Hillary: ´We Came Out Of

Breitbart´s Big Government, by John Nolte

In an ABC News interview, anchor Diane Sawyer asked potential 2016 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton about the $100 million plus she and former President Bill Clinton have made over the years. The former-Secretary of State claimed that when she and the President left the White House in January of 2001 that they were "dead broke." "Dead broke," according to Mrs. Clinton means that they were "not only dead broke, but in debt. We had no money when we got there[.]" According to reports on their tax returns, Mr. and Mrs. Clinton earned a combined income of $358,000 in 2000. That jumped to $16 million 2001, the year they left the

I dare say almost all of us could live very comfortably on $400,000/ yr. Nobody twisted their arm to buy the house in NY which I´m sure we pay for since we pay rent for the secret service housing on the property. If they had bought something in AR, they could have gotten twice the house for half the money. Maybe they should try to live within their means like the rest of us!

It´s long past time for every American to contribute at least $1,000 per family member to "Save the Hill Billies Fund". Your contributions will allow Hillary to remove the dilapidated sofa and old ice box from the front porch of their $7.5 million mansion in Chappaqua. And, your gift will finally give Bill enough cash to have his 1965 Ford towed off of the lawn of their $11 million sumptuous estate in Georgetown.

We know that $1,000 is a lot of money, but the Hill Billies neighbors have grown tired of looking at the stuff. So, please give all that you can and then some

State governors from both parties have reacted cooly to efforts by the Obama administration to gain their support for placing thousands of unaccompanied Central American children with friends or family members. Health and Human Services Secretary Sylvia Matthews Burwell met privately with dozens of governors Sunday at the National Governors Association summer meeting in Nashville. According to those who attended the meeting, the governors expressed particular concerns about the costs to states, including that of providing public education for the children. Not even a week after it was offered, President Obama’s $3.7 billion plan to deal with the growing crisis along the U.S.-Mexico border appears all but dead, with Republican lawmakers Sunday decrying the administration’s “blank check” proposal and instead calling for a more targeted response centered on greater border security. Even Texas Gov. Rick Perry, personally recruited by the president to persuade Republicans to support the measure, threw cold water on the idea. He said the president doesn’t need that much money and instead should send National Guard troops to secure the border. The apparent defeat caps a whirlwind several days

Amid ongoing controversy over its scrutiny of non-profits, the Internal Revenue Service has decided it will no longer screen approximately 80% of the organizations seeking tax-exempt charitable status each year, a change that will ease the creation of small charities while doing away with a review intended to counter fraud and prevent political and other non-charitable groups from misusing the tax code. Officials said there is no "suitable place" in the juvenile psychiatric center and placed her in the Juvenile Training School in Middletown, Connecticut´s only secure facility for delinquent boys. She is in a single room separated from the boys. The Department of Children and Families said Sunday that the girl assaulted another youth and a staffer and destroyed property the previous night.
