WSJ Editor: NAACP Backed
Sterling When He ‘Lined

Jason Riley, the Wall Street Journal’s Political Diary editor, does not find the NAACP’s reaction to the controversy surrounding racist remarks made by Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling to be particularly genuine. Riley noted that the NAACP gave Sterling a lifetime achievement award and was prepared to give him a second so long as they benefited financially from their association with him. Riley noted that this “pattern of behavior” from groups like the NAACP and MSNBC host and activist Rev. Al Sharpton. “I don’t think that these comments are as surprising as the NAACP is pretending they are,” Riley began.

Exactly! Sterling paid them the equivalent of "protection money."

Now that he has been banned, let´s hope we don´t have to hear any more out of Reverend Al.

So apparently separating from your wife, carrying on with a half-your-age mistress who dresses like a... well, never mind. But apparently all that´s okay for an NBA owner. But let him touch one of the left´s sacred cows, and it´s all over but the hanging. Now we´ll worry about his "character."

Of course, #1 and #7. The Justice Brothers have to make a living. Protection money is a reliable source of income.
It is not about morality. It is not about right and wrong. It is not even about racism. It is about deep pockets. How did Sterling get an earlier NAACP award? He bought it.
See the remarks of Mark Levin. Will the same standards be applied during NBA games to the players? Will the same standards apply in the locker room? Obviously not. What we have is an orchestrated takeover plan to drive Sterling out and replace him with someone else.
It is just ugly, that´s all. How come John Kerry gets away with anti-Semitic rants? Because he can. But Sterling can´t, as he is a soft target.
Let the lawsuits begin!

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. To secretely record what one says and put it out there for public consumtion is dirty pool-he needs to kick her ass to the curb. What a traitor b! The man didn´t call them names, just said he didn´t wanther bringing them around. This is an assault on free speech. Would this be such an issue unless the racial animosity instigator himself were not in office? Probably not. They need to get over themselves.

Apparently, the only ones who can ever be offended by racial slurs are minorities. What Sterling said was not cheered by anyone but most of us who are not fans were surprised that this has been going on for a long time. However, when Jamie Fox, after Django movie, said he wakes up every morning and see everything through racial windows, is OK. He said if a white person says something he can be offended one way and if he says it another way he thinks of anther way he can take offense. You can´t fight this sick thinking but the media ensures it and the pyscho babble fools that promote this have a field day.

Have I missed something here. Has Sterling been tried in court and found guilty. Are NBA executives now dictators who can steal a franchise from an owner using illegally obtained material. Have the tapes been altered or edited and have some been withheld that would be favorable to him. Could any tapes even be used in court.

This whole thing smells to high heaven and can things said by the usual Black Organizations who are always offended, be considered slander. They aren´t screwing with some white guy on the street, they are challenging a person who has the resources to make them pay for any missteps.

This isn´t over until he says its over.

In our Politically Correct (Marxist takeover) culture, all whites (Scotch Irish British Australian Italian French Lebanese Persian Lithuanian Austrian Spanish Peruvian
Norwegian Dutch Russian Swedish etc etc etc) are not permitted to over react to insults and name calling !

Sterling, a Jew, grew up in post WWII culture where any statements considered anti Semitic were instant proof that anti Semites believed in the Holocaust. A ridiculous accusation. Never the less, it was widely abused against anybody labeled anti Semitic by outraged Jews. Obama,
John Kerry and Muslims prove that actually being anti Semitic is no longer Politically Correct. Don Rickles, Jackie Mason broke through that barrier with humor.

Today, Sharpton shakedown racist agitators would have believe that all "racists" believe in slavery. Sterling is stupid, reckless, yes, but a believer in slavery? NO.

All Non white Americans must get out of the "outrage business", and all Americans learn to focus their outrage on governments enslaving us with taxes for everything we transact! Giving most of the monies we receive and spend (70 to 80%!) makes ALL of us slaves of the government, whites, blacks, Indians, everybody!

If I were Sterling, I would be in the process of hiring a new group of prostitutes - excuse me, lawyers - and I would be suing my former little miss hottie-pants and TMZ for all they have. I would then be pushing for criminal charges to be filed for taping a private conversation and publicizing it. If the authorities aren’t willing, I would find dirt on them and their families, too. Then I would amass my own army of private investigators on any party associated with this and expose any discretion I found to expose their hypocrisy. Billions of dollars can do a lot of damage, and that damage could be a good thing.

Don’t get me wrong, I see Sterling as a textbook racist, I just believe his transgressions pale in comparison to those of the race hustlers, the entertainment industry, and the antics of the players themselves. Their assault on civil society is more damaging than anything he’s done.

Sterling has been banned for life, and is being forced to sell the team. Its not a stretch of the imagination that he will sell since the team will turn into a money loser as long as he owns it.

The part that puzzles me is Sterling being fined 2 million dollars. On what authority? Since he will probably sell the team and he is banned for life, why should he pay the fine?

There seems to be a certain level of hypocracy (sp?) in all of this. He is dealt with more severely because he is rich and prominent? Not supporting him. He deserves to be pushed out of the NBA. The guy is a wicked fool.

Unfortunately, some people are content to milk prejudice for all they can get.

