Through months of Obama administration stonewalling, the redoubtable Judicial Watch perseveres in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit, finally uncovering bombshell documents that have eluded several congressional investigations. For the second time in a matter of days, we find that standing oversight committees with competing subject-matter jurisdictions and limited attention spans are incapable of the grand-jury-style probe needed to get to the bottom of administration lawlessness. For that, in the absence of a scrupulous special prosecutor reasonably independent from the Obama Justice Department (not gonna happen), it becomes clear that a select committee will be necessary. Just two weeks ago, the

Frightening times, indeed. Does anyone seriously believe that the repressive, illegal tactics used to help Dear Leader Barack Hussein retain power will not be used again to tilt the midterms? Though no sentient being on either side of the aisle could possibly believe Dear Leader Barack Hussein know nothing of what his confidants in the IRS were up to, it is nearly certain that his tracks were (are) sufficiently covered to save him from impeachment. And, as always, hats off to all the loyal and obedient co-conspirators in the MSM for helping cover-up the scandal so far.

To most of the traditional media types, there is not a bit of curiosity about any possible wrongdoing of an administration that they feel they are a part of.

Yet to any reasonable person, the stench from every part of this Administration is obvious.

FTA: "The IRS scandal presents a textbook case of tyrannical execution. It is fraught with peril. We are dealing not merely with a single president, who presumes to rule by decree; nor just with his congressional partisans, who presume to pull the executive bureaucracy’s coercive levers. Enormous power is cumulating in an ideological movement that is hostile to free expression, one that views its political opposition not as fellow citizens with a different point of view but as enemies to be silenced and destroyed."

Bingo! Especially clear is the last sentence. It should be the talking point in any conversation regarding the scandals that have come to light. The left has declared war against anyone opposing their agenda. What lengths would they go to silence us if they knew there would be no consequences. Mull that over for a while.

As the Democrat political hack Carville said, "Politics is war and we will do whatever we have to, to win"! And he meant anything. Lots of people spoke with a kind of admiration thinking that what he had to say had cleverness and even a dark humour. It led to the Politics of Personal Destruction, and now to the totalitarian mindset that emanates from the White House throughout the Democrat strongholds including the administrative branches of government and the DNC media. It is a good idea to take people´s words seriously when their actions reflect those words. This applies to what Carville said and it applies to the White House Fuhrer who said he as going to "fundamental transform" America. It is offensive to treat these people to polite conversation. What do you think Mr. Boehner?

Maybe we should consider voting for the Judicial Watch people in the next election, since the RINOS we did vote into office can’t seem to uncover a steaming pile in the middle of the room. The most insulting result so far is that not one of the perpetrators of these crimes has received so much as a traffic ticket.

#7, Maybe we should consider outsourcing the direction of the DOJ to Judicial Watch. It would be far less expensive and exceedingly more professional. I do not grasp the logic of the DOJ being a part of a non-judicial branch of government. This sets up the executive branch for corruption.

The justice department will not go after the IRS offenders and the House will not set up a special investigation with subpoena and enforcement powers the people involved who were all working for Obama will go unpunished. The best response is for everyone to get behind the effort to repeal the 16th amendment and abolish this obviously politicized IRS. If that effort gains momentum watch the left offer up some sacrificial lambs to make the claim: "see the IRS is fixed - don´t abolish the precious income tax". At that point we should all continue to the real solution which is abolition of the marxist progressive income tax with it´s 74 thousand pages of regulations.

The first coverup is the IRS itself

It exists to forcibly collect the Vig. Congress had to have a way to pay the interest on money it borrowed above and beyond citizen´s means to fund Congress´ wretched treasonous excesses.

First, Congress took away your Constitutional money, then forced you to pay the interest on private scip they called money. Andrew McCarthy is shilling for the IRS indirectly by not exposing the facts first.

Andrew McCarthy is the exemplary model of the New Media, investigative reporter, unearthing not easily found truths. Breitbart Lives! Exemplary, because Mc Carthy appears regularly on Fox News, looks terrific, and always has worthwhile information. Fox News strength is having exceptional truth tellers like Andrew to back up their fine hosts.

The IRS disgrace, like the Benghazi disgrace, is coming to a strategic turning point, in which the story simply won´t go away, but continues to be censored by the Pelley Propaganda networks.

Dishonest, criminal Washington is being slowly picked apart because of reportorial truth seekers like McCarthy,
a non censoring internet and the emergence of a wealth of books labeled "conservative", by a once monopolistically socialist publishing industry.

Thanks to the new non violent army of truth seekers like McCarthy, the revolution has begun,

When the IRS scandal first broke, I maintained that they should change their acronym to the IRSS. The "SS´s" would be replaced with the two lightning bolts from Hitler´s schutzstaffel -- the original SS. For those who think this might be too harsh, consider this description from Wiki:

"The SS grew from a small paramilitary unit to a powerful force that served as the Führer´s bodyguard, the Nazi Party´s "Protection Squadron" and a force that, fielding almost a million men (both on the front lines and as political police), managed to exert as much political influence in the Third Reich as the Wehrmacht, Germany´s regular armed forces."

Henceforth, when seeing or hearing IRS, think IRSS.

The IRS budget should be slashed...Are you serious, Mr. McCarthy? Put the thing out of business and out of our business. This is the time to push for a grossly simplified system of taxation, fully replacing the personal income tax. But no one has the guts to even try that. The IRS is too important an institution, no matter that is can no longer be trusted.

Seventeen percent of people in the United States say immigration is the nation’s top problem, according to a Gallup poll released Wednesday. That´s up from 5 percent in June, and is the highest number Gallup has registered for immigration since 2006, when 15 percent said it was the nation´s most pressing problem. Gallup’s new survey found immigration is virtually tied with “dissatisfaction with government” as the nation´s top problem. The economy and unemployment rank below immigration and “dissatisfaction with government" as top problems, the new poll found. Only 8 percent now rate healthcare as the top problem, down from 16 percent in January, when

How would you feel if someone promised to give you a car, and then reneged on that pledge? That’s how all Americans should feel when it comes to ObamaCare -- because Barack Obama’s failed and discredited campaign promise to lower health insurance premiums has cost the average American family an amount equal to the price of many new cars. During his 2008 campaign, one of then-Senator Obama’s most audacious promises was that his health plan would reduce premiums by $2,500 for the average family. His repeatedly made his pledge on videotape; you can view those promises here. But health insurance premiums
