‘Heck of a job,’ Shinseki?
Politico, by Carrie Budoff Brown

President Barack Obama nearly committed his own “heck of a job, Brownie” moment Wednesday. As outrage mounts over alleged misconduct at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Obama appeared on the verge of sounding perilously out of touch when he began offering a strong defense of Secretary Eric Shinseki during his first extended remarks on the scandal. “So, you know, if you ask me, you know, how do I think Ric Shinseki has performed overall?” Obama said, choosing his words carefully. “I would say that on homelessness, on the 9/11 GI Bill, on working with us to reduce the backlog across

The VA reduced the backlog by moving the claims to a new list.

Obama will never criticize an appointee because it´s an admission he made a mistake.

He´s a small, pathetic little man.

He´s gonna throw Shinseki under the bus all right, but he´s just waiting for the opportune moment---probably during the upcoming Benghazi circus. And the PIAPS will be the one who demands Shinseki be fired.

Please #4, "Bootlicky-Shinseki" (as he was called back in the 90´s) was a ladder climbing, ticket-puncher his whole Army career. No one respected him, and he was openly ridiculed for the whole "Lets all wear black berets!" nonsense.

There are very few Generals left I would address as General, and this clown ain´t one of them.

Just when you think we might get the true facts on one of the many scandal, here we go on another one. Of course, half of the countries population aren´t familiar with most of the, so called, fake scandals, as they primarily watch msm for their news. Thus, if they have heard about a scandal, they believe that it is a figment of the conservative mind and it is partisan, racist politics.

The msm should have a special location in "hell."

O´Reilly had his first good yearly idea last night.
Give all wounded vets a pass to go to any doctor, any time, anywhere !

Doing that, we can eliminate the entire VA bureaucracy!

Think about it. We give all Catholic alien invaders an open door to free medicine, but we torture and kill our own vet citizens who are willing to fight and die for us .

How brutally upside down can our government be?

Is there a question, any doubt, that this bureaucratic VA crime preview is not the warning shot of obamacare death/torture crimes that are starting right now?

Is this not the time to eliminate the death dealing obamacare bureaucracy right now, before this next death and dishonor bureaucracy disease kills thousands more of its innocent trusting citizens ? !

Praise the the truth of the vet whistleblowers !

There is not one politician that cares about veterans, of which I am one. Polticians, ALL politicians, see service men and women as nothing more than cannon fodder. IF they return and become veterans, well, then they are just an annoyance that the government has to help for their service, but are constantly looking for ways to take rather than give.

Instead, vetereans´ benefits are cut, pay for active duty troops is too high, so that must be cut too.

These people are the worst that humanity can produce. And one life of a service member is worth more than all the Washington politicians that ever existed.

Rush just mentioned the "hero" Shinseki is the one who pushed "a controversial plan to make veterans pay for treatment of service-related injuries with private insurance." And they call Rush an entertainer? Does Shinseki really care about the vets? NO! I´m sick of hearing the qualifier that Shinseki is a "hero" before any statement is made about him. The same could be said about McCain. Their behavior lately and in the past has been anything but heroic. Below is a link to the article about Shinseki´s proposal.

What transpired in the Mississippi Senate run-off is a red line for many conservatives across the country, because the Republican Party establishment essentially took a civil war and escalated it to a war for independence. It’s one thing to oppose your base in a primary. It’s entirely another to despicably play the race card against your base, and bolster the legitimacy of the propaganda of our race-baiting opponents on the Left. But that’s exactly what the Kamikaze pilots running the GOP did. As a result, Chris McDaniel won Republican voters handily on Tuesday, but still lost the run-off statewide thanks

There are two arguments that advocates of Chris McDaniel are using to suggest that the results of Tuesday´s Republican Senate run-off election in Mississippi should be overturned. First, they argue that voters who voted in the Democratic primary and the Republican run-off should be eliminated from the total. And, second, they argue that Mississippi law prevents someone from voting in a party primary who won´t support the general election candidate. Neither argument will work. In the first case, there are almost certainly not enough Democratic primary/GOP runoff ballots to make up the nearly 7,000-vote gap between McDaniel and incumbent Sen. Thad
