James Delingpole Touts Breitbart

On Dennis Miller’s radio show on Friday, Breitbart London editor James Delingpole plugged his operation and the success it has seen, which he attributed to filling a void that caters to a right-of-center audience. “I think the reason that we are doing so well is that there are so few media outlets which are genuinely speaking up for the kind of libertarian right,” Delingpole said. “Everyone is moving to the squishy center or even further left. Everyone wants to be HuffPo, Slate or Salon. And no one wants to speak to the probably 50 percent of the population who don’t

Fifteen seconds. That’s roughly about the time it takes to tie your shoelaces or send a text message. Fifteen seconds is also the amount of time I had this morning to put on my clothes, get my fiancé and help our next-door neighbour (an elderly Holocaust survivor) to a bomb shelter, after Palestinian Hamas terrorists fired a rocket at Tel Aviv. As I write this, my country Israel is under a barrage of rocket fire from Palestinian terrorists in Gaza. Hundreds of rockets have been fired into the heart of Israel in the past few days now, including now also

This is the shocking moment ISIS militants took sledgehammers to Iraqi tombs - smashing them to pieces. The rebels, who are members of the Islamic State terror group, were filmed attacking centuries-old graves in the north-west city of Mosul in Ninevah province. Donning balaclavas and black coats, they swung sledgehammers into the tombs, causing pieces of dust and stone to fly through the air. One of the devastated tombstones belonged to the Prophet Jonah (Younis in Arabic) and was revered by Muslims and Christians alike, according to Iraqi authorities. The Israeli army has launched its biggest offensive in nearly two years on the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip, killing more than 20 Palestinians in airstrikes on 160 sites. Army spokesman Lt. Col. Peter Lerner says warplanes early Wednesday attacked sites including Hamas command centers and rocket launchers. The offensive has set off the heaviest fighting between Israel and the Islamic militant group Hamas since an eight-day battle in November 2012. Militants unleashed rocket salvos deep into Israeli territory, and Israel mobilized thousands of forces along the Gaza border for a possible ground invasion into the Palestinian territory. The White House on Tuesday formally requested $3.7 billion in emergency funding from Congress to deal with an influx of Central American minors along the southern border. But the proposal was quickly met with broad skepticism among Republican lawmakers, who were doubtful that the package would be approved quickly — if at all. Administration officials said the request is part of a comprehensive strategy aimed at building more detention centers, adding immigration judges, and beefing up border patrols and air surveillance. President Obama has said he hopes such steps will both speed deportations and discourage adults from sending children on

Enough is enough of the years of abuse from this president. His unsecured border crisis is the last straw that makes the battered wife say, “no mas.” Without borders, there is no nation. Obama knows this. Opening our borders to a flood of illegal immigrants is deliberate. This is his fundamental transformation of America. It’s the only promise he has kept. Discrediting the price paid for America’s exceptionalism over our history, he’s given false hope and taxpayer’s change to millions of foreign nationals who want to sneak into our country illegally. WASHINGTON — Congressional Democrats said Tuesday that they had developed legislation to override the Supreme Court decision on contraceptives. The bill would ensure that women have access to coverage for birth control even if they work for businesses that have religious objections. The bill, developed in consultation with the Obama administration, would require for-profit corporations like Hobby Lobby Stores to provide and pay for contraceptive coverage, along with other preventive services, under the Affordable Care Act. The measure could be on the Senate floor as early as next week, Senate Democrats said. “Your health care decisions are not your boss’s

President Obama evidently has decided not to put a human face on the crisis unfolding at the U.S. southern border—not even his own. The White House said over and over again Monday that Obama will not travel to the border with Mexico despite flying to Texas this week to raise money for Democratic candidates there. It´s certainly in part a political decision, one meant to avoid taking ownership of a difficult issue on which the White House would prefer to share blame.
