few more actual Americans would step up and tell the truth.

It´s just a delay tactic that will buy obama and the Democrats another two years of House committee hearings trying to determine the who, what and why. The IRS is a corrupt Federal agency run by Lois Lerner clones so nothing will be found out quickly if ever. As it was stated yesterday day the "not a smidgen of corruption" was a dog whistle to the IRS to destroy everything which they did. The IRS should be eliminated it is so corrupt but we all know that will never happen.

Of course the emails aren´t lost. Several IT professionals called Mark Levin´s show last Friday. You can listen to the calls by clicking on the link for June 13, beginning at the 37-minute mark:

One caller stated that she works for the company that created the software that the IRS is using; that software does an automatic spillover. It´s a security system that backs up these systems "every single night"; these backups are stored "for years". But here´s the kicker: This caller said they have never gotten any calls or emails saying these systems have failed. And she further pointed out that if any of their systems failed, whether for state/federal government or private business, they would never get the projects. This is all regulated. You must have spillover systems, because the IRS is federally funded, and by law there are certain security measures that have to be implemented.

A couple of the callers said that, although there might be occasional "hiccups" in the systems, the type of "loss" alleged by the IRS indicates a crime has been committed. You can´t lose email like this without intention.

These emails to the WH, DOJ and FEC are probably lost because they have been systematically deleted. That happened a long time ago, and it´s taken 13 months to make sure that they have been deleted from other backup sources.

That memo from Lois Lerner to IT on 19 July 2011 is an indication of when this conspiracy started. It´s ludicrous that a busy person like Lois took time to write IT about their lovely meeting and lamenting about her data being lost.

Unlike Nixon´s White House tapes, the email deletion requires a conspiracy of felons including not only Lerner, but each individual recipient of her emails and/or sender of emails to her, the person(s) in charge of the server and very likely officials of the IRS, DOJ, FBI and NSA should they also play along with the "computer ate my email" conspiracy.

Every liberal activist to whom the IRS data was passed to is also a felon for willfully receipt of stolen property.

Just because the administration treats legislators as knaves and amateurs, is not justification for them to act in a way as to confirm it. Even the military has forsaken their oath to defend and protect the Constitution. Stopping the tyrants and their enablers will be up to the masses.
An Egyptian scholar noted that what happened there was a Popular Impeachment. Do we have the will to camp out in Washington? The clock is ticking.

The IRS is giving the people a strong FU. The only way to stop this lawlessness is for Congress to start defunding some of these agencies, cut their budgets drastically, lay off a few million government workers. The government workers are now in a mode of protecting themselves and the heck with the country. Look at the VA and all the other agencies that are not looking out for the country.

Meanwhile the emails of all the citizens for this period are safe in the NSA data bank in Utah. We need to have another special prosecutor with all the power of Congress behind them and then shift to abolition of the IRS and the marxist progressive income tax. If the lawless government cannot be held accountable then by definition it is unconstitutional.

I guarantee that if you offer a $1 million reward for the person that contacts the head of the Congressional committee staff in charge of this with the way to access these e-mails, you would have access within a few days.
Especially if you offered full immunity to the IT techs that turn in the political hacks that are lying about this.

IF they actually erased them (doubtful) it would leave tracks all over the place and a REAL investigation by a few knowledgable types with broad IT access power would let you know exactly who ordered it relatively quickly.

This is not even remotely like the 18 min tape gap - simple system, single tape, access by several people, and just erase it. The e-mail backups is a huge system and not simple to erase without proper authority.

Thee must be dozens of intimidated workers, agents in there, obsessing 24/7 on when, and whether or not, to go
public and expose corruption of the IRS to the world !

The good thing about crisis, in this case, the oncoming total collapse of the lying president, is that he has driven the credibility of all government to new lows, part of his destructive plan. But that now we can expect honest, sacred, daring, intimidated government workers to begin to emerge into the public whistleblowing eye. And, finally, to almost know now, that they will not be murdered. That was ALWAYS the problem.
But whistleblowing has reached, is continuing to reach, an improved state of the art. Soon, there will be funds, that will begin to offer safe house protection for the next string of whistleblowers, and the big most dangerous houses will be EPA, IRS, more NSA, education, all the armed, gun ready battalions, like the Bureau of Land ARMED Management.
It will be a a growing, avalanche of truth to change our wonderful country back to reality again.

One continuous service that would help this whistleblowing process along at a fast rate of speed, will be a financial investigative resource that exploits and reveals the wealth of all our elected and bureaucratic so- called leaders

Imagine how exciting it will be on all New Media, to present the net worth, salary and perks of EVERYBODY, as they appear, or are reported, to the public!

A virtual circus, an exciting element to add to any coverage! Whistleblowing is doing the job of a slothful, greedy, walking dead Congress.

There is one immutable fact about these e-mails. Once generated, they NEVER go away or get completely destroyed. As an electronic tech for more than 50yrs. I can tell you that the ONLY way to have destroyed them in such a manner that they would never return is to have EVERY storage medium they could possibly be on and then burn them in a very hot fire. And the chances of anyone get all of the copies that exist is slim and none. And Slim left town several weeks ago.

And although the White House also reported that the deficit this year is the lowest of the Obama administration, there is little reason for celebration. Millennial politics is simple, really. Young people support big government, unless it costs any more money. They´re for smaller government, unless budget cuts scratch a program they´ve heard of. They´d like Washington to fix everything, just so long as it doesn´t run anything. That´s all from a new Reason Foundation poll surveying 2,000 young adults between the ages of 18 and 29. Millennials´ political views are, at best, in a stage of constant metamorphosis and, at worst, "totally incoherent," as Dylan Matthews puts it. It´s not just the Reason Foundation. With Bill on the skids and his wife’s future prospects on the line, it was necessary for the pubic to see the president being punished, said Weekly Standard online editor Daniel Halper in his new book, “Clinton, Inc.: The Audacious Rebuilding of a Political Machine.” “They understood that
