Odessa & Slaviansk, Ukraine - At least 42 people were killed in a street battle between supporters and opponents of Russia in southern Ukraine that ended with dozens of pro-Russian protesters incinerated in a burning building, bringing the country closer to war. Pro-Russian rebels in the east freed seven European military observers on Saturday after holding them hostage for eight days, while Kiev pressed on with its biggest military operation so far to reclaim rebel-held territory in the area. The riot in the Black Sea port of Odessa, ending in a deadly blaze in a besieged trade union building, was by far the worst incident

Meanwhile, it´s a black tie affair as 0bama yucks it up with his sycophants in the LSM. The good news is for 0bama is when future hearings ask where was the pResident during the critical hours when we had to commit to our treaty obligations to protect the Ukraine and didn´t, there will be plenty of witnesses saying he "was" in the White House. Washington - The Supreme Court is poised to deliver its verdict in a case that weighs the religious rights of employers and the right of women to the birth control of their choice. The court meets for a final time Monday to release decisions in its two remaining cases before the justices take off for the summer. The cases involve birth control coverage under President Obama’s health law and fees paid to labor unions representing government employees by workers who object to being affiliated with a union. Two years after Chief Justice John Roberts cast the pivotal vote that saved the health care law in the midst of Obama’s campaign

Mr. Davis also commented on recent reports that IRS official Lois Lerner suggested conducting a tax audit on Sen. Currently traveling in Minnesota, Barack Obama appears to be bristling at the notion that House Republicans are set to challenge him in the courts. PBS characterizes his demeanor as "mocking." But observers of he Obama White House might note that he often becomes petulant, if not downright immature whenever he feels his presumed authority is being challenged by another branch of America´s Constitutional form of government. “They’re not doing anything, and then they’re mad at me for doing something,” Mr. Obama said of Republican lawmakers, adding, “They’ve decided they’re going to sue me for doing my job.” This came

ALAN COLMES: You know it’s funny to me that conservatives talk about how much they love the constitution but when somebody exercises their constitutional rights they’re declared guilty when they’re not supposed to be. Simply because of the Fifth Amendment. Does invoking the Fifth Amendment indicate guilt? I mean, I love how conservatives always tell me how much they love and admire and basically want to have sex with the constitution – except they’d probably get paper cuts with that old parchment paper – but when somebody actually exercises their constitutional rights, it’s a big problem.

Comparisons between Hillary Clinton and Mitt Romney have been greatly exaggerated, Hillary Clinton says. Clinton practically rolled with laughter when PBS’ Gwen Ifill noted humorlessly that her own husband has been “forced” to defend her recent comments about being “dead broke” after leaving the White House. What was humorous in that remarks is known only to Clinton. “I shouldn’t have said the, I think, five or so words that I said,” the former secretary of state said. “My inartful use of those five words doesn’t change who I am.” Later in the interview, Ifill asked if Clinton had become the Democratic adaptation of

A shocking new report from the Center for Immigration Studies claims to prove that every single new job created in America for the last fourteen years has gone to immigrants, legal and illegal. This would fly in the face of those who claim that immigration is an economic boon to native born Americans: The CIS report found that over the last 14 years, people who were born in the United States held 114.8 million jobs in 2000, and held 114.7 million jobs in 2014, a drop of 127,000. Dear Secretary Clinton, Please consider this in the nature of a friendly intervention. You have a money problem. It’s time to deal with it before it gets worse. Actually, you have two money problems. The first is how you talk about it. The second is how you collect it — or, to be more precise, the fact that you’re still frenetically collecting it. Let me be clear at the outset: The issue isn’t that you’re rich, or even that you and your husband became rich after leaving office. Were Lois Lerner’s allegedly lost emails actually destroyed? An Ohio-based trade association, the International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers (IAITAM), isn’t so sure, and they don’t find IRS commissioner Koskinen’s explanation of their loss very plausible. IAITAM administers internationally accepted certifications for information technology professionals. According to the group’s standards, if Lerner’s supposedly malfunctioning hardware was properly destroyed, there would be records of it. Dr. Barbara Rembiesa, president of IAITAM, questions whether there is documentation of the destruction of the files. Who performed the work, says Rembiesa, is important because not all IT professionals are IAITAM certified. “The notion

What transpired in the Mississippi Senate run-off is a red line for many conservatives across the country, because the Republican Party establishment essentially took a civil war and escalated it to a war for independence. It’s one thing to oppose your base in a primary. It’s entirely another to despicably play the race card against your base, and bolster the legitimacy of the propaganda of our race-baiting opponents on the Left. But that’s exactly what the Kamikaze pilots running the GOP did. As a result, Chris McDaniel won Republican voters handily on Tuesday, but still lost the run-off statewide thanks
