Carson City, CA - Children as young as kindergarten-age could face misdemeanor charges for bullying under a proposed law advancing in a Southern California city. The Carson City Council gave preliminary approval this week to an ordinance that would target anyone from kindergarten to age 25 who makes another person feel "terrorized, frightened, intimidated, threatened, harassed or molested" with no legitimate purpose. A final vote is set for May 20, according to the Daily Breeze. First-time offenders could be ticketed for an infraction and fined $100. A second infraction would cost $200, and a third-time offense

Beneath it all is a war on men. MEN are the bane of civilization. Who else bullies? Rapes? Kills? Steals? Were not some BLACK men evil, this war on men would be universal. Ultimately DNA alteration will allow society to produce boys with less testosterone. Imagine how much better we´ll all be..............

When can society demand laws that arrest and imprison politicians that pass asinine laws, worthless and waste of time legislation, lies upon lies made to constituents? Not only this council body in Carson City but people like Harry Reid, Pig-Face Piglosi, and let us all not forget the inimical half wit Bart Too-Stupid-For-His-Own-Good Stupak that was ultimately the deciding vote in the House that passéd ObozoNoCare! That goof may be long gone but let us not forget if not for fools such as Stupid Stupak our economy may have had half of a chance of coming back and ObozoNoCare would have been placed where it belongs - in the dung heap of democrat history.

Stupid law. Sounds easy to find fault with anyone. That was probably the real intention of the law to begin with. Zero tolerance continues unless you are part of some identity group that gets preferential treatment, and the bullying will continue in spite of the law.

Bad brokers, meet RoboRegulator. In December, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, which oversees how investments are sold, proposed what it calls Cards, an electronic system that would regularly collect data on balances and transactions in brokerage accounts. If adopted, Cards would revolutionize how regulators do their jobs and could make it harder for unscrupulous brokers to bilk customers. But some critics think it could endanger the privacy and security of investors’ confidential data. And the proposal ups the ante for Finra, which often has been criticized for letting wrongdoers slip through the cracks.

It has become a daily frightening occurrence, hearing politicians, commentators, pundits, and stunned Americans say, “That´s outrageous!” “He can´t do that!” “No way!” “It´s against federal law!” “They have no legal authority to force us to do that!” These comments are in response to the daily unprecedented out-of-control tyranny handed down by Obama and his operatives. We are talking arrogance with a capital A coming out of the Obama administration. For example: the GOP was moving too slow in caving to Obama´s amnesty scheme, so Obama said, Heck with it, I´ll bypass everyone and make it happen. Obama sent a

WASHINGTON -- The commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service refused to apologize to Congress for losing e-mails related to its targeting of conservative groups, saying it´s still attempting to recover the data and it´s too soon to know how many e-mails are missing. "I don´t think an apology is owed," Commissioner John Koskinen told the House Ways and Means Committee. "Every e-mail has been preserved that we have." In his most contentious hearing since becoming commissioner six months ago, Koskinen testified about efforts the IRS has made to recover e-mails that were lost when Lois Lerner´s computer hard drive crashed

At a time when debate is swirling over the assertion that 97 percent of scientists endorse man-made global warming, Secretary of State John Kerry – a frequent citer of the 97 percent figure – in a speech Wednesday nudged the figure up to “at least 98, 99 percent.” “When it comes to climate change, when it comes to food security, we are literally facing a moment of adversity – perhaps even dire necessity,” Kerry said at a State Department food security award ceremony. “It’s hard to convince people – hard to convince people of a challenge that isn’t immediately tangible

Fox News host Bill O´Reilly dissed conservative talk radio host and icon Rush Limbaugh at an event in New York City Wednesday evening. According to the Daily Beast, O´Reilly told the audience, “I’m not Rush Limbaugh or Al Franken, where everything has to fit into my worldview… I’m a fact-based guy. A lot of people don’t understand that.” O´Reilly made his remarks about being a "fact-based guy" days after he tried to convince his viewers that House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-VA) did not lose his primary race last week to Dave Brat because of the amnesty issue. O´Reilly conveniently ignored the