I say turn all the teams over to black owners and make it an all black league. The NBA will become like Detroit and go belly up. The rich black players can go back to playing on blacktop courts in the inner cities for nothing. Whatever blacks put their hands on they screw it up.
I hope Jerry Jones, owner of the Dallas Cowboys, says something racist if this is to be a trend.
The owner, Sterling, was set up so Magic Aids Johnson could steal the team.

Colored and Negro are bad words unless you are donating money.

Imagine if you were giving some bimbo millions of dollars and she is rubbing your nose in it with some other guy. Then she called you with a script to provoke you and recorded it. What would you say while ranting ?

It must not be illegal to record someone without informing them in that state. It is here.

I heard tonight that if they ban him for life, it doesn´t mean he can´t give or sell his team to a family member.

Eminent domain can take your land. Now they can take your team if you offend the constantly offended.

Be worried. Be angry.

It’s one thing to take care of illegal immigrants who come to America and are under the age of 18 (before sending them back), and it’s another to burn through taxpayer money rolling out the red carpet. From the Gateway Pundit: The Obama administration has awarded a $50 million contract to a charitable group to buy a Texas resort hotel and transform it in to a 600 bed facility for juvenile illegal aliens. That resort hotel? The Palm Aire Hotel and Suites in Weslaco, Texas – a generously acommodated resort with such amenities as an outdoor swimming pool (pictured above).

In 2012, I alerted the federal government to the growing problem of unaccompanied minors making the treacherous journey across Mexico to reach the United States. At that point the minors could annually be numbered in the hundreds or thousands. In recent months, tens of thousands of children have come across the border and are now housed in federal facilities across the U.S., the result of failed federal policies and Washington´s indifference to securing the border. I visited one of these facilities in June and saw these children, frightened and alone, who left their homes and families, survived a harrowing trip, and

“Trust” is for Con Men: The reaction to the border chaos in Texas has accomplished one thing: It has exploded the lie at the heart of current “comprehensive” immigration reform plans. The basic structure of those plans is a swap of a) near-immediate legalization for b) increased border security in the future. The appealing idea is to let current illegals stay while taking the steps necessary to prevent further waves. The lie is the assumption that, once current illegals get their legalization, pro-immigrant activists in both parties will continue to support the second half of the bargain, the increased security. John McCain, an immigration hawk. Who knew? Mr. McCain, the highest-profile Republican of the U.S. Senate’s “Gang of Eight” that came up with amnesty as the solution to the immigration crisis — and it truly is a crisis — is finally taking a hard line against President Obama for his encouraging the tidal wave of illegal aliens swamping the southwestern border. “There has to be a halt to this,” Mr. McCain thundered Sunday on CNN. “That’s what we want, and the best way to do that is for planeloads of these young people to be returning to their country of origin

Contrary to what those who defend the right to own high-powered assault rifles believe, not all guns are created equal. Due to a combination of availability, portability and criminal usage the following five types of guns are the country's most dangerous. School Shootings: Widely Reported Tragedies Since 2000 - Using firearm trace data from the ATF, as well as FBI homicide records, we determined the types of guns most often recovered from crime scenes and/or used in murders. It had to come sometime, and it came in one very bad week for the Democrats: that the many big problems with Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama finally grew too great for the press to ignore. Obama in his own different way is heading towards Nixon-like levels of weirdness, as, beaten down by the failures regarding his ventures, he appears to have quit his own job. A.B. Stoddard of the Hill says in effect he has stopped being president and chooses to live in a world of his own, shutting out the problems that have become overwhelming, giving dinners where he talks

The headline in the Washington Post on June 4 was clear: Rove-backed American Crossroads won’t get involved in Cochran runoff Said the Post story the day after Tea Party favorite Chris McDaniel had defeated six-term Mississippi GOP Senator Thad Cochran in the first round of the state’s GOP primary: American Crossroads, a GOP establishment organization, has decided to shift its political focus almost entirely to the general election and will not be spending money in the likely runoff election to decide the Mississippi Senate nomination that was virtually deadlocked after Tuesday night. Senate Budget Committee ranking member Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) has warned all of his colleagues in Congress that President Barack Obama’s new immigration strategy—his plans to legalize millions of illegal alien adults through executive power—could destroy America as we know it. “I write to inform you of a development that threatens the foundation of our constitutional Republic,” Sessions, Congress’s top immigration hawk, wrote in a letter that was hand-delivered to all 535 members of Congress on Monday and provided exclusively to Breitbart News. Sessions cites a recent report from the National Journal, in which reporter Major Garrett detailed how, despite the ongoing

Attorney General Eric Holder encouraged Americans not to forget race while working for justice and equality in their country. “As it stands, our society is not yet color blind -- nor should it be -- given the disparities that still afflict and divide us.” Holder explained, “We must be color brave, and we must never forget that all are made better and more prosperous if all are given equal opportunities.” Holder made his remarks during a speech at Howard University on Tuesday for the 50th Anniversary Celebration of the Civil Rights Act. “We must take into account not only the

WASHINGTON — It was an enduring image of his presidency: a chastened Bill Clinton walking his dog while wife Hillary keeps her distance as the family leaves town at the height of the Monica Lewinsky scandal — but it was all part of a contrived public-repentance campaign, according to a new book. With Bill on the skids and his wife’s future prospects on the line, it was necessary for the pubic to see the president being punished, said Weekly Standard online editor Daniel Halper in his new book, “Clinton, Inc.: The Audacious Rebuilding of a Political Machine.” “They understood that
