Very convenient to have a commencement address in CA so he could holiday there. With all the crises though, he should have stayed in DC and stayed on top of things. Shows how seriously he takes these threats.

Wish I´d had breakfast before I read this drek! So glad the traveling press had a wonderful meal at a donor´s home with great views! And yet, we wonder why they give the obamanator-in-chief a pass on everything. Anyone think the "msm" cares about Guns to Mexico, Benhazi, the IRS, the VA, a Marine held in prison in Mexico, IRAQ OR the thousands of gang-banging"children" being infiltrated into our country?? Nawww. They´re having too much fun! Sickening.

Our President doesn´t seem to care about his carbon footprint. He probably spent more in gas and jet fuel on this weekend jaunt than most of us spent in the last 10 years. Of course he charged it all to us since he called Susan Rice on his cell while playing golf. Why is Malia in CA? She didn´t go with them on AirForce One.

Mooch is not attending any of these events with him. She is probably having a spa tuneup. She needs it.

Malia may have arrived at the house by car, but a very large plane would have brought her to the desert from Washington, DC.

Much of this is so carefully worded - utter propaganda - that the WH´s fingerprints show.

Why the hell is Eric Holder still around? That’s a question many of Barack Obama’s political advisers have asked at various points throughout Holder’s tumultuous five years at the helm of the Justice Department. For most of Obama’s presidency, in fact, if there’s been controversy, Holder was likely to be in the middle of it, from the failed efforts to close Guantánamo Bay and to prosecute alleged Sept. 11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed in a Manhattan court to his inability to send Wall Street executives involved in the mortgage meltdown to jail. His detractors in the West Wing of the

NOGALES, Ariz.— The U.S. government is preparing to open a new facility in rural New Mexico to hold hundreds of unaccompanied children arriving from Central America as state officials call on federal authorities to do more to stop the migration. "Dang it, the federal government has got a job to do," Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer said Wednesday in Nogales, where she toured a southern Arizona facility housing nearly 1,000 children apprehended at the U.S.-Mexico border. The surge of border crossings has strained the limits of existing resources, prompting the Republican governor to renew her criticism of the Obama administration´s immigration

DENVER— A federal appeals court ruled for the first time Wednesday that gay couples have a constitutional right to marry, extending the movement’s legal winning streak and bringing the issue a big step closer to the U.S. Supreme Court. The three-judge panel in Denver ruled 2-1 that states cannot deprive people of the fundamental right to marry simply because they choose a partner of the same sex. The court dismissed as ‘‘wholly illogical’’ the notion that allowing gays to wed could somehow undermine traditional marriage. The decision by the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel upheld a lower-court ruling

This may explain the fawning "thank yous" Koskinen received for his public service from many Democrats last night on the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. When Hillary Rodham Clinton stepped in front of a podium this week to announce an initiative to train and hire unemployed young Americans, the background was plastered with familiar corporate logos, including JPMorgan Chase, Microsoft and Courtyard Marriott. These are household names to many Americans, but to former President Bill Clinton and Mrs. Clinton, they are known as big-ticket entries in their personal checkbooks. Long before getting behind Mrs. Clinton’s latest public service effort, all three companies enriched Mr. Clinton with six-figure speaking fees that turned the 1990s Arkansas middle-class family into

Shrinkage: Economists are writing off the sharp 2.9% drop in first-quarter GDP as a temporary contraction. Maybe. What isn´t temporary is President Obama´s massively subpar growth record over the past five years. When the Commerce Department said two months ago the economy had eked out a 0.1% gain in the first quarter, the White House and various economists said growth would have been higher if not for the bitter winter. When Commerce revised that number down to -1% in May, the same crowd again blamed Jack Frost. Now that it turns out the economy contracted 2.9% in the first three

Thad Cochran’s political resurrection began with a campaign shakeup and ended with a Hail Mary television ad. Just three weeks ago, in the dead of night on June 3, the Mississippi senator’s staff sat shaken and dejected, crestfallen at the results of a primary that deprived the six-term incumbent of an electoral majority. With Cochran forced into a runoff fight against an aggressive and energetic challenger, a dark mood shadowed his backers in Washington and Mississippi.Yet almost immediately, the Cochran coalition began bouncing back. National conservative groups are angry after incumbent Mississippi Sen. Thad Cochran pulled off a victory in the state’s GOP run-off — likely because of his campaign’s outreach to Democratic voters. “It’s disgraceful that self-described GOP leaders like Mitch McConnell, John McCain, the Chamber of Commerce and the NRSC would champion a campaign platform of pork barrel spending and insider deal-making, while recruiting Democrats to show up at the polls,” Matt Kibbe of FreedomWorks said after the results came in. Tuesday’s closely-watched run-off came after conservative state Sen. Chris McDaniel edged Cochran in votes in the initial election earlier this month.