Hillary Clinton — the woman assumed to be the next Democratic Party presidential nominee and quite possibly the next president — is evidently a big snooze. According to Mediate, her interviews to promote her book on CNN and Fox had underwhelming numbers. In the case of Greta Van Susteren’s show, she sent people fleeing midway. More importantly, her book itself is a sales disappointment and, I would wager, even more disappointing if you could ascertain how many who did buy it read actually past page 15. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was in single digits. No, I haven’t read it

MEGYN KELLY: In your op-ed, you write as follows: ´Rarely has a U.S. president been so wrong about so much at the expense of so many.´ But time and time again, history has proven that you got it wrong as well, sir. You said there were no doubts that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction. You said we would be greeted as liberators. You said the Iraq insurgency was in its last throes back in 2005. And you said after our intervention, extremists would have to "rethink their strategy of jihad." Now with almost a trillion dollars spent there

President Obama´s approval rating has dropped to 41 percent, a majority of Americans disapprove of his handling of foreign policy issues, he has lost support from the Hispanic community and Americans actually think his administration is less competent than the Bush White House post-Hurricane Katrina, according to a new survey from the Wall Street Journal and NBC News. In short, the poll is nothing but bad news for the president. The survey would appear to be so bad, in fact, that NBC News´ Chuck Todd said Tuesday that the poll basically means the public has declared the Obama presidency to be

President Obama told his Mexican counterpart in a phone call Thursday that immigrants crossing into the U.S. illegally won’t qualify for legalized status or deferred deportation, including children. The White House said Mr. Obama and Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto discussed “a regional strategy” to address the surge of unaccompanied children coming from Central America, through Mexico, to the U.S. With thousands of children trying to enter the U.S. illegally in recent months, Vice President Joseph R. Biden will visit Guatemala on Friday. Mr. Biden will warn officials and parents that illegal immigration is dangerous and that youth won’t be allowed to stay

Former Montana Gov. Brian Schweitzer apparently doesn’t think Southern men are manly. Following Virginia Rep. Eric Cantor’s stunning loss last week, Mr. Schweitzer initial response, according to a profile in The National Journal, was, “men in the South, they are a little effeminate.” “They just have effeminate mannerisms,” Mr. Schweitzer said. “If you were just a regular person, you turned on the TV, and you saw Eric Cantor talking, I would say—and I’m fine with gay people, that’s all right—but my gaydar is 60-70 percent.” “But he’s not, I think, so I don’t know. First Lady Michelle Obama reminded attendees of a naturalization ceremony Wednesday that the Founding Fathers weren’t born in America. The ceremony for 50 new U.S. citizens was held at the National Archives in Washington, D.C. “It’s amazing that just a few feet from here where I’m standing are the signatures of the 56 Founders who put their names on a Declaration that changed the course of history,” she said during her speech, referring to the Declaration of Independence. “And like the 50 of you, none of them were born American – they became American.” Obama pointed out that the Founding Fathers pledged their

The U.S. is leading by example in promoting lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered (LGBT) rights at home and around the world, Secretary of State John Kerry said Thursday. He said the federal government recognizes same-sex marriages of foreign diplomats stationed in the U.S., and it expects all other countries to do the same in their treatment of U.S. personnel deployed abroad. “Let me be clear: We oppose any effort by any country to deny visas for spouses of American staff,” he said. “It’s discriminatory, it’s unacceptable, it has no place in the 21st century.”

Outgoing White House spokesman Jay Carney told reporters Thursday that he never lied to the media. “The answer is no,” he answered when The Daily Caller asked him “did you ever lie to us?” “Honestly, it is not because I’m a paragon of virtue, it is because that would be a terrible way to do the job,” he said at a June 18 breakfast hosted by the Christian Science Monitor. “And what you do when you can’t say is you don’t and you take the question or you explain what you can without revealing what you can’t say,” he said.
